Great experience working with Encore to stain our fence. They were very patient with us on picking the right color. There were challenges coordinating around weather but they kept us updated and worked to get everything completed as quickly as possible. Everyone we talked to was very nice and professional.

From the staff in the office, the workers on site to Tim coming out to help me decide what needed to be done.I had about 8 ft of iron fencing put in to enclose the side of my yard. I couldn’t be happier with the results. We were originally going to get 3 bids, but after speaking with Tim, we decided to go with Encore. This is an honest and very reliable company. Although our job was small, they treated us like we were just as important as their bigger projects. We will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to all our friends and family.

I called several fence companies in the Temple area trying to get bids.If they called back I was given bids that were so high, it was as if they did not want the job. Had Encore Fence convert a monolithic section of iron fence into a gate and build a cedar picket fence to hide pool plumbing and AC unit. Unlike some other local suppliers they answered the phone immediately when I called, got someone out here for a quote next day, offered a fair deal and did a good job on a timely basis. Will work with them again in the future and recommend them to you for your fence and gate needs.

We got a great quote from Encore Fence which was detailed and competitive. They stock their fence materials so I was able to check out the cedar pickets and runners and the steel posts they were proposing to use. Johnny sent out Armando the Monday after Thanksgiving and they worked steadily throughout the day and were complete, and cleaned up, at the end of the day on Wednesday. This company far superior than any other fence company out there. I’m a surveyor so seeing fences is just part of my job. This company has done two different projects for me and my family. First was a privacy fence which the crew worked till dark 2 days in a row to honor their word and it looks amazing. Second was my dog run. These guys told me they’d have it done by the weekend and rain coming on Saturday I thought it was a wash cuz I’d never expect anyone to work like that on a Sunday, but these guys sure showed up and completed the project. Not only and I’m super excited about it but so is the rest of my family and pets. Amazing job once again and the customer service is well surpassed. Old school values with young faces. Encore fencing is my only recommendation for the Central Texas area.

Getting the quote was very fast and explained fully. Work was delayed a few days due to weather. However once the work began it was completed professionally and quicker that what was originally estimated. The crew doing the work was courtesy, professional and basically worked non stop. The quality of work was excellent.

I am a couple months late writing this review. I found the staff extremely knowledgeable and polite. I liked the quality of their fences and the price was good but once I committed to them to have the fence built I was unable to get them to come out and build it. I was given 2 weeks as a ballpark to start. After 2 weeks it was next week. After that week passed I was told I was first on the list next week. Got a call Monday evening that next week they would be there Tuesday afternoon to start. Tuesday midday I was told they would not be there that day and I would be told by the end of the day when they would be back. Wednesday late afternoon they got back to me that it would be next week. At that point I had enough backed out. At this point they did try to commit to come out and start Friday but it was too late for me. I hope others have better experiences.

I cant say enough great things about Encore Fence. Jonny was prompt, courteous and thorough with what to expect on our special order wrought iron fence installation. He was incredibly accommodating and visited after hours for measurements and helped establish a clear vision for our goals. He returned for a second visit, due to another installers bogus quote on linear footage and cost to put any concerns to rest. After confirming his initial quote, he quickly submitted needed drawings for our HOA approval. He kept us informed and updated throughout the ordering process with an accurate ETA. Our installer Armando, was a dedicated hard worker. His work is solid quality and detailed perfection. We appreciate Encore making such a big job so seamless, we couldnt be more pleased with our new fence.
