I was asked by my contractor to stop in and choose a color for a small countertop. Had to call and leave two voicemails over two days to get a call back. When the very rude lady returned my call, and I told her what I needed, she said that I had to bring in the detailed plan for the counter top first. I chuckled, and she said, “oh, you think that is funny?” I told her yes, that I merely needed to choose a color and the contractor would provide those design details. She then told me I would be hard to work with and needed to go somewhere else, and hung up on me. I was flabbergasted at the unprofessional attitude on a brief phone call. I would not dare attempt to try to purchase anything here. Learned my lesson quickly.

Love my Quartz counters from TopStone ! My builder recommended them as they could deliver the material (quartz)and install (mitered edge) that I wanted. So thankful to have used them and they stand behind their work.

So pleased with their work. Everything turned out beautifully!!! Look forward to working with them when I redo my kitchen.

My countertops started cracking. They came out and tried to do a repair but it Needs a section replaced but refused to do it. It was still under warranty at the time. Now it something I have to live with. I see it every day. Not recommended.

The owner came out to my house to survey. He was arrogant, indigent when I tried to ask questions and ask about their price, he stormed out and wouldnt even listen to me. If you are thinking of replacing your countertops, dont go here. Run!!
