Larger than most Tractor Supply stores. Well appointed with goods and supplies. Helpful staff that seem to know their stuff.

Hassle free return turns out a nightmare. I paid for two mini bikes in cash. They were too small for my kids so the very next day I returned them, or tried to. They told me they didnt have enough cash in the entire store to do so, but told me to return in the evening. I did so, and the manager didnt seem to know anything about the situation(they had the bikes back, i still had no money back). Then I was told again they still didnt have enough cash in the store and they would have to give me a check, which I very reluctantly accepted. Then I was told well we cant write you one, it will be in the mail in 3-5 days. And here it is 5 days later, no check, no refund, and I call the store and am told by manager they have no way of checking the status of my refund. It was well worth the ten minutes of typing this to be able to give you the review you have truly earned. I will never shop at any tractor supply again.

20 min wait time in line on Friday 10:30. I was stuck behind a complex return while someone else waited 1 minute. Management of price stickers falling way behind. Not enough staff? Still, there’s a lot of stuff here you can get nowhere else, so I’ll keep coming. The return policy is generous (don’t ask me how I know). This review is for the Temple Store and not Tractor Supply in general.

Its a hardware store that sells livestock equipment and feed. The staff at this location are friendly and the store is kept in a orderly and clean manner. On one occasion they were out of an item I needed, I also noticed there were plenty of other items that were not stocked. They should improve their stocking. Its hard to buy things if a store doesnt have them.

Good people to buy from. I trust them because of the dealings that I have had with them to date. The products seem to be of higher quality than some of the other stores I deal with. Thanks

John from the temple store provided the best customer service we have ever received. We had bought an air compressor from another store and it wouldnt fit properly in our truck so we bought a small trailer from tractor supply John helped install the trailer hitch and unload the air compressor from the bed of our truck to place on the trailer. He went above and beyond what we expected and we really appreciate it. The world needs more people like him.

I have been to the store in San Marcus to help when their grocery store burnt down. San Marcus honored a 10% military discount. I have bought clothes, and lawn care products at gatesville and McGregor and received a 10% military discount. I just went to the temple store to buy lawn care products. I did not receive a 10% discount. They said that the tractor supply co. Only honors the military discount on veterans day. This is contradictory to what the 3 other stores have done. Had I not been in a rush I would have returned the product and gone to lowes or home depot and got what I needed with a discount. Therefore I dont believe I will return to tractor supply. Honor, integrity and equality thought all stores should be standard. And please dont play this off like I am an idiot, because I am not. I have 4 college degrees.

Excellent service and have been essential over the past ten years and continue to be for our ranch operations in Troy, Texas. God Bless this team, even with a pandemic they ensure supplies are available and the store and employees are compliant with the CDC standards for safety regarding Covid19/SARS-CoV2

You always have to track someone down to get help in there. When you ask them a question about one of their products or if the carry a product, no one seems to know anything. If you do go in to buy something they are always out and cannot tell you when they will receive more. Questioned the store manager about why they never had anything in stock and he gave the run around about how much the store made and that things when they do come in.......sell quick. Then asked why he didnt start making larger orders of items that sold out quick and keep some in back stock, he then blamed it on the computer system and how it operated. This store is 30 min from the Waco distribution facility, it should never be out of anything.

This store has a high turn over rate of their employees and the new ones seemed not to be trained very well. A cashier girl is usually the one that answers the phone when I called for some info or to see if they had it on stock before making the long driver there. So many times I got put on hold and no one ever answers to help me. The half trained cashier never checks back to see if someone picked up the phone to help me. Sometimes they hire some young jock who acts like a macho muscle man. rough handles and throws my livestock feed onto the truck. I end up with a good percentage of pulverized pellets in the bag that the animals will not eat. Many times I came to the store and there was no manager on site. Store closing time is unpredictable. They flip flop the closing time, sometimes 9pm then change to 8pm and back again. One rainy day I seen the small round bales of hay they sell sitting outside in about 4 inches of water in a low spot in the parking lot. I guess no one there was qualified enough to get the ideal of putting some pallets under them.

My family always gets all the feed for our animals ranging from donkeys to chickens along with tractor parts when needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Great selection. At times good deals. Friendly service. Plenty of parking even for light trucks with trailers.

They were very helpful. They helped me find a good deal on a trap the size I needed. Also helped to get one that wasnt bent up. They have feed, electric fencing, tractor and wheelbarrow tires, horse gear and more. I go here for all my ranch needs.

Its great place and the kids love to go there. Its hard to go into tractor supply and not buy something. Kind of toy store for farm and garden. Some of the products they sell are not the best quality or price, I usually will compare online to ensure Im getting what I need.

This is where I get my propane for our R VI went to Ace hardware in Beltonand the charge by the bottle. 2 bottles cost 46 dollars. Then I went to Tractor Supplyin Temple and they charge 2.38 per gallon, 12 gallons was 28 dollars and some change . So T S C is my place to go now.

Constantly short handed. No one to open the cabinet for cattle meds. Usually only one cashier. They have a good selection of what you need and fair prices. They just need another employee or two to be able to provide better customer service.

I had called Belton tractor supply living in Killeeen Texas Needing propane for my camper on a night that was going to be 25ﾟF. I was told that they were open until 9pm and that I could come in and get propane. I happen to be a construction worker where I have been working for the last 2 weeks STRAIGHT since Ive gotten here to Texas. As soon as I showed up I told them I was here for propane they called for the propane person. I also grabbed the other things I needed to make sure that my camper could be in all sorts for the small bit of weather we were going to be in for a couple days. Then the manager walked by with a cart that I suspected was for propane. She then said, No. I shut it down. I cant do it in this weather and refill propane I told her that I was told not but 10 minutes prior that I could come to their Store to get propane until 9:00 p.m. and ultimately, she would not fill me. She exclaimed she could not do it in these conditions and would speak to the man who told me they would.I do understand that we were in 40ﾟ weather in Texas but I had worked a 12 hour day made my way home and got the OK to come to their store to get propane for my camper. SOOO! I got the ok from Temple, TX tractor supply, where Megan (Manager), gave me the go ahead AND filled my tanks and was wonderful in super cold.! If you need to visit a tractor supply.... PLEASE choose Temple Tx. I will go there, out of my way, for every purchase from now on.

Employees were very helpful! But the store was hot, air conditioning not working, they had fans going everywhere. In Texas its too hot to not have air conditioning working.

You cant generate revenue with potential customers if you cant put someone on the phone smarter than a shoelace. I was put on hold three times and will order from Amazon now...it will be quicker.

Came here for Martin houses which they have but no poles. Now I have to go to Waco to get things. Check out line very long with 9 people in line and one cash register open. This store is normally ver very good

Hard to find farm products in many stores but thats what they do. Much of their inventory is professional quality.

Jim Stumph, the store manager, was incredibly helpful helping us find a grill that his store no longer carried but other stores did. Customer service, instead of sales, is this store’s mission.

We recently purchased a product from Tractor supply and the young lady which helped us was very helpful and polite. We found exactly what we needed.

Hours online are incorrect, they are only open until 8pm during week. 😡😡 But this store is close to home and always has friendly employees who are willing to help.

Love this Tractor Supply in Temple!! Its a smaller store but excellent customer service.

No one to ask for assistance. Only one person on floor and one cashier. Long line for check Out. No one at service desk. Out of ProPlan dog food. Isles were cluttered and cart wouldnt fit down some of them. Made shopping difficult. Had only one kind of fence stretcher and no tamping bars. Pulled around to yard to pick up 4 rolls of barbed wire and waited. Had to call store and still no one came out to let us in. Finally opened gate and loaded fence myself. Tractor supply needs some real competition. Regional manager needs to make a visit.

Poor customer service ! I was rudely kicked out of the store because they opened at 8am and not 7am. I arrived at 0752, the doors were open, there was people in the front. I went picked up my item, but was told I needed to leave immediately and would not be attended until 8am because of corporate policy. There was only 6 minutes left at that point but the assistant manager and cashier forced me outside.

I did an online stock check for an item I needed, the store listed the item as having 2 in stock. I went to the store and there was none to be found. Even the store computer system said they had 2 on hand. An employee went to check in the back. After 10 mins or so I then saw him going on break. I asked him if he had any luck and he said no while walking away looking down at his phone. Friendly people when you walk in but horrible customer service. First and last time I’ll be going to this store.

We love Tractor Supply however it seems Temple TSC never has what we need. They are always sold out 😒. However the place is clean and staff is friendly.

One star for the ear splittingly loud and just plain awful country music they play while you’re on hold waiting for an associate to come back on the phone. I’m not some old guy who hates music, I’m 34 years old and I like country music, but TURN IT DOWN. This loud screechy music is such a put off.

Called to ask if pet clinic was income based because For shots at our vet clinic it is $200 plus and only $75 at TSC I was laughted at and asked if my dog was on welfare wow! It was a simple question and I was made to feel stupid and ignorant unbelievable
