Felt a need to have hearing aids checked and cleaned. Did not have an appointment but dropped in and was seen between patients with appointment. It is always a pleasant experience and I leave feeling well cared for and hearing great! Would not go any other place.

To say Brice and Ebony go beyond great customer service would still be an understatement. Brice does an outstanding job of explaining what hes doing something, why it matters, and his recommendation. Prior to coming here, Ive been to a number of other hearing centers prior to coming here. Hands down, they are the best.

I cannot give Brice and other workers anything but very high praise for their attention to my concerns and very highly recommended them. No pressure before sale and great after sale service.

Went there on a recommendation from PHONAK. I got Debra to fix my hearing aid factory defect. Thank goodness it was her. It took her a while but it was worth the wait. They now work the way they should have from the factory. Many, many thanks to Debra for her persistence.

My mom has had excellent service from Livingston. Her hearing aids are out of warranty, but she still gets the same level of service for cleanings and and check ups.

It was great. Go a lot of information. And evetone there was so nice and helpful.
