Showed up at the Freezing point creamery I had two scoops of ice cream one was Sweet cream, butter fingers mixed in it and the other was chocolate ice cream with fudge syrup and strawberries & syrup.....was very happy with my choice of ice cream deliciously made! My favorite toppings of all time! Loved it and the price for 2 scoops and toppings were reasonable. The gentlemen working there was funny and polite the place was clean and tidy. You can either sit inside or outside we choose to sit inside its hot outside today. I know one thing l will be going back for more Ice-cream thats for sure 👍.

Yummy ice cream!! I love the seating area, and you can choose to be inside or they have a outside seating area. They are so quick, had us in and out and Rudy was very helpful, outgoing and friendly! I love it and will definetly be coming again.

These guys are fast! There was a substantial line in front of us when we stopped but surprisingly they worked through and got to us quickly! The ice cream is amazing and creamy too! Especially after mixing in some brownies haha!

Went in with family for ice cream, I asked an employee if the amaretto or rum flavors have alcohol in them. The employee said no so I tried it. About a minute later I had my boyfriend double check and the manager came out yelling at him about how everything has alcohol including vanilla and how in 2 gallons of cream there are 6oz of alcohol. As a recovering alcoholic I cannot visit establishments that are this careless to have employees undertrained and a manager who wanted to justify putting alcohol in their ice cream without adding disclaimers on the flavor cards. We will not be returning and I hope they can improvise their poor business practices.

I ordered a cake from here and it was absolutely amazing! I ordered it the day before I needed it and thought it would be a simple happy birthday cake. Boy was I wrong! It was beautiful and looked way more expensive than it actually cost. The birthday recipient was so happy with her ice cream cake and all of my co workers loved it❤️. The entire experience was seamless and amazing! If you’re looking for an ice cream cake or just a sweet treat, definitely check them out. I’m a forever customer now!

My family and I love going to Freezing Point Creamery which makes it unfortunate that our experience today Sept 19, 21 wasnt the best. Today we waited in like for around 30-40 minutes, during that time we watched one of the ice cream workers continuously touch her hair and face and then proceed to mix and serve ice cream. Other customers waiting in line commented about it too (I dont mean to embarrass the girl she seemed sweet but I do not appreciate being served food after someone touched their face and hair). Also, during the 30 minute wait when it was my turn in line after my moms, I asked for the almond swirl dairy free ice cream (one of the only dairy free, gluten free ice cream in the shop that is delicious I highly recommend it) to which I was told they didnt have it, and when I asked why the ice cream wasnt available considering there was a small advertisement for it, and every time I came to the store they had it I was told that the machine didnt make it today. Though this may not have been a worker error it was very frustrating that almost all of the dairy ice creams were available but the one dairy free and gluten free ice cream they had wasnt. We basically waited in line for nothing. I want to note that my other experiences at freezing point have been great! But today was lack luster especially when my mom paid for two scoops and got maybe one and a half.

Great ice cream and sorbet options. Toppings are great. I love that some are handmade in-store and have fresh cut up fruit.The workers are young kids but work fast, are polite and do a good job. Its their first job for some but theyre quick on their feet.

This was a very special order, my daughters 29th birthday and shed been dying for an icecream cake!! Needless to say we were VERY disappointed in the quality of the icecream cake. The Turtle cake was what I ordered, the cake tasted more like a sweet bread not cake, the icecream was ok but definitely not worth the price tag. Walmarts icecream cake is much better, wont be going back! When I walked in the cashier didnt check anything, I just looked in the freezer and saw my name on the cake and told her it was mine but anyone couldve done that and walked out with my paid for cake!

The service has been absolutely terrible the past 3 times that I have visited, last night we waited over 45 minutes to get our ice cream. In a matter of 30 minutes only 5 customers had been served. I LOVE their ice cream, but at this point I will not return due to lack of customer service.

This rating is based on flavor, quantity and price. The employee I had was rude and didnt listen to what I said nor waited to see if I was happy with how it came, or if I wanted to add anything into it. She also didnt put the ice cream in a waffle bowl as I requested and I had to tell her again. Then she rolled her eyes. Completely unprofessional. When they had asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I said no and why I was unhappy not even an apology was offered. Welp Im glad this will be my one and only visit to this establishment.

First experience there was not very pleasant. The staff makes you feel rushed. I had four items I wanted to order and didn’t get to place my full order before they moved on to someone else. In addition to that what I did order was made incorrectly. The taste of the items were decent but not worth the unpleasant experience. Will probably stick to GoGos down the road.

My Wife And I Just Came In A Little While Ago And This Place Wasn’t Busy At All. The Girl Who Served My Wife The Ice Cream Just Threw The Ice Cream In The Cup. The Bucket Was Down To About 2 Scoops The Worker Then Told Her Partner To Go Get A Refill Which Never Happened. Somehow The Worker Thought She Could Make 2 Into 4 Scoops.. The Parts She Didn’t Smash In The Cup Was Dripping All On The Sides And It Was A Mess In The Car! Smh We Have NEVER Had This Kind Of Service From This Place In Years Of Coming Here! Maybe A Little Better Training For Them Both Will Do..

The staff are very friendly. The ice cream there is very delicious. They can make a lot of combinations of ice cream and toppings. You can have it in a cup or a waffle cone. The portions are very generous. I will definitely be taking the family there again.

I would give a 4.7. I only tasted the shake and a single scoop, both were delicious! Though all the shakes had a little too much milk.

The yogurt is good but nothing to write home about. The service was a little slow they were very busy but we did in line for 25 minutes

A little overpriced for what it is but the ice cream is good. Very creamy, like a country creamery.I wish the menu was displayed better, it’s a little confusing and the line moves quick. Clean place and you can sit outside (limited seating though) which is nice with all the good weather we have. Waffles cones are very good. Will go back when in the area.

Cup or cone, Freezing Point takes an American staple and kicks it up a notch while playing it cool. This ice cream is amazing and the flavor choices are fun and playful. They made a custom flavor for my wifes birthday and it was a slam dunk. Highly recommend this spot to chill out at and grab a quick snack right here in Temples back yard. They also support local charities like the ALZ walks so whats not to love!?!?

I ordered an amaretto shake but they didn’t have the amaretto flavor. The owner immediately goes to the back to create an amaretto shake from scratch. Very excellent customer service from him, and because of it I’ll definitely return because he went the extra mile to meet customer needs. The other young girls working there could smile a bit more but otherwise a fine establishment!

The servers are very nice to be around, the ice cream could be custard because of how smooth it is, and there are almost too many combinations to choose from!

Such a great selection of flavors amd add-ins. I suggest the coffee and white chocolate with brownie add-in. Delicious! Very quick ordering process, despite the fact they were quite busy. Delicious ice cream. And awesome service.

I have a new favorite: chocolate and dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, lots of pecans, and hot fudge. It is heaven. This shop will get my money every month for the rest of my life! Best ice cream shop in the whole state! Dont change a thing!I fell in love with it at the first sampling. I got cheesecake, sweet strawberries, caramel, and pecans. A small was more than enough, and for the first time ever I finished every bite. The staff are friendly and sweet and very helpful for my first time. Love the free app.

But what really bothers me is the indifferent answer the employee gave and the manager not responding to our message. While their ice cream is good. I would stay far away from their cakes.

The ice cream and mixings are awesome, however the staff tends to be rude and make jokes that arent funny when I order a quart of sweet cream with a mixing... I know its the firmest of the ice cream, but its the best in my opinion and I like it with a mixing to enjoy at home so stop making me feel bad!!

Best ice cream in Temple! Not only are the mix-ins free (as many as you want) but every time I come in I have an amazing customer service experience. Everyone working here is positive and happy and patient with my kids as they pick their flavors and mix-ins. I recommend this place for the whole family. There is a reason its always hoppin in here!

Not a huge selection of flavors, but still very delicious! Tons of toppings to choose from. Inside, the decor is pretty simple and gray. While it doesnt bother me, I can see how a seemingly dull design distracts from the great flavor and service provided.

Very friendly people here and great ice cream. They didnt have my favorite (red velvet), so they created it from birthday cake, chocolate, and cream cheese. That was awesome! This used to be Maggie Moos, but I understand that the owner didnt want to be a franchisee anymore. Thankfully, the quality has remained! The decor when they switched names went from a whimsical bright green, yellow, and purple to a dull gray with no wall decor. This needs to be fixed. Who wants to eat in an ice cream parlor thats all gray? It seems way too dystopian for what they serve.

Icecream flavors was on point. I would have love to have my favorite, rum and raisins. They were out of my wifes favorite, so she went with the butter pecan.

Recently came back to this place after the change from Maggie moos. Loved coming here for years before. The place is no longer fun and inviting. Looks like a prison cafeteria now.Ice cream was ok but not as many flavors as before and the fun pre made combos are all gone. Its sad that this place used to be so fun to go to and now its this. Ill never go back.

This used to be my favorite place to get ice scream now I don’t think I’ll ever return, the past 4 or 5 times I’ve been have been awful. All the girls that work there are extremely rude & if they don’t understand what your saying or you change your order they will look at you with the most disrespectful face like your stupid!!
