Sid went over and above to make sure he was an ethical man. Our a/c went out and we knew we had about 45 days left on the warranty company we had purchased when we bought our awesome home from Sid in Nov 2014. we found out the warranty company had gone out of business and Sid stepped up and proved he and his company are the best. Just bought my first home with Solitaire. Ive been shopping for moths and have gone to so many mobile home manufacturers. This is by far the best of the best. Amazing homes and great folks. I did notice a rude couple come in before us that was acting very harsh and was asked to leave, why would you visit a business with such an attitude? We was apprehensive at first but Sid took his time to understand our needs and is very knowledgeable and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Went in This last wknd not knowing what we were wanting, Sid was awesome he didn’t rush us or follow us around like a car salesman, he just gave us the keys and let us check out the homes at our own pace. First thing you notice is the quality in each home. They are built to last! With the Wood paneling exterior, taped and floated interior, textured walls, NO lines down the middle of the house(they take care of that for you when they set up the home) and when you walk or jump in the house IT DOESNT SOUND HOLLOW OR CHEAP! Everything is sturdy. I like the fact he didn’t pressure us when we were done looking, just asked what we liked, what our game plan was and what he could do for us. He was honest and upfront about price and that he could give us several discounts. Over all, Sid is awesome and treated us like family. We WILL be back when we’re ready to buy.Forward 2 days: we went to Palm Harbor homes in Killeen to look around and right away there was sales men all around us. We were pressured and asked to sit down in an office for a “20 questionnaire” ... we didn’t want that.. we just wanted to look around first. After finally getting loose and looking at the homes you notice a HUGE difference in quality compared to Solitaire Homes. When walking in a palm harbor home the whole house shakes and you can hear a “hollow” sound even on the other end of the home. It’s cheap flooring. Vinyl exterior AND interior walls. Cheap, Flimsy countertops and bars .. if you want great customer service and a SOLID home that’ll last a lifetime go with Solitaire Homes . I’ll just say this, you get what you pay for..

If youre serious about buying a home or even questioning the fact of a manufactured home you need to stop in and talk to Sid Guitar Man I think by far one of the best salesman ever he will sit you down and be straight up and honest with you he cuts out the BS and go straight to the point.

Sid the owner is super rude!!!! They dont really want to help you find a home in your price range. I would go buy someplace else. The other salesman said he would call back .... zip nada no call. Run as fast as you can !!!! If their customer service is this horrible- can you imagine if something was wrong on your home and needed fixed 👿
