My husband has loved this restaurant since we discovered it nearly 2 years ago. It reminds him of this place in his hometown of Little Rock called Shotgun Dans pizza. This pizza tastes so authentic. It has rich flavors and fresh ingredients. Today, we ordered a large pizza with sausage, Canadian bacon, gyro meat, green bell peppers, and onions. Its absolutely delicious!! It can get pricey depending on the size, but considering how tasty this pizza is, the price doesnt really matter. If you havent tried this place, you dont know what youre missing!! We always wondered if this place had any connection to Nikki Romas in the mall. Either way, they get our vote!

Food was fast and fresh. Prices were fair and the over all cleanliness was satisfactory. I would recommend this place to others.

The food is not bad if they ever get it to you. My experiences here usually include late delivery and poor customer service.This time they are making it right by remaking the order since it arrived 30 mins late and cold. So I would like to commend them on that.

Google says they deliver to the Loves at exit 308. Thats not the case. The do not deliver here. The Kid that answered the phone mumbles so bad its pathetic. Blah blah blah..This is the 14 of July. 1301 is the time.

I have never been more disappointed with a pizza! I ordered the margarita pizza it had NO flavor at all! The pizza was cold, had no sauce, basil or tomatoes. It tasted like cardboard! They must have kids making the pizza... it was awful. Will not recommend

I had to kill some time in Temple today. Went here for lunch. The food was excellent and it came out fast. The people working were nice. Ill gladly come back to try more of the menu next time Im in town.

I went up there and there was this young man named Muhammad And He Was Doing A Great Job With my order, he is the best at making pizzas and they are so good and i wouldnt trade anyone for him! I hope he owns the place one day!

Pizza was cold when I picked it up this evening but I was in a hurry so I went ahead and took them home. The salad had been sitting on top of the pizza so it was warm. Skimpiest salad I have ever seen. Three slices of cucumber, two very small tomato triangles, 3 olives, two slivers of onion. There was a whole leaf of uncut lettuce. Over priced salad made by someone who was lazy. Pizza was over baked and the boys at the counter didnt even really speak.

Ordered a pizza to go tonight during this crazy winter food shortage after every other place I called was out of ingredients. They were friendly, quick, and the pizza was delicious. This was my first time ordering from them but I will definitely be back!! Thank you La Roma!

We looking for a good gyro place to eat found this online. We were not disappointed. Best gyro. made with fresh bread. The pizza was just as good all fresh ingredients. We will be coming back an telling others.

My boyfriend and I had La Roma for the first time about a month ago and loved it! We are very picky about pizza (Im especially picky about pepperoni pizza) and dont order from chains such as Dominos, Little Caesars, etc. La Roma pizza is our new favorite and we are willing to make the drive from Dallas to go get a couple pizzas and save one or two to cook later. They taste great reheated in the oven. They recently added online ordering which has been very convenient. The team at La Roma are all so nice and we absolutely love that its a family owned and operated business. I recommend trying - youll find yourself only wanting La Roma pizza moving forward!

Sat there for almost an hour after calling our order in and once we got there to pick our food up we paid. The entire time we waited they were waiting for us to pay which we did. Got our pizza and arrived home just to have somewhat warm pizza. For as long as we waited the food should have been hot, oh and our dessert was frozen. If I could give zero stars I would, but I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll stick to my mall pizza, it is WAY BETTER! Only went to this place because they were closed.

I went there because Joes was closed and I was impressed. Very New York style. The sauce is delicious, not sweet. The crust was good but a tiny bit dough-y. Cheese was perfect.

Super slow service. I called my order in and was told 25 mins. I got there and waited another 10 mins and the pizza didnt even feel hot. The workers there were all over the place ~ like lost, none of them knew what was going on. 🤦‍♀️

Delicious cooked pizza and other foods made to order...not sitting pre cooked YUKEE. If you dont eat pork and looking for substitute...they have it! And its good to see the young gents earning a living. Great customer service too.

Order was not complete when it arrived they left out the crushed red pepper packets. The driver said he would return in 5 minutes after 30 minutes I called them told them to come pick up pizza was cold and wanted a refund. I was told nope said that is fine will have my bank credit me back the manager then told me to order from Dominos next time. I would never eat at this place ever again and will also be posting about this everywhere. And yes the driver said he would be back in 5 minutes. When you place a order and tell them to make sure they bring the items and they dont it is not my problem. As far as the pizza that got cold it is in the trash can because they dont care about the customers,

This place is now my families go-to for pizza. The service is always amazing, polite, and efficient. The pizza is by far even better! I have yet to have a pizza here that I didnt like. They have excellent specials as well to help you get more pizza for your buck.Only downside is they have select times they deliver. Otherwise, you have to go pick up your pizza. But this is a small price to pay for delicious pizza!

When someone says pizza, my mind automatically goes to La Roma’s, incredible nice family that owns this place. Moved here from Dallas and WOW... just WOW. Who knew pizza Place could have such a great personality. Cheers

Excellent customer service and even better pizza. The quality and taste of their pizza is far above what you pay for similarly priced pizza, and just to give an example of their customer service: they stayed open later into Christmas Eve which allowed me to treat my entire family to some good pizza which no other establishment provided at the time.If you’re looking for excellent pizza ready to eat fast, there’s no reason you shouldn’t choose these guys.

The food is great especially the Lasagna and PTO takes me back to New York food taste. You wont be disappointed I use to go over to olive garden to get lasagna NOT ANYMORE better taste and more food for the cost.

My family, family’s family and family’s friends have all been ordering from La Roma’s for years! We love calling it in because they treat us with great attitude and etiquette! They have amazing pizzas and subs. They are always fast on delivery and never disappoint! We love both locations, because they both offer great dine in seating! I wish we can give 10 stars! Well done La Roma’s, keep up the great work.

Gotta love their cannoli but look to spend almost $5 each. Gotta try the stromboli. Its like a folded pizza with dipping sauce = super tummy-satisfying. The white pizza with spinach was surprisingly better over the eggplant parm sammy. Were bound to order from them again! Buon Appetito!

BEST pizza ever. Incredibly friendly staff and even more delicious pizza. I ordered the spinach chicken Alfredo pizza and it’s to die for. I highly recommend La Roma’s to anyone near or around Belton. It’s definitely worth a stop even if you’re just passing through.

Not impressed lately with La Roma’s... my most recent experience includes me placing the order online through their website only to show up at the store with an apology that they did not receive my order regardless that I have a confirmation email. Then I find that almost all the pasta except spaghetti is not available. Sincerely disappointed to be waiting in my car for the next 30 minutes.... DONT DO IT JUST ORDER ITIALIANOS!!!

Was eating pizza in another city miles away on vacation and thinking La Roma is better.

First time there. Was driving around and wife wanted to try a new place and saw their place on West Adams. Small and clean place, polite staff. Food came out in a reasonable time. Was not totally expecting such good New York style pizza. Been to New York and was very comparable to what I got there. Will try them again. Price was reasonable as well.

I ordered for delivery, took nearly 2 hours. The pizza was very over done, very hard to chew. For my first time trying, Im disappointed and wouldnt recommend.

Went to pick up lunch. None of the young men in the back had gloves or mask on. The cashier took his hat off touched his sweat then went to back touched the bread with his sweaty bared hands. Never again, had to throw away the food.

The coworkers I work with are extremely sweet and fun to work with. Also, the food isnt bad, its actually really good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I really really really love their pizza. But I am very disappointed to find out that being 5 miles/14 minutes straight down Adams is out of their range of delivery. I wonder what their delivery radius or boundaries are. It really doesn’t seem like it can be all that big. They may even now be out of “MY” radius of business. Italiano’s is closer and better anyway!

Exceptionally fresh and delicious!

Ordered 5 pizzas at 6:20, was told it would be 7:30 before it would be delivered. 8:45 and the pizzas finally arrived. Called 3 times after 7:30 and was told it would be here in 5 minutes each time. Horrible customer service!

I called in a pickup order, pizza and two salads, the pizza was good however the salads had gnats coming out of the containers from the salads and one of the container of salad had a hair in it 🤮

Food was amazing and the Pizza has just become our favorite in the area!!! Only gave 4 stars cause they ran out of all cola soft drinks on their fountain with no backups! Would definitely recommend and visit again!

My experience was solid. I ordered pick up over the phone. This was my first time ordering and it was quick and easy. I have been looking for good pizza in the area since Ive moved here in July. They even helped me with all my food to the car. A+ customer service!

The pizzas are the the best, oozing with mozzarella cheese and fresh toppings, the dough is made fresh, handtossed and baked to perfection. Their customer service is wonderful and the fact that they are locally owned and operated gives back to our community.

I have always had great experiences here! I love the concept of family owned and operated, they truly know how to take care of their customers. They have always met my expectations with their service and quality of food. The La Roma Deluxe pizza is my favorite!! Little Ceasars across the street just does not compare!

I love how friendly they are and they have yet to dissapoint... and we have been there ALOT. My personal favorite isntheir muffuletta sandwhich with their in house bread and olive spread!! Magnifico!!

I ordered a salad off of the menu (theres no description of what comes on top) and I had to have it remade because of a billion olives being on there. The second one had a hair on it. 😬

It’s just not that good, however it beats Pizza Hut. First problem, the food is not all prepared in house. I got a chicken parm sub, it was terrible. The chicken was not pounded out and it was obviously frozen. It had a tough outer skin and then a grainy middle. The sauce was nice but that’s hard to mess up.I also got a white pizza and it was okay. The sauce was good but the ricotta was weird. I had to get a cheesecake to make the order large enough to deliver and it was Costco style. They also forgot to send me a spoon, so I used my hands. They new I was in a hotel as well.The guys I dealt with were nice enough, it’s just the food. It needs to be fresh.

Picked pizza at Belton shop. Sign poorly positioned and if you can see it, colors dont attract the eye. I drove past it twice. Pizza was over baked and very limited topping. Hard to tell it was a Mediterranean pizza!

First tried the gyro, went back for the pizza... the place is just excellent. Food taste wonderful and the staff is excited to help.

The pizza is good. However, never order a salad from here. We ordered the Greek salad for it to cost $9 and maybeo ly half way full. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ive tried to eat from this establishment just 2 times. Once for delivery on Superbowl Sunday. Then i tried to just go get take out from them again yesterday!!!.....Super bowl Sunday was horrible. I had ordered a med chz pizza. Eggplant Parmesan, and 2 side salads. The pizza was cold! The eggplant Parmesan was overheated to many times and they forgot the salads. By the time the delivery driver came back with everything he was a complete inconsiderate ass!! I had asked for condiments and was told they dont do that... When I called to speak with a manager, I was hung up on by the owner for wanting my money back for the horrible experience and poor food I had received. Then when returning my food he tried to make it right with a large pizza. No Im good!!! So yesterday I figured maybe it was just the people that day working and tried to go in and take it home. No!!!!!! The young man who was the cashier at the time took care of everything politely and everything was going good. Until he left; and then it was just the cook, who was the manager at the time. I watched him place the frozen beef into a cambro (container for meat) mess with other foods that I couldnt see behind the wall, come to the front to cash people out at the window, get them a fountain drink with the same dirty hands he was messing with the meat with put it back into the icebox, (all without gloves, so now everything was contaminated!!and yes I do know your not required to have gloves in some establishments!! As long as they wash their damn hands!!!!!) Then he proceeded to continue to make MY pizza! I watched patiently to see if he would wash his hands. Nothing!! So I asked if that was my food he was working on, he replied yes. I simply asked him to toss it and wash his hands, I didnt appreciate him cross contaminating everything to the icebox and what not but he was in such disbelief that I had spoke up and replied that he only touched the ice scoop; He kept trying to justify his doing and was not getting anywhere, Ive had my manager food safety certificate for over 3 years now!! I have worked in many places that know common since, just to wash your hands!!!!! Hope everyone enjoyed the raw meat ice from 02/07/2018!!!!! Needs some serious help there!!!!

Weve ordered from here several times and the pizza has always been very good. They deliver, which is a bonus and gives us another option for pizza. The meatball sub is okay, I thought it was kind of dry.

Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong pizza and refused to deliver the correct one... wanted me to come and get it, I had already paid $5 delivery fee plus a 25% tip to the delivery person. When I asked for a refund they refused and hung up on me.

Always came to this place for the Monday special... Keep making my pizza thin.

Not what it once was... Sub was noticably smaller and kinda dull, spaghetti was underseasoned and tasted very frozen ... Ill try the new Belton store but I hold not much hope ...

We just discovered this place serves sandwiches (Italian Sub) just like we used to get back home In Iowa (pizza hut, sandwich supreme), however they skimp on the toppings.

Food was bad, my wifes chicken alfredo was like microwave food and my calzone was not even cooked in side. It was one of those days I wanted to try some place new and near where I lived. Never busy when I drive by and now I know why.

I worked here a day this place is disgusting they do not wash hands the bathrooms are sick the back is worse, they dont sanitize they pile dishes up, I never once saw anyone wash hands ... Im glad I left!! Also they do not like females the manager hired me and the owner was NOT happy that I was a female . Its really sad . I wish this business luck . Thank you for everyone on their Facebook page for sending me messages on how to report for discrimination I worked with temple work force on this issue. Best of luck!!

Horrible business with horrible customer service. Weve frequently ordered take out from this place and while the food is pretty good the customer service is atrocious. They can usually be counted on to be slow and take twice as long to prepare our order as what they quote over the phone. Weve often spent 30 minutes or more at their pickup window waiting for our order. Tonight was finally the last straw. I ordered their Chicken Parmesan and once I got home and started to plate it I realized the dish wasnt what I ordered. It was a gross soggy looking gray thing (eggplant?), Im not sure what it was but it looked awful. My husband called to see if they would bring us the meal that was ordered, which shouldnt have been too difficult since were less than a half a mile outside of their delivery area, but the manager/owner refused. So then we requested for them to just refund the cost of the chicken parm and the owner still refused but offered a credit. I cant stand places with such horrible customer service and will never again do business with this company.

Not bad. Not my favorite pizza place in town. Id say it is convenient if you live on the West side, but if you arent on the West side you can forget about delivery and they are only really mediocre.

Awesome food reasonably priced. Horrible delivery service and phone etiquette. Do a pick - up never a delivery. I called at two oclock to order a late lunch while I was at work. The young girl answered, cut me off on the phone and said we dont do that till four. Um, okay fine. I waited, the food is good here. A little over two hours later and amply starving I called back. The young man explained in no short terms, Minimum order is fifteen dollars. (Okay, I understand. That is reasonable. Ive been waiting over two hours already and Im starving anyway right) Then he further explains, but only if you are within a few blocks of the store. I called from work which was 5.1 miles away and they want, get this,a forty dollar subtotal! Damn. Realy? How much do you expect me to eat? Starving or not Im one guy. And WAS a good customer. Unbelievable.

I give this place 2 stars because I thought 1 star was too few only for the reason that when reviewing 1 star is the only option for what relates to a completely horrific experience. In this case it wasnt horrific but it was extremely underwhelming! You know how you save up all week for that little splurge indulging in something you dont normally have? Well we found ourselves shopping for a new place to enjoy our Saturday splurge and came across La Roma on our local Waitr app and thought it looked like a great little local pizza joint - how could it be bad!? It didnt take long to find out. We ordered a cheesesteak and a gyro - 2 classics you cant go wrong with! Well evidently you can - at least at La Roma. The cheesesteak - looking for that classic tender steak piled high with those perfectly soft yet flavorful onions and peppers smothered in that gooey cheese....NOT what we got from La Roma! The peppers were still snapping, almost raw, I had to open the overly toasted hoagie roll to even find the steak and the cheese was almost non-existent! I couldnt believe I saved my splurge day for THIS! Moving on to the classic gyro where you look for that soft warm pita stuffed with tons of juicy, moist lamb and fresh crisp veggies dripping in that tangy cucumber dill loaded tzatziki sauce with the perfect touch of lemon....Not from La Roma! The first thing I had to do was (again) open the bread to find if there was even any meat at all or did they make me some vegetarian version. It was dry and almost seemed to be like reheated frozen slices of lamb and not something that spent all day roasted on a vertical spit. Oh and what about that soft warm pita - TOUGH...so disappointing! I eat bread maybe once a week and this just broke my heart! The veggies were under dressed and the tzatziki sauce was more yogurt and no seasoning from that beautiful cucumber dill and lemon and just let us down. We tried 2 classics and unfortunately will not be going back to try anything else. I cant risk it and neither should you. I encourage you to find somewhere else...Dominos Pizza would be better than this place.
