My brand new Honda Pilot was hit in a parking lot and, fortunately, the woman who hit it called the police because her car had a lot of damage. Her insurance paid the complete repair costs as they should. Since I bought the car at D&C Honda, I decided to bring it there for the bodywork. I was extremely pleased with Jimmy Best who is the manager. The problem we encountered was with getting the insurance company to appraise the car. One that was done, the car went in and, when I went to pick it up, Jimmy told me that the insurance would only authorize a repair of the bumper cover which he said did not come well. He put in a supplemental claim with them. The insurance company was very stubborn but Jimmy persisted. They wanted to have him use an aftermarket cover but he refused and made them pay for OEM. The car looks better than new. I appreciate all of Jimmys efforts to fix the car right and he was definitely on my side. I have no reservations with recommending D&C.
The people that work at D&C Honda Auto Body are very helpful!! Steve, the manager is one of the nicest and considerate person i have ever worked with. More body shops should have people like Steve and his staff. Theyre great. They have done excellent work on my car after a bad accident. Tip top shape.

I just picked this place because it was close to work and co-op with Geico. But they share progress through text message once a week. And they did super job on my badly ruined range rover. I wish I can give them more stars. Thank you very much (and they were very friendly)

Unfortunately Google wont let me give 0 stars, so they got a 1. First off, aside from the real reason Im writing this review - it took this garage FOUR days to buff out a scratch the size of a pencil from the front bumper of my car! On to the real reason for the review: D&C Auto Body is by far the most dishonest and dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with. Also by a landslide, the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in dealing with any company, hands down. Their employees are incompetent and incapable of giving accurate information, causing many issues with pricing (they promise one price verbally and then have you sign off on paperwork giving them permission to work on the car [so you cant back out], and then have their manager call up a day later to rectify the mistakes of their employees, telling me that I have to pay quadruple the originally promised price. They then refuse to honor what their employee originally stated verbally, even after that employee admitted, to both myself and the manager, that they were wrong). What a completely horrible way to do business. They couldnt even put the floor mats back in the car the right way after they were done working - what a joke. Stay far away.
I just had the rear bumper of my honda accord repaired/repainted here. covered by the other partys geico insurance. everything went smoothly, from the drop off, enterprise rental, inspection by geico, and work by D&C (honda of tenafly). i was a little skeptical about the geico xpress thing but this went pretty well. granted it was a relatively small and straightforward job, but i have no complaints. i was especially impressed with jose m would checked out my car and promised the work would be done right.

Im taking a minute to write this because of how bad job they did on my 2 year old Ford F150.I left my truck at D&C as it was recommended by Geico (big mistake) to fix and paint both rear fenders and the finishing was so poor that I couldnt pick it up.At the end of the day, they called me because they supposedly fixed it and this is what I found:-The colors slightly different-The new stickers on both sides and full with bubbles-The tailgate was left with dings and bad finish marks in a couple of places.The guy in charge completely ignored my insatisfation and did nothing to help.The guy from Geico saw the problem and only said Ill talk to hemIs really sad to take your $50,000 dollars to a place that is supposed to be good and after charging over 2,800 dollars for a repair go home so frustrated and see your practically new vehicle with such much defects left by them.I hope Honda read this and give their technicians better training and better customer care.

D&C did an amazing job at fixing my car and the staff especially Chris were beyond helpful. Although i had a horrible experience with enterprise. Somebody hit my car and I had to use a rental which was paid for by the other persons insurance, but they gave me a rental that was so scratched and abused and when i came to return it they tried blaming it on me. EVEN THOUGH ON THE RECEIPT it said that there were already scratches and dents on it. Now i might be stuck paying for damages i didnt do. I feel abused and played. Please never take a car thats messed up already from them esp if you are a girl because chances are they will make you pay for them! Otherwise D&C you were great! Thank you
They forgot to gas my AC and the paint the put on is flaking off after less than six months. Will never go near that place again. They were not cheap either.
