Great food and good prices. Im not much for climbing, but my friends enjoy it. Its a cool place to chill and hang out

I get it is supposed to be like actual rock climbing but I wish there was something for everyone, for basic beginners.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience! We were visiting family from out of town, and this will definitely be a place we hit anytime we are back to visit. My boys LOVED it (10, 6, & 4). And while there is a lot of physical activity taking place, the Climbing Cafe was kept very nice and clean. We also snagged some excellent smoothies from the cafe side.I’d like to add the young lady—Eve (I think that’s her name), was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful as it was our first time there.

Awesome new fun place for all ages. Had kids 5-14 and they couldnt of had a better time. Kids told what to and not do.Cafe for a short break between climbs. Well be back.

Cool gym. A lot of climbing in a small space. Great setting, and a great mix of new school gyms and old school feel.

The people here r very nice and helpful. Both of my boys liked it.

My 4 year old had a great time, but she was a little too scared to try much climbing. She loved the rope tho!

Fun place and the açaí smoothie bowl was phenomenal!

Sandwiches are good and filling. Only complaint is that fruit cup is frozen fruit, not fresh.

Our family of four spent an afternoon here. It’s super fun and extremely challenging. There are routes for kids and experts. Helpful workers suggest best routes to climb and hints to climb better. The cafe portion looked to have good deli sandwiches. I had the Kale Yeah smoothie which I’d had at the old vegan place at 5th and Wabash. Good stuff.

Loved that they cater to all ages, including my 4yr old...People where great, and cant wait to go back!

I love climbing here! It’s an awesome atmosphere, and they are always changing the paths so it’s not repetitive for me, even though I go weekly. I’m going to be buying a yearly pass soon!Food is great also. I just had a turkey sandwich, but a lot of their food is from local places and I love that.

Employees are all super friendly and helpful. Membership pricing is really reasonable and their caramel frappuccinos are the best my wife and I have ever had.

Unbelievable lack of concern for the virus. Was packed with people, only saw two or three wearing masks. I used to really enjoy going here, but I no longer feel safe in that environment.

Extremely friendly staff with a welcoming environment. Climbing Cafe has done an excellent job of creating a culture within its walls that promotes safety, cleanliness, with the right amounts of physical challenge and risk. Hoping they so summer camps.

This place is great! Not climbing in 10years, wife and 7yr old never.. The staff was excellent ready to motivate my child in an extremely positive and effective manor.. Other patrons were respectful and kind to our lack of experience and showing us routes to challenge us. Overall a great atmosphere and great staff. I hope they add a tip jar! Outstanding..

Grandma and I got to take our sweet little Granddaughters to climb today. They enjoyed every second. We were there three hours or more. I am worn out, but they were also. Great seeing them getting to do a wholesome activity.

This is the type of place Terre Haute needed! Something active to do that all ages can enjoy. Staff was super friendly and the prices were good. Inside was clean, coffee was good, and they had reliable wifi to get some work done while the kids climb!

Had a excellent time, one of the best customer service in Terre Haute. if the staff worked anywhere else that business would be phenomenal. Really great routes and great place, I also heard the food is good

It was funn defenatly going back some time

Not a great place for serious climbing. No one wears masks (including employees). The routes are extremely confusing. A lot of them do not have a taped start and/or finish. There are also children running all over the place which is kind of annoying. Someone is bound to fall and crush a child at some point.

Went back for a 2nd time and had just as much fun as our first visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new experience or for ppl with kids that love to climb. It lends itself to all ages and fitness levels. The staff is helpful in all eays and very friendly! Their smoothies are delish 😁

My kids and I have been members since January. I cant say enough about this place. It is extremely family friendly, but still allows the adults to get a workout and have fun as well. Another plus, their smoothies are made with fresh ingredients... yum.

Update: a team member was sick and they opened late. We came back later and had a blast.When I called CJ was helpful and gave me good information about kids coming to climb. Our boys and I came the next morning on a Friday (opens at 6am) and nobody was open at 8am. 😩The place look nice and our kids were excited.

Im a Big Brother and this is an awesome place to take my Little. He was afraid at first but the staff demonstrated the safety systems and now he loves it. Yesterday he was afraid to go to the top of a climb and one of the staff members climbed up next to him and encouraged him to complete the climb. The staff here is always helpful and encouraging. The owner seems like a very nice man and is involved our community.

Seriously one of the most fun workouts Ive had. The walls have a great variety of difficulty and the cafe has great tea. Super helpful staff, and good prices.

We love this place! So family friendly and incredibly clean! The drinks are phenomenal (especially the caramel frappe). The membership is where its at! We always enjoy our time at Climbing Cafe!!

Good routes. Surprisingly good rental shoes. The top rope is aimed at children. Theres a party room for cake and such. Most of the wall is dedicated to bouldering. The safety talk we got was a little sparse, and many customers werent paying attention to whether a climber was directly over them. This was a little nerve wracking, as there was a childrens birthday party going on when we went and little kids were running under us with minimal supervision. I hear the food is good, but havent tried yet.

We had a private event for our company party and had an excellent time. the facility is really nice, the staff was very friendly and the entire place is family friendly so everyone could have fun. Highly Recommend!

A great place for kids and adults alike! Its an awesome and fun workout. The cafe is delicious as well!

Stout routes in my opinion for the length of boulders, but all of them were pretty fun!

Great place, and wonderful addition of things to do in Terre Haute!! The staff is very friendly, and very attentive when you are on the wall. The owners The Morgans are great people, and have brought a wonderful addition of things to do in Terre Haute. In addition to climbing they have great sandwiches and coffee to drink while you are there. Definitely worth buying monthly family pass if you plan to go a few times. It pays for itself in two visits.

Great food and climbing walls, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether youre just driving through or are a local, Climbing Cafe is a great way to spend a few hours. Highly recommend.

Climbing was fun and challenging! They also have nice soft mats so you wont get hurt if you fall.

My husband and I do mystery dates from time to time and I chose the climbing cafe to surprise him. I was disappointed that their rates were by the day and not the hour. I think if they did an hourly rate they would appeal to a lot of couples. There were a lot of workers on duty, however I had to ask them for help and there was a group of people sitting on the floor in front of a rock wall, this wouldn’t have been an issue however there wasn’t a lot of wall space to choose from to climb and they sat there the whole hour we climbed. A little disappointed with our outing overall.
