I purchased my fiances engagement ring from Zales at a very reasonable price. I then had the diamond appraised and it appraised for more than almost twice as much as I paid for it. Anytime I get anything that has any kind of diamond in it anywhere I always go to Zales

The sales person judge us how we where dressed and help 3 other people that came in after us cause they where wearing dress clothes she dint help us cause we had jeans and a hoodie on and when my boyfriend went to ask for help she was rude so we went else where that’s y’all loss you should never judge people how there dressed it was our only day off and we wanted to dress comfortable

BUYER BEWARE! I wish that it was possible to give zero stars. My husband bought my wedding set from Zales. One year to the day, I took my ring in to get inspected, the lady then told me that the gold was rubbing off and that she would have to send it off, it would take three weeks to get back. When my ring came back the first time, it was severely scratched. Irritatedly, and after the young lady told me that I had sent it in that way and an older lady that worked there telling her that it was from the tools that they used to dip it,she sent it off again. Another 10 days later, I call the store and I was instructed that the shipment, had not came in for the day yet. I get a call back from the manager, tell me that it did not pass his inspection and that he had gotten a hold of the manager over the service department and had discussed with him about my set. The gentleman over the service department informed him that he was having this trouble with multiple rings, and that he would turn it over in 24 hours upon receipt. The manager at the store tells me that the set should be back Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest (this was a Friday). This brings us to today. I call the store this evening (Wednesday), and an obnoxious young man answers the phone, and informs me that they called a phone number listed previously for my husband, even though I am the one that they have been dealing with, that was disconnected, so they figured that I would call. I go to the store to finally get my ring, and previously mentioned obnoxious young man, decided to put on hand lotion twice before talking to me. When talking to me, he sets my rings in my hand and starts to walk away. It does not take me long to realize that my rings are still not fixed from the scratches. The young man gets a cloth and tries to wipe it off. I tell him that they still are not fixed, after waiting FIVE weeks. He looks at me and asks if Im sure that I want to send them off again. YES, I want them fixed. The still obnoxious young man, says ok well send them out again. Obnoxiously saying that hes sorry that this has happened. I asked how long that it will take again. He told me another week, unless his boss can expedite it again to get a 24 hour turn around again. This is ridiculous! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ZALES AGAIN!!!!!UPDATE: It has now been six weeks and one day, and my set still is not back. I am being told Friday at the very latest. I have beyond had it.

Got a beautiful ring from here. Sent it out for an appraisal that should haven taken 1 week, still waiting 3 weeks later... they dont know anything and cant help me get it back.

I will never buy anything from here again. The people use to be nice but this last time I went in there the guy I dealt with was so rude. I stood at the counter for a very long time no acknowledgement so I left then went back. The ring I got broke twice the first time was my fault the second time Im really not sure what happened but the GM argued with me about it.Now they are taking their time to give it back to me.

Staff could do better at knowledging people that walk in. But overall happy with service. Also, love the selection of jewelry!

Disappointed with the quality of the customer service....Sales staff were uninterested in helping us, and acted as if they didnt like being there. Found the same ring at Zales online that was in the store for $200 less, also cant make any payments over the phone or via internet, which make purchasing anything from the difficult at best, That, along with the poor service made us look elsewhere for our wedding set.

Worst customer service I have experienced in jewlery!!! On top of them not taking my information correctly my ring has broken twice in less than 10 months!! The lady that I had to deal with the second time was horribly rude and didnt want to take the time to get off her ass and talk to me let alone look at me!! She told me I wasnt able to fix my ring for free since I had lost my paper work for it only to find out 2 weeks later from the manager that wasnt true!! Then after going back and finally talk to the manager of course trying to talk his way into it being okay and promising me this wont be happening again and saying because of all the inconvenience he would have a rush on my ring and have it back in a week just to find out its not inon time yet again!!! I strongly strongly recommend never ever buying from this store especially for important occasions. I know I will never go back to them for any jewlery in the future!!
