This was my first time at this business. My car needed regular maintenance and they were amazing. They picked up my car at my home and returned it 2 hours later, service completed. I usually go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, but its in Dallas and I live in Terrell. Really didnt want to drive 30 miles. Will definitely use them again!!!

Took my truck in for a recall notice, they were friendly & greeted me quickly after I drove up. The repairs were done timely & I was in and out pretty fast. All and all it was a great experience

I’ve always had a great experience getting my vehicles serviced at Platinum Chevrolet. The crew is fast, efficient, and honest! We had a check engine light pop up on our truck, they did a diagnostic check and it was good to go! They even made room to get the oil changed since it was due and the truck was already there. Although they were very busy and honestly very cramped into a small office area they did their best. Joey was always friendly and eager to help and answer questions. Our truck is our only vehicle and we needed it at a certain time and Joey made sure it was ready. We were supposed to bring it in 3 weeks earlier but had several deaths in the family and had to travel. Joey was very understanding and did very well to help us out once we were ready. Overall everything was awesome. Some people were a little short if you showed up and they didn’t know you were coming. But that would be my only gripe.

I got in there and the service advisor was right out and asked me what I needed today. I told him it was time for new oil and filter and he took down all the information and showed me where the waiting room was. While I was waiting another guy walked by and ask me if I needed some water and or coffee. So I played on my phone and the service guy came in and told me that he had a recall fixed and I was all set to go as soon as they wash the vehicle. Great service.

I have used Platinum Chevrolet, and Wylie Musser Chevrolet before, for service and this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with their service. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was told I needed rear brakes and that they could fix me up in a couple of hours. No problem, they took me home and I waited for their call and 3-1/2 hrs later I called to check on, they said they would call me right back with an update, ok, no response and I had to call back 1-1/2 hrs later to find out it would still be 45 minutes before it was ready. They said they had some help go home sick, ok, I can understand that, but what I can’t understand is no phone call to tell me it was going to take more than the promised 2 hrs!! A simple phone call would have prevented a dissatisfied customer!!! Maybe I’ll find another place for service in the future.

I really like this dealership and the folks that work here. Even when there is a mistake, they own up to it immediately and address the issue. This visit was for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Sadly after 2.25 hours I was still sitting in the waiting room...seems I’d been forgotten by my service advisor...who apparently had gone home. I inquired why it was taking so long, and got a kind of blank look from the remaining staff. Immediately another service advisor jumped in and helped me. What’s amazing about the staff is they remained perfectly calm and cool while trying to figure out what happened even while I was getting fired up about it. That in itself helped me calm down after wasting so much time waiting. They were sincere and their apology, and the icing on the cake was they wouldn’t even charge me for the service they provide. To me that was going above and beyond, and it was a greatly appreciated gesture on behalf of the staff. I will continue to use Platinum for all my service needs on my truck.

Spoke with a platinum service manager Trevor at their Ford store and he made sure they had a battery for me at their chevy store down the road. Came in with about 30 minutes to close for a new battery since I’ll be on shift the next day, they had me in and out within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price!

Service department was very efficient and handled getting photos for insurance purposes. Once insurance gave approval, work was completed quickly.

Car was serviced and tires rotated, which naturally should include checking tire pressure. When I picked up the car, the two front tires had 39 psi, one rear tire was at 37 psi and the other at 31 psi. This should have been checked.

I was scheduled for a recall and when I was checking in with service. I was informed that part wasnt in stock. I wish they would have informed me of that because I am a truck driver and I get paid by the load. I missed 2 loads today because of poor communication. I was looking to buy a new Chevrolet but it will not with Platinum Chevrolet 1212 W Moore Ave. Terrell Texas 75160. I am also a retired Navy Veteran and thats the thanks I get for serving this country. No thank you ever again.

I had purchased a 2020 silverado and had an amazing experience with the sales process. No games or gimics and explained what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and thats that. Sadly that truck was totalled (thanks to someone on their phone cutting I. Front of me). That being said I got a loaner from the dealership while everything was being reviewed by insurance and went in one day and noticed a 2021 and again few moments later signing that paperwork. Service department is always professional and easy to deal with. Never any of that up sale garbage but rather just courtesy and straightforward information up front. The entire Platinum branch is an amazing dealership to work with. So much so my wife got her Pacifica through Platinum as well. So to sum everything up we have purchased 3 new cars from Platinum in the same amount of time it took us to buy 1 car from a chevy dealership in Frisco. Will continue to do business with this company for many years.
