I had to have my car dropped off after hours due to a minor breakdown. Spoke to them the next morning and they go right to it, having it done and back to me in no time. Price was fair and straightforward. I highly recommend this company for your repair and servicing needs.

Our transmission broke on the way to Louisiana and these amazing people took our truck in and had it fixed and ready to go that same evening! They were polite, professional, and got us back on the road quickly! I definitely recommend!

Tried to charge me $3500 for a complete rebuild. Towed the car to another shop and was told it only had one set of clutches burned up. However, the completely unprofessional staff at quick transmission sent the car off without the differential and 2 separate sets of clutches along with the pump from someone elses car!!! The total cost of reapir at the other shop was $1700... Less than half what they quoted me. Do yourself a favor and find a better, more honest shop to work with.

I had my 2016 transmission re built. The day i picked it up it was shift hard. So i called . and was told to bring it in. They drove it and said it was fine. So i took it home. 30,000 thousand miles. .later. I take it back. And drope it off . and tony calls .me and tells me i have to pay for parts. . and labor was free. If they would have drove it for longer then 2 minutes. Then they. Woul have known something was wrongVery on fair. I have to pay more money. To fix there mistakes

We very recently moved to Terrell from out of state and all of a sudden my car broke down! I was scrambling to find a good honest mechanic like we had back home. I called quick transmission and they picked my car up the same day. Tony called me the following day to let me know what was wrong and how much it would be. He said hed order parts and I got a call the following day! My car runs again and it didnt hurt my back account too much. We will be bringing any future car needs to quick transmission.

A few months ago I purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. My son drives it most of the time. Sometimes when he “guns it” there is a hesitation and the engine light comes on. We assumed that it was the transmission and took it to Quick Transmission. They ran diagnostics on it and found nothing wrong. They drove it and found nothing wrong. I appreciate their honesty in telling me they couldn’t find anything wrong. They could have rebuilt the transmission and I wouldn’t have known any different. They didn’t even charge me for the tests. I will continue to take the truck to them in their future. I appreciate their honesty.

This is THE BEST place ever! I am single and feel everywhere I go I get ripped off. Quick Transmission not only fixed my pickup but worked me in so I had a vehicle to drive to work until I decide what to do with my car. I called at 8:00am and explained I needed it fixed because I had no transportation, I was ask if I could bring it in right then. It was fixed immediately, they are very busy and I was Blessed to have them stop what they were doing and look at it and fix it while I waited. And price, I had already had a quote and they were so much more resonable and not all was wrong with it that I had been told. I highly recommend this place. My family and I were new in Terrell when my husbands pick up transmission broke down. We took the pick up and Giovanni did a great job is been more than a year since then and the transmission still working great.

When you use a automotive service you expect the device they use to check your vehicle to be accurate, charged for a alternator car still broke down, after I paid for it, then told I needed a starter, cost me $849, did not change my oil like I asked, why? You put the engine in my car. Oh, by the way I have a oil leak surprise. You lost my business.

I’ve worked with Quick Transmission for a couple of years now and have never had any issues with them. They do good work at a good price and you usually your car back that day.

Great workshop, the crew is very professional and did the repair work on time. Even expedited my repairs since my car broke down while taking a road trip. Gio, even gave me a ride to the hotel and picked me up the next morning to bring me back to the shop ( i mean who does that? Very nice guy!) A bunch of crooks, took my car there and Gio Hernandez ( owner ) PERFORMED WORK THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED and kept my $1000.00 deposit. Took him to court and the judge ruled in my favor and he has not paid me my money. I am now in the process of going to court again to get my money.

Hit a tire on the interstate, knocked a shroud loose they removed it and didnt charge me. Great place highly encouraged to use
