Best convenience store in Terrell Texas! Bathroom cleaning is slacking though. Said without knowing the trashy people in the area though. Dried up Spit on walls.

Nice gas station with tons of Options. I forgot to ask what that columbian special coffee was they had. And If I could buy a bag. I really enjoyed that!

It makes no sense at all to make someone walk all the way up from Diesel pumps to pay inside. That is supposed to be pay at pump. Thanks to your store doing that I ran out of fuel 3.7 miles down road on Hwy 34 South. With truck and trailer had to call AAA. My back was hurting too bad to walk away from a pump that should have been pay at pump.Thanks a lot QT you get 1 star for that! Hopefully I make it out of this mess alive!

Our Terrell Qt has always been our go to for gas but this morning the station was a mess...the water was sour for washing the glass and the bathrooms were a mess..sinks had some kind of grit on them...the overall store looked unkept. Hoping when the unemployed decide to go back to work QT can have their store back to the store we are proud of here in Terell.

Always Fast Service, Large selections of drinks, foods etc

This is my go to gas station! There’s always someone here weather it’s a someone working here, a truck driver, or just another customer getting gas or coffee. You don’t have to worry to much about something bad happening. The place is kept fairly clean and maintained. Their made to order foods are pretty good. They need some work when it comes to ordering on the app however. The bathrooms when they are clean they are nice and clean, but could use more daily cleaning.

Clean place. Few fountain drinks were out of service. Would stop again in a semi truck.

I purchased $44 of diesel on 9/8, drove to Houston and truck had a hesitation issue, arrived back home on 9/12, and replaced fuel filters and noticed trash in the fuel bowl. Also had a buddy who got fuel on 9/9, and his was much worse, there was so much trash that it clogged his fuel line. I would recommend buying fuel somewhere else

Great place to take you 30 minute break, to get cheap diesel, cheaper than anywhere else.Love the food love the service.It is the truck stop on a very busy interstate So dont be surprised if at the moment they run out of something.Dont complain because they dont have showers because if they do have a showers the price off diesel will go up so they can pay the water you spend on your shower which is a common sense thats what pilot does and other big truck stops.Use your brain before writing comments about stupid stuff.

What customer service???I was there at 8:30 this morning... tried to get breakfast but the employee was too busy chit-chatting with a fat girl. Of course the self order screen was out of order.Im headed down to South Texas to deliver fuel relief for hurricane Harvey and I was going to completely fill my semi with diesel.I will fill my truck and my belly somewhere elseOh, and please tell fat girl not to wear gym clothes.

Cant thank them enough! Left my debit card in the reader and didnt realize till next morning. Not only did they have it, they had it locked up. I asked if my wife could pick it up for me and they where hesitant to let her have it. I explained we have the same last name and she hadt an identical card. In that case, if shell show us that and her ID theyd let her take it. Thats PROFESSIONALISM! KUDOS QUICK TRIP!

Rest rooms were dirty, when I mentioned it to the manager, he kind of shrugged his shoulders, and said ok ! The young lady in the deli kitchen questioned if I had paid for my food, as if she did not believe, me. Not good today !

This place is pretty convenient right off of i20 and hwy 80. Believe it or not their fuel is usually lower than the surrounding fuel stops. and they have made to order food that sacs literally 3-4 mins. always clean restrooms. If our going to stop... I would recommend it be here in this area.

One thing I loved here, the donuts holes, the one specially made for QT. I don’t know what changed, the recipe..the products ..the price is higher ..the quality is very, very bad. I ate one, the rest are in the trash.

I bought a slice of pepperoni pizza that does not have any tomato sauce on it QuikTrip is cheap on tomato sauce disgusting Pizza management needs to change never buy it again waste of money and this is not the only store most all the stores are like this Ive been to quite a few of them

I am staying in nearby Hotel for post-medical reasons and every morning I walk over and get my coffee, and when there is no manager around the cashier the cashier often flirts with the men and treats women like they are taking up her time...Like this morning between 0500-0515 went and got my coffee and when I paid for it told her Good Morning, how are you and her response really surprised me especially when the next customer was a man and she was joking and flirting with him....Her response to my good morning was a reluctant Hi, Im a driver and have to deal with customers everyday and treat them all the same as professional as I can after all it reflects on the company I drive for

Employees are nice enough but the mens restroom is soaked in urine .. puddles under every urinal not little ones big puddles and that gets tracked all over the store floor

Great access for trucks. QT always has great coffee...

The pretzel I ordered was all dough in the middle and when I wanted to use my qt app coupon for a free big q the girls said I had the wrong big q cup, there was no writing on the coupon that said eat cup I could and couldnt get. So I had to throw away a whole soda and cup and get another big q drink. Seems extremely wasteful.

Nice place, they are busy but fuel prices are decent and they Keep it clean! Unlike Wal-Mart this place actually had all 4 registers going and with a mile long line your in and out fast and you dont see that in places that are this crazy busy! Def will stop in again. I parked for the night here and it was not nosey.❗️❗️💯💯

They are always out of multiple items. They are always out of cups for the ice cream or cups for the shakes or the ingredients. I spoke to the manager Ree C. and she told me that they could not make the shake that was on sale since they were out of cups for the sale size, but I could buy the more expensive one that was not on sale. Wow. They have cups for the ones that are not on sale. Ridiculous.

Usually love QT but this store was dirty, disgusting bathroom, and both pumps I used would not print receipts #1 and #10. Only has Def at the semi pumps.

I only wish all Truckstops would be this convenient I like the fact that they do not over charge for food like every other truckstop do. I also like the fact their fuel is cheap the only thing this truckstop needs is a bigger lot and showers but I know that’s the reason they are inexpensive that’s how they keep their cost low

Would not suggest buying diesel here. #2 grade and my fuel mileage dropped over 12mpg after getting fuel here.HORRIBLE DIESEL !!!!!!

Went to purchase $10 in DEF and got a hold of $350 on my card!! Never purchased anything. We had already purchased gas from Buc-ees for $.40 less (which put a $1 hold on my card). This is insane, will never go back!!

Stopped because I thought QT had clean restrooms, NOPE! Apparently thats not a thing they do in Texas? Its bad enough that they dont care enough about their customers to offer showers for road drivers, geez! This company is falling even lower on my list as a chain.
