Had a problem with my car 122 miles away from home..all I could think about is it was going to be a long bad day...Called the dealership where I bought the car and they would see what they could do...Before I made it to the coffee pot at the store I was atMr Joey Wages was in front of my vehicle looking for me...10 minutes later the tow truck was there. Mr Wages brought me to the dealership in the town I broke down in and kept me informed face to face with every step of the repair process.. from the time I broke down to ready to go was under 2 hours..Awesome work to the folks involved with the repair.And a special Shout out to Mr Joey Wages...If you want to know what real customer service is go see him.. The only way to sum up what I think of him is AWESOME..Keep up the great work

If you see that the manager on the deal is Juan, you are better off driving away. Worst dealership experience in my life. He gave us numbers which coincidentally changed every 5 minutes. He lost our trust very quickly in the process, and he had the audacity to make rude comments as there were no other customers around. With that being said our sales guy Michael was nice and upfront, most honest guy there and I wish him the best.Please look into your manager’s carefully they should never try to take advantage.

We drove out to this dealer from Allen with our two little ones. Brent the sales guy had both cars we were interested in waiting for us and was very kind to stay a little late while we did a quick test drive to see if either vehicle would work for our family. The sales manager Juan was also very nice. We didn’t even end up purchasing here, but I wanted to leave a good review for Brent because he went out of his way to help us. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were considering. It was a pleasant experience, no pressure and no hard selling. I would be happy to consider purchasing from them in the future. Drove from Dallas to this dealer because the price was the best and they had the exact car I wanted. I talked with their sales guy Robby and he answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. He was easy to work with and helped with the trade in and loan papers. No issues with the service, negotiated a great trade deal, they beat Carmax by 2k. Would definitely come back again in the future if I still live in the area.The only odd thing about this dealer is the location. It is not what you would expect. The price and service matter more to me than how nice the dealership looks.As others said, the price on the site is with a lot of things you may or may not qualify for, but this is the same thing that every hyundai dealer or even other brands do. Dont believe me? Notice how 95% of all car dealer websites are essentially the same thing? Its because the backend system is the same with a different skin on the front.

Like what was mentioned by a previous reviewer, they do not even honor the price they post online. Its just a tactic to get you in the door. They should be up front that the online price is likely the cheapest they can go and only 1% would qualify. You would need to be a previous Hyundai owner, veteran, first responder, college graduate to get that price. They basically pull levers on their dealer site to Hyundai corp and quote that. Hopefully that is not the way all car dealers operate now or convenience (Carvana) will put these places out of business. Would have paid cash for the car as well although that will likely be a bad thing for them.UPDATE: Went to a competitor and bought a newer, better version for a cheaper price.

The guys at Randall Noe were great when it came to customer service on the day of the purchase. Austin picked me up from downtown Dallas since I was coming in from the Austin area to pick up a vehicle by myself. Thanks Austin!! You rock!The experience overall was pretty good. Things took a little longer than expected to finally drive off but some of that was because the line of people waiting to work with the financing guy was a little long. Not anyones fault I suppose. I would suggest next time a customer is traveling from far away to pick up a car and has given ample time make sure the car is ready. The vehicle was dirty inside and out and evidently needed new brakes and machined rotors. Pretty cool they did that though. In the end Austin cleaned the car inside and out. The car looked good when I drove off in it. The only thing that kept this from being a 4 or 5 star experience was the was the rapid decline of customer service once I drove off. The manager Gene and Austin had given their word to follow up with South Point Hyundai of Austin about getting another FOB key for the vehicle. The vehicle only came with one FOB key but was not disclosed in the ad, over the phone, during the test drive or at any other point until I asked for it when I was about to drive off and had already signed paper work. I sent a follow up e-mail but they have chosen to ignore it. Thats too bad.-Art Jimenez

Buying a car at Randall Noe, Terrell, was an amazing experience. I had a horrific experience at a dealership in Austin and came to Randall Noe Hyundai while visiting my dad. Their service is stellar, they were upfront, honest, and the one issue that arose on the back end... it was not their mistake... they had fixed with in hours after contacting the third party who made the mistake. They were on top of everything, treated me with great respect, were honest and kind. I am a ways from needing to get a new car, but when I do, I will be making the drive from Austin to buy from them again.

How far would you drive for the best deal on a car? We worked with Hyundai dealerships in the Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas areas, and decided 229 miles was not too far to get the best price and value on our Hyundai Palisade.From our first phone contact with Kiara and our many phone calls with our salesperson Michael Hadley, to our finance talks with Gene, we were treated with kindness and respect. They clearly wanted our business, and worked hard to get it.When we arrived to pick up our Palisade we were greeted at the door by Michael, Kiara, and Gene. Our beautiful new car was clean and waiting for us inside the showroom. Austin, the technology guru, walked us through all the aspects of the Palisade. He listened to and answered knowledgeably every one of my many questions.We drove the Palisade home, admiring the features added by the dealer (such as the Pulse Safety Brake Light, Nitrogen Tires, and Llumar window tint), and didn’t even realize that when I got a flat (yes, a flat 😭) with less than 500 miles on the car, the replacement fee for that was covered under our extended warranty. Not to mention that with a push of the Bluelink button a tow truck was summoned to come help me put on a spare.After working with over 12 dealerships in and around 4 Texas cities, I highly recommend Randall Noe Hyundai. They are worth the drive, whether you are near or far.
