Went in the evening and was not crowded. Very clean and well stocked. The Christmas decorations are looking great and is 40% off this week. Someone directing to lines at checkout helped a lot (since it was almost closing time by the time I was leaving). Had a ton of my yarn I was looking for!

I mean, who doesnt LOVE Hobby Lobby! They have everything to create my wreaths, decorate our home, my new Parklane Jewelry studio, props, displays and All the HOLIDAYS! I like to do it myself. Prices/sales are the BEST! I can need something and they are maybe 15 minutes down I-20. Cashiers are friendly, they dont hesitate to call more up front when lines start to form. It was a good experience. Adam seem priced well in comparison to some other places. The customer service while I was needing to locate a product was very good and the lady that provided service when I checked out I believe her name was Elena was absolutely wonderful friendly and very helpful, so a thank you to her for her kindness and patience while I located my payment card.

I had the best experience with Andrew in framing! He took his time & helped me with a unique picture. It was a great reminder that quality customer service still exists in big stores. I hope my own boys are as patient, polite & helpful as Andrew was.

Clean and friendly staff. The staff was willing to walk you to products of interest. And there are A LOT of products. Sale prices were also clearly marked.

Had to return a lot of items and the staff were very nice and friendly about the whole return process.

I found the stuff I was looking for I was trying to get some extra wicks for my candles when they burn completely out I still have some wax and they have it and I didnt think they did but I love it I love going another all decorated for fall and its just gorgeous inside that place if you havent been there you need to go

Disappointed this visit. All I needed was 1 yard of material cut. Rang bell once, and waited. Rand bell again, employee heard it and called for help. (What - she cant use scissors?). And waited. It started to put rain suddenly. I commented my windows were down. A second employee I flagged down, called for help and then laughed as I mentioned my windows. A THIRD employee, looking frazzled, came to the cutting table, took out a pair of scissors, apologized and cut my fabric. It took her longer to write the ticket than to make the cut. Anything but a satisfactory experience. 🙄

Ok, I LOVE Hobby Lobby. But Im especially ecstatic that the one in Terrell opened. We decided to do a photoshoot there. The staff are super nice and helpful. A lady even gave me a trick to their sales (they alternate every week) I also love their home decor. Im going to buy a mirror there when it goes on sale. Oh and sign up to for their emails, they always send you coupons.

Very disappointed when paying cashier. I bought several items on clearance based on a sign that indicates 90% off. The cashier said to me none of the items I purchased were 90% off....when I explained there is a sign....she said the sign is for after holiday items. The cashier made no attempt to review the sign. My receipt was over $50. Some of the items I would never had purchased without the markdown....I paid for the items because I felt embarrassed as all the customers could hear her as she was talking loud . Im not sure I will ever go back to Hobby Lobby .

Clean and shopable store. As it was my first the in the store, I was I am excited to return at a later date. Disappointed when at check out, the cashier talked to the customer behind me. Not the customer she was to be helping at the time. Poor customer service!!

My Favorite Craft Store.

The variety of items were mainly meant for a Karen. There was nothing for the artistic type, that suited just our needs. We did find a very small section of hobby lobby that had paints, colors, markers, and pens. But none of these items were quality items that an artistic type person would use on their art. Once again it mainly consisted of decor and how to make your house look more like Martha Stewart and how your family isnt dysfunctional and you probably need to focus on that. Customer service didnt exist here either. Starseed out✌️

Newly built store that has been very popular in this area. Large store with all the normal stock. Store is like all others. Usually busy but employees work diligently to maintain. Friendly and very helpful.

This store is too small and there is too much stuff in confined areas and very narrow isles.The employees that were stocking were running around the store getting in the way of customers.I almost got run over several times.

Hey they got the hobby supplies I need when I need them. Unlike online where I sometimes have to wait 7~10 days out. And Hobby Lobbys got lots of eye candy right in front of me. No waiting.

This lobby had many hobbys

This is a brand new store. Very nice facility. Just picked up a few arts and crafts supplies. All employees, including customers were wearing masks. Social distancing was the norm. It was a pleasant shopping experience. And their 40% discount coupon on one regularly priced item helped.

They got really cool home stuff but they aint making that much money none of the locations do heres whyLACK OF ADVERTISING!! TRUST ME.

Love Hobby Lobby. Theyre movie it around while I was there. But it was still neat and clean. Lines are usually long but never wait to long. And I cant wait to see Christmas out!

One of my favorite places to shop. You can always show a mobile coupon and get discounts. This place is less expensive than Michaels. You can find floral arrangements, frames, art, candles, jewelry making supplies, storage items, canvases, paint, and seasonal items. This store is closed on Sunday.
