This store has greatly improved lately! Remodeled and reestablished the layout of the store to best suit its merchandise. And the staff is always friendly.

Every store, regardless of name, has things you cant find elsewhere. So it is with Big Lots. I also buy my bottled water(Crystal Geyser) there as I can almost always get both 1 gal bottles and packaged 16 oz bottles at their stores. I live in Hayseed TX and dont like the water, especially for my coffee. So I use Crystal Geyser exclusively. I usually buy 30 gallons + five cases at a time and Big Lots always comes through.

Great customer service service I enjoyed my visit.

Disappointed. Used to go there all the time and always got great bargains...BUT. not this time. Didnt find any bargains! First time ever!

Shopping by internet is great, had surgery and couldnt do a lot of walking using internet is next best thing.

Had two wonderful employees helping me this morning. I looked at Wal-Mart and Brookshire for any water, but they were sold out. One of the nice ladies from Big Lotswent back to the stock room for me not once but twice after finding out they had 24 pack of water.Great customer service and super friendly as well. Thank you and I will be back.

Ive purchased a lot there, from my beds headboard to smaller decorative things, to kitchen goods and some food. The majority of their items are good quality and the staff has always been curteous and helpful. I would 100% rather go there than some local big box stores.

Bargain shopping at a no thrills store. When you get the bargain the atmosphere isnt that big of an issue. Store is messy but yiu can find what you need.

Ive shopped in several Big Lots before but this location was very messy. Loads of empty shelves and nothing seemed to be the correct place. There was enough room to move your cart from isle to isle due to the shelves being to close together. This was my 1st and last visit to this location.

If your looking for nice furniture then this is not the place. If your looking for pressed wood or particle board then Big Lots is for you.

Nice selection of home decor and budget level furniture. Snacks, beauty items, outdoor merchandise, and cleaning supplies are also available. Friendly and very helpful staff. The staff will help you check pricing and go in the back to check for additional inventory. Lots of parking out front.

Big Lots is an upscale store of Dollar General. They have everything u need for any occasion. And prices are really reasonable.

The products are different from the run of the mill stuff you see at Dollar General and Wal-Mart. Pricing is fair. The employees have yet to make an impression good or bad on me...but well see.

Best Big Lots I have ever been to. Employees are genuinely nice and always greet customers and offer to help them. Other Big Lots locations should send their employees here to be trained on customer service.

Went for Christmas clearance. Very confusing, items were spread out on 4 or 5 aisles, all had different clearance signs.some were 90% off, some 20%. Ornament storage bins--one size was 90% off, another was 20%. some Christmas items were still ringing up regular price.🤪🙄

It was great! Found what I was looking for.

Got wrong part after exchanging for damaged goods that was supposedly inspected before i left the store first time. 3 80 mile trips later i finally got the right part 5 weeks later. Always thoroughly inspect goods before you leave. They did make it right!

This location is amazing. The workers are all so friendly and helpful. We went in and bought a dinning room table set. The women help us to our car and then when it wouldnt fit instead of having us pay more to have it delivered she helped us take everything out of the box and put it in our car so it would fit. Then she took the box and trash for us. She never once complained or acted like we were being a pain. They are fantastic!!

We used to love coming here. Prices are still better than most places but they arent as good as they used to be. Seems like they are trying to get a little fancier or something.

Went in to purchase a refrigerator (mine had quit working) made a selection and was told that it would be about a week before I could get it because they only stock floor samples. When you need a refrigerator you need it then, not next week.
