I had foot surgery a few days ago and was given crutches to get around. I fell with them, and knew I had to have something better. I called AME, and gave them my credit card information, and was immediately set up with a knee scooter. It is great quality, very sturdy, and is a lifesaver... literally. The staff at AME were very nice and professional, and the rental fees are great. Thank you AME.

You took my panic and turned it into peace in 10 minutes!I’m one satisfied customer!I am thankful that I live in a community where businesses treat their customers like family. I have a very busy work life as an Account Executive in the healthcare industry. I spend countless hours helping families facilitate their healthcare and community resource needs. On top of my full time job, I get to be a volunteer advocate for the elderly. I truly enjoy what I get to do every day. The opportunity to give back to the geriatric community is very rewarding. Recently, my mom’s health has declined and I have been praying that God would send the necessary people to help her with her Health and Home Care needs. It’s easy taking care of everyone else’s parents, but when it comes to your own it’s the hardest thing I feel a person can go through. Being a caregiver is not for the faint of heart. I am trying very hard to be respectful of my moms rights & help her when I am asked. I knowing she needs additional help, but I cannot force help until she’s ready. Last night, my mom asked me for some medical equipment that would help her in her home. I was thrilled to call my friends at Associated Medical Equipment locate in Terrell. I knew in my heart they would do whatever necessary to help my precious momma. When I called Barbara Myers, director of marketing and also text Doug Pritchett Jr. this morning they responded so quickly that my mom is now happy to have the necessary equipment and her home to help her throughout her day. I was back to work in less than 30 minutes!My overall experience was exceptional. Associated Medical Equipment is located inside the Pritchett’s Jewelry store. This family owned business has continue to bless the people of Terrell Texas/ Kaufman county for multiple years. Once again they have proven that as a team they work well together and they do make you feel like you’re part of the family. Thank you Pritchett Family & my dear friend Barbara for for making this experience so peaceful.Moms happy & I can now relax.I love how God shows up in such a way raise incredible human beings who is passionate about helping people.
