Always have great ice cream... have to ask for a fresh waffle bowl, its the best when its warm

Absolutely THE best counter help of any Baskin Robbins Ive been to! The girls tonight really set the barre high for others to try to reach!

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae. Being an adult, the scoops were small. The establishment did have my flavor - mint chocolate chip.

Couldnt obtain refund for stale cones and nasty ice cream. I spent close to thirty dollars and the manager wouldnt allow the refund even after I was told Id get a full refund as long as I bring in the cones. The ice cream is way better at the snow ball stand including the cones. My kids complained about the ice cream and that was the reason I brought it back. The employees didnt bother to offer the ice cream near the toppings thats kid friendly. Thats what my kids wanted instead, but didnt know until we walked out because it wasnt easily visible. The manager wouldnt let me get in one word and kept talking over me and they came up with so many excuses about who said what. Hard up on giving customers refund. Terrible customer service. They tried to give me cones instead after I was promised a Full Refund! Baskin Robbins Rob customers. I wouldnt give them a star if possible, but I have to rate these theives and liars! 👎👎👎👎👎

I love Taylor at the Terry Parkway location. She makes me feel like a valued customer each time I visit. We need more Taylors!

Small shop, but friendly folks, and guess what?? They do have ice cream! Not sure what days the submarine repairman is actually on the premises, but Monday is sadly not the day, my sub is still broken.

Took an 84 year old friend out for a cone. All was good until the girl behind the counter REFUSED to let the elderly lady use the restroom before leaving the store. A food and beverage establishment with no restroom? Or just a moron working the counter? Either way, they can keep their ice cream.

So many options great service and the people are nice.

2 workers try to keep up with long line. They did a good job but the guy behind me and I groaned b/c of the wait. Maybe a cost-cutting measure, but possibly someone just didnt show up - who knows.

They could work on their customer service skills.

When my girlfriend and I walked in 40 minutes before they closed, one of their employees said great! another customer just walked in loud enough for me to hear. absolutely the worst attitudes ever!
