I had brought me car in several times and always was offered a loaner.. these past couple times have been difficult since the service would take 3+ hours if not longer and I would have to wait for it to be done. Joel, my service advisor scrambled around the first time and after a couple hours found me a loaner.i appreciate all he had done and thanked him repeatedly.. Unfortunately, the second time all the loaners were sold.. Joel apologized over and over again knowing that I had just came from a long overnight job.. its hard for people that live an hour away and work long night hours to sit and wait..I mentioned maybe his service manager should think of putting some of the older cars in the lot as loaners.. sounded like a great idea to all that heard my conversation. (I mean they were waiting as long as I was).. Should be something to think about for the future... your license plate holder does say We treat you right... that would be awesome customer service for customers who have to wait long hours..
I went there to look at vehicles and one of their sales men literally and intentionally blocked my vehicle in because they did not like where it was parked!. If this is how they treat a potential customer, just imagine how they’ll treat you after the sale
Great service! Highly recommended! Thank Randy and Don!
I give them a discount card off my service but it did not come up on my bill, did not notice till i got home
Update 10-4-2021: I am changing my review to 1 star since I have texted the salesman twice over a 2 week period with no reply and he was the only reason there was 3 stars. The reply that the dealership gave me on Google that they want to discuss the issues, the email address doesnt work to reply to him. I have had to call the dealership about the registration to the new truck, the 30 day temp expired and I do not have the NY Reg yet. I called twice last week and was told that I have to call today (the day it expires) to request another one. So I just left a message. There are many Chevy dealers in CT. If you are from NY, dont pick this one.I liked the salesman that we dealt with. The problem that I had was with the Finance Dept. I had been approved for the loan through my credit union for 1.7%. The Financing that the dealership was offering was 4.7%. With my credit score, there is no reason for me to be paying that high of a rate. After several phone calls, emails and texts, I was not given the paperwork that I needed to take to the credit union to get the check for the dealership. I did not want to wait another 5 days, (due to the weekend and holiday), I had to take the financing through the dealership and I will have to refinance with my credit union. I dont know what the kickback the dealership gets from GM Financial, but it better be good to treat a new customer this way. The salesman I would give 5 starts, the finance department I give 1. This is why you have 3 stars for the average. No, I would not recommend this dealership unless you are able to pay cash for the vehicle and not deal with the finance department
Had a great experience with Josh in the parts department. Very knowledgeable, polite and informative. Even called to let me know when some parts I ordered were runnning late. Best parts person encounter I’ve had with a dealer in a long time!!
When I 1st called and spoke to Harry, he was very helpful and able to assist us in test driving and going over everything with us. I was very apprehensive about buying a new vehicle, but Harry was great and made it a very smooth process
BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI: My husband and I have been customers for many years, the last 2 vehicles we did not purchase from Terryville but have had issues and the service department welcomed us with open arms and treated us like gold. I was frustrated because the car we bought from a private seller had major issues and had to be returned a few times for service but in no way was it any fault of the service department. They are a honest, dedicated and caring group of people. I would like to give a specific shout out to Joel, Don and Ron they went above and beyond helping us with our GMC we had bought from a private seller. They were sincerely concerned for our safety and went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb.
We looked at other dealers but only Terryville had a Chevy Equinox; and they had multiples! We were spoiled for choice. The recent shortage of new cars due to pandemic slowed shipping but our fears about price gouging were unnecessary; we got a good a price on this Equinox as we did on our previous one. Wed loved that car but it was totaled by a newly licensed teenage driver who ran a red light at full speed. The car saved our lives. I know this to be true, two policemen and the tow truck dude all said so. So Im committed to this make and model in a big way and Chris, our sales rep, made it happen as easily and quickly as possible. He was off the chart fantastic... I hope he gets to know I said that!
Service dept has always done a great job and mindful of any of my concerns. Work has always been top notch and finished in a reasonable amount of time.
As always, Don and the staff took care of needed repairs in a prompt and efficient manner.
Don went above and beyond to assist with my concerns. All issues were addressed even ones i didn’t think would be covered by the warranty. No pressure to upsell, comfortable sales environment. Great communication. I will continue to use this location for my services and needs.
The staff are great and handled my oil change service quickly and professionally.
Rick our salesperson was very knowledgeable of all the features included in our new Equinox and was a pleasure to deal with. Nate was also helpfull in our in our final decision of purchase.
The team at Terryville service continue to be first class. I had some major work completed on my 2019 Traverse. Along the way, Don and Randy communicated very well with me, regarding required repairs, and frequent status on the work. They also ensure that I had a loaner, given the time that the Traverse was under repair. I appreciate their hard work and honesty throughout this process. Great job!
I was an out of state buyer from Illinois. From the moment I called, Jeremy was nothing but a pure professional. He worked with me to answer all my questions, sent tons of pictures and made the whole process actually not as dreadful as I was expecting. I bought a 2017 Chevrolet SS 6 speed manual. Sorta a unicorn. 1 of 88 made in this color with these options made in 2017. They arranged the financing and found a great rate. I have excellent credit so they found me 2.49%. They overnighted all the paperwork. They arranged paying the taxes and dealt with registering it in my state. I flew out to Connecticut and it was waiting for me. Washed, waxed, and full of gas when we arrived. Immaculate condition, just like it was advertised. So if your out of state, don’t hesitate to deal with them.
Terryville Chevrolet Screws over Veteran: I found the truck I wanted online, so I called, told them I was coming down to look at a 2014 Silverado they had on the lot. I test drove the truck and decided I was gonna buy it. We went inside to start the paperwork, and a few minutes into the process my sales rep stepped away and then came back to tell me “ Kyle so sorry, but someone just made it a deposit on that truck over the phone” so while I was sitting on the showroom floor, they let someone buy it out from underneath me who wasn’t even there in person. That is not customer service. That is the exact opposite.
Very casual and relaxed environment while still being extremely professional!
VERY QUICK PRICE WAS REASONABLE SERVICE MANAGER WAS GREAT
Norman the new service person was great, he really went the extra mile for me. I had problems getting e mails from on star regarding, service and recalls for over 3 years. Norman stayed with me while I was talking to on star, it was not a problem with the dealership, on star failed to change to my new email address. Norman was the only service person wearing a face mask, the other two were not. And, many of the other employees were also not wearing a face mask. It was a rare sight to see anyone who was wearing a face mask and I was there an hour to an hour and a half. That did not give me a warm fuzzy feeling. I am 68 and my husband is 72, we have had our shots and are waiting to be fully immune. Those employees not wearing a face mask, ironic with all the signs stating that a mask was required are not only putting themselves in danger, but also their customers. A DEAD CUSTOMER, CAN NOT BUY A CAR, THEREFORE ALSO CAN NOT HELP PAY YOUR WAGES. BE SMART WEAR A FACE MASK FOR YOUR SAFETY AS WELL AS FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS.
Corrine Markey is a great salesperson and very helpful. She went above and beyond to get us what we needed quickly.
The inability of this dealership to correct a simple front end issue and the treatment we received when trying to make an appointment was so unpleasant that we let the corporate office know. Upon arrival to our appointment, we were mistreated for our communication with corporate, who has now helped us find a more professional branch. I am disgusted with the service we received and witnessed customer service reps walking around swearing under their breath about other customers, making it difficult to schedule an appointment and being unprofessional. Bottom line. We simply wanted our vehicle to run correctly and they couldnt make that happen.
YOU SIMPLY DID WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD
To whom it may concern,Everyone was very nice and the service efficient. However, I discovered after the fact that the service needed, for which I received a service alert, is something that GM identified as an issue with the eight speed transmission soon I bought this vehicle. ( See TSB #18-NA-355) Why was I not informed and/or why did someone from Terryville not reach out to me prior to this? That is simply not right. I brought the vehicle in prior to COVID for a different issue, that was resolved. At that time, I indicated that I felt a shudder, or hesitation similar to the effect in a standard transmission when the vehicle is in a higher gear when it should be in a lower gear. The answer was that the service I had at the time should take care of the problem. It was not the transmission fluid flush and replacement procedure. There was no mention of the documented problem of the shudder occurring in the eight speed transmission. The problem was intermittent with my vehicle and I did not drive too many miles. I still have just under 20,000 miles accumulated. Therefore, even though everyone was very nice, I am not happy. From everything I have read since the other day, the fix does not last. I plan to return as soon as I feel the first hint of a shudder. I know that Terryville will take care of the issue as far as is possible. I will monitor the class action situation with GM in the meantime. I really like my truck. I had hoped to keep it a long time. However, if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction I will not be able to do so and I will expect Terryville to assist me in an appropriate and fair manner at that time.Respectfully,Tim Connellan
If you are looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, look elsewhere!. I recently was interested in a vehicle that was advertised as Certified Pre-owned(CPO). I liked the vehicle, and negotiated a trade for my current vehicle (which I bought from this dealer several years ago). I thought about it for a day, and decided to buy it, so I went back and put a deposit on it, and I was given another copy of the purchase agreement. When I got home, I noticed they had added $1000.00 for accessories. I called and asked the sales person what this was all about. I was told that this was to cover the cost of the vehicle being CPO. I told them I would not pay the extra amount, and I was told I could have my deposit back and cancel the deal, which I did. I made several offers to purchase the vehicle at the original price that was advertised, and was told No. I finally contacted the state Consumer Protection Dept., and after almost four weeks I was finally offered the vehicle at the original price. I decided I could not trust these people, as much as I liked the vehicle, and decided to look elsewhere. I have never been treated this poorly by a car dealer, and I will never do business with them again.
Came in for an premium oil change.. for rotation...... Was leaving.. noticed on dash board all tires under I notated..all different pounds of air.. went back..kid looked at tires.. not inside door recommendations.. and over inflated..I went home and readjusted....asked Don about brakes as no notes on work slip.. never changed in over 90,000 miles...told they must be fine.. that I drive a lot of highways..but I can see deep ridges on 2 rotors thru the rim.... so Ill have to go some where else to get them. Looked at....I am not convinced the tires were even rotated...
A good place to do business. Fair and honest.
Worst ever!!! Completely incompetent. Had vehicle over a month, I located the ECU, because Terryville Chevy could not. they took out the transmission for NO, reason. Clueless !!!!!!!. When informed vehicle was ready, I picked it up and the service engine soon light is in and the speedometer doesn’t work!!!!!!! Corvette mechanic aka specialist a utter failure. And I purchased a truck from them last year, ha never again.
The service manager was very helpful & professional. I had brought my car in for one issue & pointed out that there was another issue with my car that should be addressed. There was a warranty on one of the items of his concern. I gave him the go ahead on the work to be done. He worked with me on the cost of the other repair. He was upfront that because there was warranty work being done at the same time as my other issue that there would be some cost savings. There was a reduced cost. Overall experience was great & I would recommend Terryville Chevrolet to anyone needing work done on their cars.
Got a new transmission put in my car took a little while to get it in but the communication during that time was awesome and I was updated frequently and apologized to
Service was quick. Guy working the desk was mellow. Not pushy st all. Gave me a heads up of my services due. Always had an easy time there.
Everyone was nice, courteous, and they had me in and out in a reasonable time frame. Couldnt beat the price for the services done. Great experience all around! Thank you service team!
Excellent. I am very satisfied with the courteous and efficient workmanship.
I purchased a certified 2017 Chevy Silverado from Harry Rainey at terryville Chevrolet. Our original agreement included a 795 dollar platinum service plan in lieu of having the vehicle discounted any further. He was very accommodating up until the paperwork was signed. I received only 1 key set with the truck. Upon getting home the inside of the truck was filthy with french fries under the seat, crusted food in the passenger seat, and dirt/oil all over the steering wheel and grab handles. The truck also smelled terribly of cigarettes with burn holes in the drivers seat. Upon further inspection the entire back of the headliner is water stained due to a faulty seal on the 3rd brake light. It also had damage to the passenger front headlight and on both sides of the rear bumper. I have been back to this dealer 4 different times to get these and other issues resolved. When I called the service department to find out if the platinum service plan was indeed entered into their system it was not and they conveniently have no record of it. In the words of the service manager harry is good for this let me talk to him and I will call you back. In the mean time Harry himself called me and began berating me claiming that he never promised the service plan and that he was sick and tired of being harrassed and in his own words stop calling and lose my number and then hung up on me. It should be noteworthy that this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased since 2011. My 2 previous experiences with Doug Bailey were awesome and issue free, which is why I went to them a third time. Clearly something has changed at this dealership so if you are looking for a fair shopping experience stay far away from this dealer as they definitely do not live up to their slogan We will treat you right because they definitely will not.
Mitch did a great job. Terryville Chevrolet staff was great.
Terryville Chevy is the best service department that I have ever worked with. Don is always informative and keeps me updated with my service
Service department is very friendly and gets the job done pretty quickly.
*WARNING - Fraud alert *I bought a 1500 Silverado from Terryville Chevrolet back in 2017. When I bought this truck it looked to be in great condition and the Carfax report was presented to me by the dealership as clean. When I looked over the Carfax report myself there were no remarks, accidents or any records of this vehicle ever being repaired. Fast forward to June 2021 when I took the truck to a dealership here in my new town to trade it in. When they ran the vin number the Carfax report showed there had been moderate body damage to the passenger side and the rear bumper had been replaced. I immediately showed them the original Carfax report that I still had in my files. My new Chevy dealership here did some research and found out that the truck was in fact repaired, painted and had a bumper replacement at Terryville Chevrolet just before I bought it. The fact that this dealership hid this damage from a buyer is unacceptable and should be punishable by law. I now have to take a significant loss on my trade in value because of undisclosed damage. I highly recommend staying away from Terryville Chevrolet. This dealership lacks integrity.
The worst dealership I’ve ever been to rude employees told them make year and model of my suv so they could order parts for me. Got the parts from them found out they were wrong and went to return them and they still charged me for a restocking fee. Brought my car there to be worked on sat there for over a month without them working on it or fixing it didn’t give me a replacement car for the time being charged me for storage and to have it towed somewhere els and never even fixed the problem. I will never go to a Chevy dealership again.
Service was great. in and out while complimentary coffee while I waited.Plus Don in service provided me with options/recommendations for my truck. Don has always been personable to talk to
The service department associates are always friendly and always on time. When I go for my normal maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and such they are ready when I get there, I never have to wait for them to take my car in.
Start to finish the experience was great, and it’s not the first time either. The woman who processed me in at the service desk really deserves credit. She is professional, passionate about what she does, and did whatever she could to ensure the customer was satisfied. I also had the pleasure of observing her working with other customers who she treated in the same manner. When diagnosing my vehicle, I was not charged for something I thought was broken that in fact wasn’t, and was brought back to the service bay to discuss another small issue I had and whether it was worth addressing (credit to the service man who did that). Long story short I was saved money that I could have been unknowingly charged. Thanks to Terryville Chevy and team! So far so good!
I usually don’t leave bad reviews unless it was really bad, but this experience fits the bill. One word- Shady. Gave me numbers that we agreed upon, I left work early the next day and was asked for insurance docs all day long, then all of a sudden after I changed everything over they changed the numbers on the night of the signing and they were trying to get more money out of me due to THEIR MISTAKE.Dishonest and shady old school dealer tactics hoping I’d make an emotional decision. Head over to Richard Chevy, at least they are honest and upfront.
They are very good with great people
I bought a 5500 chevy in terryville chevy, since day 1 a have had brake noise on the brand new truck has been 6 or 7 months and the problem hasnt been fixedI no one wants to take a responsibility and Im being played around from the dealer that sold me the truck and gm, the brake noise I have on my truck they call it normal, can someone help, buying a chevy truck from this dealer was the worst thing I ever done
My car still pulls to the right as i told the person when i brought it in.my car was brought to the dealership and they rotated the tires, and alignment which i was charged for.my car still pulls to the right.when i bought the car i signed up for 2 details a year.when i started it seemed to be just a vacuum and cleaned my windows and sprayed something in my car, (nice smelly smell)i requested
I have never had a bad experience in all the times I have had my car serviced there. Unless an emergency came up on the road I would not take my car anywhere else.
I had the most positive experience with Gwen. She fixed my account in the system (after a year and a half of it being wrong), was thorough in her explanation of my cars needs and secured a loaner for me so I could still get to work and pick up my kids. Hands down a great experience!
This dealership is the best. Picked up my 2021 corvette earlier than expected.
Bob was great! Showed me all about my car, the process was seamless from beginning to end.
I just wanted to tell everyone that goes to this place to buy a vechile to make sure they see Bri.She is a great sales person. She stands by her word and works hard for customers. Also general manager is a great guy and stands by his word.
Horrible place. The sales person also lied. Would not recommend. 🇺🇸
Saw the truck I liked the night before. Took it home the next day. Great service, Harry was very nice and helped make sure I had all my paperwork in order. Thank you!!! I love my 2014 Silverado!!!! Gwen in the service department has been very helpful and helped me understand the process of having something fixed. Some amazing people work there, thank you 😊
Randy was fantastic. I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday which was not scheduled for service until Wednesday. Randy called me Monday morning and told me that the vehicle was fixed and ready. Awesome job Randy, Thank you.
My car was diagnosed and fixed correctly. The staff kept me informed.
We came from New York to buy a van for our business and we received superb service from start to finish! Harry was great and John in finance went over and above to help us with registration issues. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
Everyone is very customer friendly
The worst dealerI don’t heaven wast words to explainA car $70,000.00 after 300 miles you tell us the car needs 4 new tiresThis is really very sadChevrolet and CT DMV should take you your license but I will make everything to fight my rightsIgnorante people should not be in an such place playing with other people’s lifeI was ready to buy a new car for my daughter but not from your junkyardGood luck 👍 (total incompetence professional)
I found a very specific 2017 Forester (6-speed) that was listed on Terryvilles website, and was aided by Harry, with the help of his fellow team members. Not only were all the folks at Terryville incredibly responsive, they were helpful, honest, and aided me in the process of buying a vehicle out of state from Connecticut. Even after having to wait two full weeks to take delivery of the car due to a busy life, everything was done to a T!I would recommend Terryville to anyone looking for a vehicle. I only wish they were closer to me so I could give them repeat business!
From the first online contact to the end of the sale, everyone was friendly, did their job well and it was a pleasure.
I did not buy my car here, but when I moved they were the closest Chevy dealership so I have been bringing it here for issues. Everyone is so nice in the service department and they go out of their way to help. They have definitely earned my business. When I am ready to buy another SUV next year my husband and I will be coming here.
Customer service was great telling me what service need to be done waiting area was comfortable 🙂
Stopped at Terryville Chevrolet in need a replacement vehicle for my car that had just blown the engine that morning. My stepson and I were looking at trucks an Chris G. approached us and asked if he could help us. I told him I was in urgent need of a vehicle and was considering a pickup truck. Chris showed us two that would meet my criteria. We went in to sit at his desk while Chris setup the paperwork and financial services. In less than 2 hours I was out the door driving my new truck off the lot.I am pleased with my purchase and happy that Chris was there to help.
Great selection of vehicles. Very professional and friendly staff!
Bought my car here 2 years ago. Just took it back for maintenance. None of the customers or employees seem to care that were in a pandemic. Half of the employees werent wearing masks and none of the customers there at the time were. There was an elderly woman that felt more comfortable waiting outside in the rain than being inside with all of the people without masks. Sad that people dont seem to understand that the virus hasnt magically gone away. Wont be returning here for anything.
My service rep is always extremely friendly and attentive and she always provides the explanation needed.
This is my 3rd car dealership I have delt with and I WILL NEVER go anywhere else from here on out. I have had my car for a month now and they are AMAZING. I had a slight issue with my key fob and they got me in quick. Great and prompt service and they go above and beyond to resolve any issues. I had Bob as a salesman. He was extremely helpful and got me I to the right vehicle to fit mine and my familys needs. I suggest you use them for your future car needs. A+ guys. Thank you for all your help! (Especially during these times)
Terrific dealership. Excellent staff.
My husband ordered a truck in January. He was told that is could take 2-3 months to come in so we patiently waited. Then COVID-19 turned the world upside down and GM stopped production to make ventilators. This too was understandable and we continued to wait patiently. Along the way my husband kept in touch with Bob Dimeo to get updates on the progress as well as to confirm that the customer rewards and his GM points were still going to be applied and other things. Bob was good about responding and confirming everything. Bob told my husband on numerous occasions that he contacted GM to confirm what the value of my husband’s GM points were. Fast forward to the end of July when the truck arrived. Yes, we patiently waited almost 8 months for this truck. My husband contacted Bob to set up a pick up date and to confirm the bottom line figures. The next communication was a message from Bob stating to contact him after my husband reviews the “new sales order”. The new sales order was not at all the originally signed sales order in terms of price. Now the price was higher and qualifying for the higher CT luxury sales tax and they were not going to honor the GM points because they said they had given him Dealer Pricing. This was the first time he had heard that it was dealer pricing and that he now couldn’t use his saved GM points. Why would Bob have bothered to call GM on numerous occasions to confirm my husbands GM point value in the first place if he knew he couldn’t use them on what they are now calling “dealer pricing”?In a nutshell, they strung my husband along and are not planning to honor the signed sales order and the customer incentives along with GM MasterCard points. It’s obvious what they are doing and that they have mastered how to swindle their customers. We will not stand to lose $5,000+!We will never do business with these crooks again and plan to make sure that everyone knows how they operate!
Bought a Mercedes last week excellent service, most friendly staff..drove a hour away to get there but to be honest with the attention Ive received i wouldve drive two hours..thank you Terryville Chevrolet. Corinne your the best.
Best sales and customer service around!!
Working with Gwen and Randy was an excellent experience. They were professional, courteous and helped me with everything I needed.
Great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Don, Danielle, and Randy!
I visited Terryville Chevrolet from out of state. I drove almost 2hrs from New York after learning of a specific vehicle I was interested in from their large inventory of cars and trucks. The trip to Terryville Chevy was definitely worth it. I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant, Amy Smith. She is extremely knowledgeable about her job, courteous, patient, and without doubt very honest. Amy made me feel comfortable about shopping for my new car which is the opposite of my experiences with other salespeople at other dealerships in my past. Amy always made herself available for me on the phone and quickly responded to me when I had a question about something that I may have forgotten to ask her when we spoke in person. She made sure my car looked absolutely beautiful and flawless on the date of pick-up. My vehicle was cleaned and detailed to perfection just like she promised and I could not have been any happier or more satisfied. I remember buying a car about 10 years ago from a dealership that made promises, but didnt deliver on them once the sale was made, but that clearly doesnt happen here. Id recommend my family and friends who are shopping for a Chevrolet to visit Amy and Im certain they will have the same positive experience as I did. Everyone that helped me out over at Terryville (Amy, Stephen, Harry, and Rich) give off a truly honest vibe. If I buy or lease another Chevy in the future, it will definitely be from them.
Worst experience. Too much to write. My best advise is do not shop or get service done here.
Awful I have call numerous times and none of the mangers return my call3 months ago. The sales man told my husband and I to leave 1k so they wont sell they car while. We had our approvalWait 4 weeks for them to call back after me call 3 times. Some one call tell me to wait one more. WeekI emailed and texted so we can get our money back and zero responseWe didnt sign anything but the credit check formStill no one has returned a call nor emailPlus the sales man never return my calls or answered my textsIts flustering that they dont want to refund 1 k. Back
Unprofessional and unpleasant. If you dont want to pay sticker price they try to poor shame you.
Great experience with the staff. Highly recommended!
Their ad that everyone gets approved is a lie. I went there offer to put half down in cash and finance the rest and for over a week never heard back from salesman. Then approximately 2 weeks later I got a denial letter. They need to take that as off the TV. Very misleading and false.
I had done a fair amount of research. When I stated what I was looking for, Bob and the team were quick to figure out a fair deal. It was the easiest and most hassle free experience I have had at a dealership. I will definitely return to see Bob and the team at Terryville.
I was charged for an oil change when is part of my service plan. I spoke with Danielle in your service department and she said she can issue me a credit or I could come up and she could issue the credit directly to my credit card. I called this morning to ask for the dealership credit and left a message for her to call me back to confirm my request. Also, the receipt says you set tire pressure as part of the service. The tire pressure was not set.
The transaction was fast i put the down payment down on Friday and picked up my truck on Tuesday it was fast and easy
Parts dept did a great job Thank You
Fast, friendly and excellent service.
We were searching for a Suburban with a maxtow and Midnight Edition, with specific options. We started our search online and had many disappointments; either they didn’t tell us the vehicle they quoted us was already sold or they told us they would do a dealer swap. Both situations we drove over an 1 1/2 + hours to find out the vehicle was gone or they took a deposit on a vehicle that wasn’t guaranteed they could get.One call to Terryville late evening Meg answered and over the phone did the deal on our perfect vehicle! It was super easy she took the deposit on a credit card and I drove from NH to CT to do the paperwork. Other than a long drive, this was the best auto buying experience I’ve ever had. John in finance had all the paperwork ready for me to go over and sign.It was a seamless experience in a dealership that is filled with very competent and courteous employees, who you can tell truly love what they do! Everyone was awesome!Sadly it can’t be our preferred dealership for service since we live 2 1/2 hours away.I’ll be referring everyone I know that is the market for a vehicle to contact Terryville Chevrolet. The dealership is top notch and has a fabulous inventory!
Im very happy with the service dept. at Terryville Chevy. Im always greeted with a smile, my car is properly serviced and everyone takes the time to explain things along the way. I would definitely recommend their service dept. Jodi is the best!
I was in and out quickly and during these rough times the gift of a no charge oil change was an unexpected but much appreciated surprise.
All the work was performed well and at a reasonable price.
We havent bought a car in 6 years, and we were absolutely lucky to find our dream car here. The sales team was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and we never once felt pressured. They made our day! We bought a new 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier. Love the car. The salesperson Meg has been a pleasure to work with, professional, not pushy and honest about the vehicle. She made everything painless! Check them out before you buy somewhere else.
Stopped by this Chevy dealership today to look at Camaros. My wife and me are looking for an automatic and they had a lot in stock. Camaros that is not automatics. Hence why they have so many leftovers and new camaros on the lot. No one asked if we needed help. Not one person was wearing a mask. We asked a price on a blue zl1 convertible. Overpriced and not willing to give you a correct price. Sad to see a Chevy dealership like this. Ingersoll or blasius will get my business.
Absolutely horrible experience here. Will NEVER go again. Got there and saw a silverado listed on the website for 28k. Complete mess of a vehicle, the inside was filled with grease, dirt, and dead bugs. Half eaten cheese burger in the back pocket on the drivers side seat. They key fab was split in half and was zip tied together. The front bumper looked like it was dragged down a pole. They said it was listed for thw wrong price and it was supposed to be 32k. Made it seem like it was a deal at 28k. Horrible employees and vehicles. Completely dont recommended.
Service was scheduled and performed completely and on time. Technician did a thorough inspection and found items that needed to be attended to. Very friendly staff and fair pricing.
I brought my Chevy Equinox there. I just love it. I also love the service dept. Theyre very accommodating for making appointments. They get you in quickly. Nothing but the best service.
My truck purrs like a kitten now that the great people at Terryville Chevrolet took care of my vehicle. Only thing was I had to wait a very long time for the work to be done but I guess it it worth it because they do a very good job and the people who work there are always looking out for their customers unlike some other dealer ships I have dealt with in the past.
The staff and atmosphere at Terryville Chevrolet is fantastic! I went in to look at a truck I found online. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the truck was not exactly what I was looking for but the salesman Franco was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Franco showed me some other options and didn’t mind me being rather picky. I never felt pressured to buy even though I didn’t find the truck I wanted within my budget. All around it was worth the visit and I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the market for a new or used truck!
