Absolutely horrible customer service. Went to get a new phone and the girl there couldnt have been more rude, uninterested as if it was bother that she had to wait on me(mind you I was the only customer in the store) and knew nothing about any of the phones. Gave me all the wrong information. I have been there many times over the years and always had a great experience but this time it was terrible!!

This is VERY long overdue but I wanted to be sure to recognize a wonderful employee that went above and beyond on Jan 23, 2021. Unfortunately, I lost the paper with his name but there was a young male employee working that day that helped me for over 2 hours after VZ corporate misled and misdirected me in trying to port a line over from Sprint. It was a long and complicated process but this employee stuck with it and worked to rectify the situation without me having to come back. I explained to him the phone was for an elderly man who could not be without a phone and he made sure I left with a working device. When we had to get Sprint involved for errors made on their end he even tried to go next door to Sprint to try and get me help when I was having difficulty over the phone getting the proper help. I was very frustrated initially especially with VZ and he renewed my faith in their level of service. I will opt to come here in the future instead of going direct to VZ. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the young lady who goes by Wanda, she was able to help me create an account that had both great service at a reasonable price. Bought a phone from them last year and the customer service was good; this time around when I went there for my damaged phone, the customer service was horrible; the associate I met (a young short girl) has zero customer service skills, no greetings no nothing .. not sure why she is there or hired for that position. I just wanted to leave ASAP due to her unwelcoming attitude, and no home training . I went to another retailer store in lowell, and they looked into my account, helped me resolve my issue !!!

HORRIBLE customer service! We are walked in to buy a new phone and the customer service rep decided the best way to have a conversation with us was to yell from the other side of the store, requesting personal information be given across the store with other customers there. She was short, and extremely rude. Better off just going to Apple and not wasting your time or money here

I had a great experience and will definitely going back!! Dee was so knowledgeable and personable! I am so happy with the new phone that I got.Side note: while I was waiting for my old phone transfer the information to my new phone, I watched the employees very patiently teach a costumer to text and email from his new iPhone. It was great to watch and I can tell the employees that work there love what they do!

All Verizon stores have the same products, and plans. However, not all Verizon stores are created equal. The best ones, such as this franchise in Tewksbury, distinguish themselves on service and professionalism. After my initial experience at this location 6 months ago, I wouldnt consider going to any other Verizon store. I have now visited this franchise a total of 4 times, and every visit has been wonderful. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Most importantly, they care most about solving my problems or issues. I have never once felt pressured to buy something. Thanks!(Some of the other reviews written here share negative experiences, but it looks like they were submitted over a year ago. They certainly dont describe the experiences that I have had.)

Best cellphone store around! I just went in to check what my options would be now that my 2 year contract was up. Sam (with the beard!) was so helpful and explained what the options were and what the best deal they had was. I ended up walking out with a new cell phone on order. Went back when the new phone came in and he set everything up and even applied the screen protector.While waiting for my phone to get set up I observer the other Sam (of the feminine persuasion) and was very impressed with how she dealt with a slightly awkward customer. She explained everything very clearly until the customer understood and was not condescending at all - unlike at some other stores I have been to!.Overall I would highly recommend this store and would feel comfortable sending my friends and relatives here - especially the technically challenged. I am confident they would not only get a good deal, but would be directed to get the device right for them and not sold some flavor of the month gimmick that is common these days.Now, if you could just start selling cars too I would not have to whine about that experience :-)

I had a great experience at this Verizon store. I got the exact new phone I wanted, along with a new case and phone charger and ended up paying much less than I thought I would have to. Sam was the salesperson that I dealt with and she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and helped me out big time. It was a quick and painless process, I really couldnt have asked for a better experience at this store.

The young lady that works there, her name is Dee, shes very knowledgeable, helpful complete support team player and great to work with. Wonderful person to say the least.I highly recommend this store, shes a feather in Verizons cap, great having her there

I am not even a Verizon Customer due to a company paid phone, but all my accessories and anytime I need help with regarding questions about accessories this staff is amazing! They truly know their product knowledge and every recommendation that I have purchased has exceeded my expectations! The staff that is now currently there is the best out of that location in my years of going there! Sam, the new store manager is doing a great job at maintaining a professional, fun, and friendly environment. Samantha and Carlie have been there for quite some time, and are always willing to go above and beyond for me. I recommend this location to anyone! Verizon customers or not, they have great products at an easily affordable price, and I always leave extremely satisfied!

Kaitlyn was one of the most outstanding, pleasant and encouraging Verizon employees that I have ever come across in the many years Ive been with Verizon. I spent many hours in the store while she worked on upgrading my phone and transferring all the data. She was very patient, smiling, and friendly. I would recommend that anybody looking for a new device or have any issues to come to this store and ask for Kaitlyn.

Went in to the get the new iPhone and it was so simple. Carlie and Sam were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the upgrade process and helped me set up my iPhone 6s right then and there! I will definitely be going to them for any upgrades or issues from now on! Check them out!!!

This is not a direct Verizon store which I was not aware of until I got my first bill where I noticed over $130 of activation fees that they said they would waive. Then I was talked into getting a tablet for free saying that my husband smart phone would be $28 installments a month and if I got a tablet would bring the phone to $18 and the tablet to $10 but when I got my first bill it was $20 for the tablet and 18 for the smart phone. When I called Verizon 800 customer service they told me there was no such deal and because the store I went to was not a direct store they need to call them and find out if they had their own deal and when they called This store they told them they never offered me that. They had already given me $200 off the tablet which they did not I would’ve never purchased a tablet my son already had one . Would never go back here and will recommend all friends and family to go to a direct store or you may get screwed.

Unbelievable went in to get son a phone for xmas and dee sam and jey were there all said hello how are you!! What can i do for u today so i told them i needed a phone for xmas then i asked about my phone and they were like we have an awesome deal for you!! You can get 3 new iPhone 11 woohoo and a tablet and ur bill will be the same!!! Merry xmas to me!!there customer service is above and beyond awesome!!! Purchased a new phone from Samantha. My wife and I have dealt with Her from the Reading store. Finally found her in Tewksbury. She is the best! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and made my wife and I feel like valuable customers. She made a quick fix on my wifes phone which 2 trips to the Apple Store did not solve. I also purchased another phone for myself and she explained everything to me and answered all my questions.She is the best and goes above and beyond for customer service. The Tewksbury store is lucky to have her.

I used to have really negative experiences with this Verizon, but this Tewksbury location has changed that. In particular, Samantha is incredibly helpful, and has been a great associate since I first worked with her in 2015. She is always very knowledgable, kind, patient and friendly. As someone who always has problems with her phone, I am always so happy to know that Samantha will be at this store to help me out.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a Verizon store. I went in to buy a phone case about 7 minutes before closing, the employee kaitlyn behind the counter was seen by my wife who was in the car with my two children, taking a picture of me while I was shopping for a case, my wife called to alert me that she was taking pictures of me without permission so I confronted the situation and asked why she took a picture and she had told me she didn’t she was talking to her boyfriend... she then proceeded to tell me I needed to leave because she would no longer be able to ring me up be a use it was 2 minutes before closing. so I put my case down and walked out. As my wife, two kids, and I drove off kaitlyn was at the door taking pictures of our car. At this point we were concerned, and curious as to why she was taking pictures. So my wife called. It took 5 calls for her to answer but when she did she answered extremely disrespectfully, cursing, and then began accusing me of stealing a phone case. I turned around to go back into the store after being kicked out to see why she was falsely accusing me of stealing but kaitlyn would not come to the door, at this point I called again and she said I apologize I’m not sure if you deffiently stole but I thought you might have so I followed my own protocol and took pictures.. FOR ANYONE READING THIS STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS EMPLOYEE AS SHES EXTREMELY RUDE, AND FALSELY ACCUSES A HARD WORKING FATHER OF STEALING A PETTY 40 DOLLAR PHONE CASE.. THIS EMPLOYEE KAITLYN IS HORRIBLE

I just went to the verizon store in tewksbury on main st next to walmart to get a phone case. the store closes at 8pm, we walked in at 7:54pm. i watched one of your employees take a photo of my husband and when he confronted her she told him no. as we drove away, she took a picture of my car. i got out of my car and tried to go inside and she locked the doors on me, and when i called the store to speak with a manager, she had answered the phone and told me she took a picture of my husband and my car because he stole something ?? i have my two children in my backseat and he did not steal ANYTHING. he was told he needs to leave the store 6 minutes before closing because she just wanted her shift to end! but when i was calling the store up until 8:30, she was still there ? this is unnacceptable. the employees name was katelyn.

I just switched back to verizon because of sam the guy. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions and I did not feel pressured to buy the services. I did because of his excellent customer services and his knowledge of the products verizon offers. Same went the extra mile for me and I will recomend all my friends to go back to verizon.

Just recently bought my phone for my father here and it was by far the worst experience. I gave this place a shot, because it was a small store and I wanted to help local business instead of hitting the mall. I also didnt want to bother with the drive to the mall.When buying the phone my dads only specific requirement was for it to be a black iphone and not white. The manager who I was working with brought me the phone which was the only one they had. He went ahead and activated the phone without asking what color we wanted or even opening the phone out of the box! Once the sale was complete he opened the box to find a white iphone. We were so disappointed. He then proceeded to tell us that we didnt ask what color and that he would charge of 50$ for activating a black iphone when they had it in stock. This wasnt our responsibility and now we are the ones that lose here! He didnt even want to cut us a break on the $50 if we wanted to wait for a black iphone.I then at least asked him to call us when there was a black iphone in stock. Two weeks later nothing... Surely I will report this terrible customer service to Verizon. I was willing to give these small retailers a chance, but I will never walk into any of these stores again. Especially GoMobl.
