Was able to get the parts we needed to fix our mower, then when it turned out to be something else, we took it to them and they were able to get it fixed for cheap !!! They did say 5 day waiting and the grass has not stopped growing, I called but no answer I stopped by a week later to hear not yet but soon. Not quite the service I hoped for.
