Not a bad place to shop. The only real issue I had was several items didnt have prices and I had to take several trips to the price scanner. Other than that its everything you could want from this type of store.

I went to Michael’s (Texarkana TX) to purchase Linseed oil. There was not one soul on the floor! This was a bout 1:30 PM. There were 4 people at the front but couldn’t get a word in edgewise! The other problem was tat the Linseed oil was under lock and key, so I couldn’t get it myself. Why in the world is linseed oil LOCKED UP?

Love this store. Love the coupons and frequent sales. Restroom is always clean. My only two quibble are them stocking the shelves for the next two holidays (Halloween and Christmas), during store hours. Couldnt they do that after hours? Sometimes its hard to get down the isles. Second quibble is the increase in the price of framing. I use to love getting my pictures framed there, but the last one was surprisingly high, even with the coupon off. Could this increase in price have something to do with the new Property Brothers designs? I think it does. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Michaels an 8. Great store, and I do love it. Just not for framing anymore.

I went in, asked for what I wanted and told me what isle... Then asked another lady and she took me to the next isle and found just what I needed.5 min in and out. Perfect.

They offer plenty of merchandise but it is nothing like the offers that are offered online. The sales online are amazing. I didnt see any great sells in the store. It was very clean and organized though. All the isles are marked with proper inventory. The store was very clean and inviting. Plenty of home goods rather crafting or decorating.

I could get lost in this store every day. My kids and I always love to shop at Michaels. Its usually very organized and things are easy to find.

Poor selection. Items in the wrong place. Many items out of stock. I was told at the register that my online coupon wouldnt work for the product I was purchasing even though it did not say that online.

Mrs Pat in the framing department is awesome! She has beautifully framed all of our Fighting Texas Aggie Band Girls Corps gear. Her hats and now working on the coveted boots! Tip: wait on the coupons! 70% off is awesome! We cant wait to see her magic she works. Everyone at this location is always friendly and helpful. Its my favorite place to shop for most of my decor, art projects, flowers and framing needs. Great place to wander around on a Saturday or Sunday too :-D

I genuinely love Michaels. I would prefer going to Michaels instead of Hobby Lobby but the closest one is an 80 minute drive! I love the sales, clearance items, and the fact that you get pretty much everything you want here.

The parking was free and wheelchair accessible. The greeter said welcomed me to Michaels. The store was well lighted and the temperature was comfortable. I wanted a basketball for the miscellaneous stuff in my office. I was unable to locate a basket style that I preferred.

Pretty good place to get craft items in a lot of craft ideas the only problem was Michaels is there a little bit high and you might have to look in there and then go somewhere else and buy it because some of the stuff is really outrageous but if you needed something and you cant find it anywhere else Michael is the place to go

Not a good place to go if you are disabled. No scooters available and it was so hot inside i only made it dwn 3 aisles before i decided to turn around and leave.

Very helpful staff. Was looking for a very specific item that the website listed as in stock at this location. There were two staff members that helped me track it down so I would have the perfect gift for my father.

Good job with mat and frame, but art is not ready to hang. Very disappointed for the price. Hooks provided, but not wired.The clerk acknowledged it was a terrible to not have frames ready to hang but corporate told them to do it this way.

I will definitely be back REAL soon! Worth the drive 4 sure!

Very nice and orderly store. They have a good selection of beads.

The store was clean. The cashier was friendly. The employee I asked the location of the bathroom, not so friendly.

Got good help picking out a science project for my daughter. They are still very weak in the model railroad hobby area of merchandise. With no rail hobby shop in the area any longer, they could do a whole lot better for model railroaders & railroad modeleers.

They have a good variety of craft items and florals. Their Christmas ribbon was on sale at a good price.

Love using the 40% off coupon! Many items to choose from for any project. Easy access and parking. Great staff who were extremely helpful and friendly.

Solid selection, but the prices are really steep. Sales are so mixed and unpredictable, making it often more reliable to find low prices online. Its not that the store is always more expensive, but its hard to get everything you need in sale, and without a sale price its just too much.

I love working here. The employees and customers make it so exciting. Sharing all kinds of craft ideas and projects. Our kids club is such a wonderful experience. Classes for adults are fun and exciting.

Always great... The prices do seem to have gone up a bit. Home decor is way over priced and some of the craft items are as well. I get Hobby Lobby is your major competition but please dont change the look and feel of Michaels. You are beginning to look to much like your competition.

I give Michaels 5 stars because they always seem to have what my wife needs. Also because they have fun things to play with while we buy 14 different colors of something or another.

Yarn was a mess, as always. Very little in affordable cotton blend yarn. No one can tell me whether Caron Cotton Cakes will be available this year or not.

Michaels has alot of beads to select from for bead work.....they often have sales Where you can get up to 70% off also. I like creating things.....and though Hobby Lobby has alot more things to choose from, they cant beat the selection of beads and picture frames that Michaels has.

She was a life saver assisting with a framing for my nieces wedding when we experienced a last minute issue.Truly appreciate her & the service she provided.
