They did a great gob no complaints. It was done nice.

I called last week about getting my window tinted on my new vehicle ; the guy tells me to just show up and they’ll make sure to get it done. I got there at 9 AM this morning and the guy told me that the boss wasn’t there and he had four other vehicles in Front and it was first come; first serve and to come back tomorrow .. I worked a nine hour shift and I drove an hour, to make it early so they can do my vehicle but that wasn’t the case. My dealership recommended them, I do not recommend for this poor service and not true to their word. The guy wasn’t empathetic either.

Got my truck in fast and got it fixed up. Can’t tell it was even dented. They also tinted my windows and done a good job.

Went back because after 8 months windshield leaked so bad that it Saturated my ceiling. Owner was absolutely hateful to us about it because he wasnt sure he could fix it without windshield cracking because there was a rock chip. Sorry that rock chips happen and that his technicians were probably too busy smoking meth to seal the windshield correctly the first time. They ended fixing the seal. In doing so they also they the large piece that attaches the mirror and several electronic pieces hanging 2 inches off the windshield. Will never go there AGAIN!

I went in to get windows tented and they did good on that but i had all 4 center caps on my truck when it entered their shop when i went to pick it up one was gone and that one center cap cost me 105.00 so if u go there dont leave ur ride there unless u take pix of the outside of it and the inside of it

Dr Dent did wonderful work on my tint job on my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium! Andy wasn’t pleased with the way my back windshield came out by his men so he called me right away and asked me to come back so he could fix it. He’s an honest man. He’s also a perfectionist, both which are hard to find these days in any company. I am impressed and very happy with the finished look.

They did a great job tinting my windows & got the job done fast. Andy Woodman was so friendly and helpful, he even removed a decal off the back of my car for me afterwards. Will definitely be coming back! 💯

I just had my 8th vehicle tinted at Dr. Dent in Texarkana. I have never had a single issue with any of the tint jobs they have done. They are very fast and the price is comparable to other tint shops. Lifetime warranty on their work. I live about 1 hour North of Texarkana and it is worth the drive. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Called Dr. Dent expecting to make an appointment to get my wifes windows tinted. He told me to bring the car on in. His staff was courteous and very fast. They even carry a lifetime warranty on thier tint. Ill definitely go back and refer them as well.
