Worse place in Texarkana to purchase a car! Most of their vehicles have high water marks hidden,which means theyre cars that have been underwater(hurricane). Our Dodge Caliber had a high water mark,We didnt notice until it got worked on by SUPERIOR,Which by the way,.. Took almost 2 months to fix! Please for the love of all that is holy,DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM SUPERIOR AUTO SALES!Youd be better off Walking!

Worst experience with buying a car i have ever had had the car for three months and i may have driven the car a month first week i had the car it messes up and had to go in the shop for two weeks they had the car i get it back and had the car all of a month and the oil pump goes out when i call them they say they dont have a shop right now and i would be responsible for get the car fix at a mechanic of my choice then out of the blue i go to work and come home 3/19/21 and come home to no car in my year and cant get ahold of them on the phone to see where my car is with all of my belongings

My daughter got a car there a month ago and only had it for a week and he mess up on her they came and got it and had it for 3 weeks and wanted ger to make a payment on something she not driving and had to find her way to work for 3 weeks and like to lost her job behind it they told her if she want her car back she have to mske a payment first and she havent 🚗 it in 3 weeks cause its it been in the shop Im getting a lawyer now dont recommend nobody to go here please dont go here

Very dissatisfied with how weve been treated. We began a lease on a vehicle with a warranty. The transmission failed before we even had it for 2 months. The transmission is covered in the warranty but they are refusing to honor the warranty and get the vehicle repaired. The warranty states, if the repair exceeds the cost of the vehicle, they will put us in another vehicle. Now either they were leasing a vehicle thats worth less than $2k for over $11k or the warranty agreement is just a piece of paper that doesnt amount to a hill of beans.

I started buying a 2008 Nissan Versa from them. It died on me the first day because it needed a battery. It was an okay car, but would occassionally not want to start. I needed something with a larger trunk, so after about a year I traded it for a 2009 Nissan Cube. The experience I had with the Cube was horrible. On the third day I had it, the check engine light came on. I called and told them what happened and they told me to take it to their shop. I took it to Auto Zone first and had them read the code. It said that I needed a catalytic converter. I took it to the shop, told them, and they had me leave it with them on my off days. The day that I needed to go back to work I went to check on their progress. They had not fixed the car, but told me I could go ahead and take it since I needed it for work. Long story short, the car ended up in the shop every week for the next three weeks. I would have to schedule off from work to try to give them time to fix it, but for one reason or other it was never done. I was due on April 20th for a payment and because I would not get paid again until the 27th, I paid early on the 11th. The car quit on me at work the next day. I had purchased a warranty and they kept telling me that I would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I know it had no warranty, but I was very angry and refused to pay to have it fixed because it had been in the shop more than I had driven it. They kept telling me to call the warranty company and that it would be covered, but it wasnt. I asked for my early payment back. They gave me the run around and made it sound like they were going to give it back. I was never able to talk to the cowardly manager, and was told by his secretary that they were not giving me my money back because they were going go fix the car and I was the one who decided I did not want it anymore. Liars! I was out of work for almost two weeks until I got a new car (from another dealership) because I drive for a living. The people that work there are deceitful, unhelpful and the car salesmen know that the car are not in good working condition. They fix them up enough to run and the rest is on you. Buyers beware! They prey on those that are down on their luck and need anything and I mean Anything to drive.

Worst place ever I bought my car had to put $1000 dollars in parts within the first two weeks then the car completely broke down and then they want me to still make my payment for the month when I told them I couldnt make the payment they repoed it that day
