Recently took my 2006 CTS to Adams Automotive for a Brake Fluid Flush. All began well with the Rear Caliper Bleeder Valves working as they should. Unfortunately, the Front Caliper Bleeder Valves did not do likewise. Applying a bit of heat allowed one valve to break free, but the other chose to break off and couldnt be removed.A correct replacement wasnt available until the next day. Living thirty-five miles away I felt completely stranded, however, I was assured that I would get home and management delivered on their assurance. Received a call before 9am the next morning that correct Caliper had arrived, been installed and the Brake System was Flushed.Im thoroughly pleased with the work and professionalism of the entire Adams Automotive Management and Crew. I would also like to say Kudos for going that extra mile in looking after me during my unfortunate dilemma.

I have fixed my car somewhere else but the shop didn’t do it right. Took it to Adams automotive and explained to him the situation and he got it fixed in 10 mins with no charge. It’s great to know that there are honest people out there doing the right thing. Highly recommended.

We found Adams in an online search when we ran into trouble on our way home from vacation. Pouring rain, our wipers went out which made the last leg of our trip home fairly impossible. Got to Adams’s about 3:30pm. Fortunately, they were not too busy and were able to check out our truck right away. Figured out the problem, and were able to get a refurbished part sent over. We were repaired and on our way by 5pm. Although the tech advised against a refurb wiper motor, a new one wasn’t available until the next day or so, which would make us have to stay overnight (not really an option). We opted to go with refurbished motor anyway, and it worked fine. Thanks to the Adams techs for helping us get home, for their honesty and professionalism. Great auto service!

The work was great, cost of everything was not outrageous, the employees are very friendly. Only complaint is I had to call for an update rather than them calling me. However, I will gladly give Adams automotive my business when it is needed! The shop was very clean, they were quick to answer their phones and answer any questions I had. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone needing auto work!

Brought my truck in to have my skid plate put back on. I didnt have an appointment but the guys got me in right away and fixed the problem in minutes and wanted hardly anything for the work. Honest people. Its getting harder to find an honest repair shop but Adams Automotive is definitely one. Thanks guys

Highly Recommended. I was so glad to find this shop when I was new in town. Ive dealt with plenty of shops over the years. Adams is definitely one of the best. They were straightforward, honest, and know what they are doing under the hood. They always made sure I understood what my car needed and what it didnt. Its not every day you find a mechanic that knows you by name either. In fact, I enjoyed talking with Noel so much, I found myself stopping by even when I didnt need something fixed on my truck.

I put my truck in this shop a week ago for a fuel pump. I got my truck back within a day the fuel pump went out. They came and got it and tow it back. They told me that it was the starter so they put a new starter on it got it back had the truck back for 2 days and now I cant push down on my gas pedal down it dies and now they wont work on it after $1100 done been paid.they are scam artist.I will never go back to them and my attorney will be getting ahold of them.
