Barbara was so patient and pleasant in helping me with my purchase of a new sofa. She wasn’t pushy or trying to rush me. She answered all my questions. It was a good experience.

Uses sales advertising to lure you in but then wont give you the deal that their advertisement offered, not a good way to get new business. Just saying!

Customer service was not the best. The young lady that was tasked with helping us was more concerned with her phone than with helping us. She did show us the clearance section and did check on us a few times. Mostly asking if we found anything. Honestly I feel as if she was others by our presence or the fact she was stuck with us. She certainly wasnt helpful. Also the furniture is more expensive that the other local furniture stores. They had a great selection just priced higher than competition. The biggest issue was the customer service. I appreciated her allowing us time to look without being a car salesman but on the flip side she made me feel as if I was interrupting day and calls.

Cat and Gina were very helpful and we were able to get a great price on the furniture pieces we wanted. We love Four States!

Four States Furniture staff were nice, patient, and helpful. Our overall experience was a joy. They helped us find the mattress we were looking to buy and then worked with us on prices to help us get a little something extra ( our new wooden bed frame ). The delivery guys were clean, careful, friendly, and worked to set up or bed quickly. I highly recommend their company and look forward to giving them my business again in the future.

I purchased a sectional in November, the delivery was scheduled for the week of thanksgiving. The company canceled my delivery and never called to notify me. When I called the store in tears they offered to give me the floor model of the sectional I ordered. I took that, used sectional for the price I paid for new furniture, because I had company coming in for the holiday and needed a place to sit. I was not offered any money back. I was not offered a discount for taking used furniture. 5 months later the larger section broke so badly that you could see parts of the frame through the fabric. I called and they agreed to fix it, but once they got it back to their store they never called me. I had to call to find out the status. I was told they would fix it then call to arrange to have it delivered back to me. They did not. I had to call them to arrange delivery. On the day of the delivery, a Tuesday, they did not show up when scheduled, no call. I had to call to find out it had broken again, and was told they would be calling me the next day, Wednesday, to let me know what was going on. No call. I called them Thursday and they said they had to check on it and they would call me back in 10 minutes. No call. I called them on Friday was told that they needed to check on it and would call me back in about 10 minutes. Again no call. I called them back about 3 hours later and was told that they were checking on it and it would be delivered to tomorrow,Saturday, or Tuesday. We’ll see. Based on how this has gone, I wonder if I will see my furniture next week. I doubt it. I gave a star because even though the company is apparently so incompetent that they cannot call their customers to communicate with them, at least the women they have taking the heat for them by answering the phones are nice on the phone.

Purchased a recliner there for over $1500.00 and in less than a month the motor went out. They did replace but took them2 weeks to come and fix. Then 18 months later the motor has died again. Cant get anyone to return my calls apparently service only works periodically. Purchase a recliner from Ivan Smith over 5 years ago for half the price and the motor has never gone out.Will not be back.They did call me back and ordered another motor for the recliner and I received it 6 days later. They did tell me to call and they would send a service tech to install but my husband did it so there was no waiting on that. I appreciate them standing behind their products. But am wonder how long this motor will last and how many times they will replace it. Changing my 1 star to a 3 because of the product not because of the service.....service was better than I originally thought.

Our experience with Four States Furniture has been a great pleasure of business. We went in not expecting pretty much of anything and ended up with a great big deal of options. Customer service was great and effective, we highly recommend them.

We like quality at a cheap price. We have shopped here for a little bit of everything! The staff is great, selections are good and the price for quality is still affordable. We will continue coming back ..... to check out the sales and when we need something specific. Their delivery crew is also worth mentioning, same polite, careful work done.

Way over priced. I was once in the furniture business, so I recognize some of the brands. I have shopped other stores on the area, there is no price contest. On the plus side, this store has the best inventory in our area. It takes money to maintain that heavy of an inventory. Another plus is the knowledge of the sales people. They seem to have a pretty broad knowledge of their product. Shopping here really comes down to is dealing with people who have knowledge of their product, and paying more for that knowledge.

We love our new couch! Even though it was storming all day it was delivered on time. The delivery team was quick and efficient while being extremely friendly and courteous. They took extra care not to track in any mud or water due to the downpour of rain when they had shown up.

The day they delivered my furniture it was stormy and gross outside, and I did not hear one complaint. Instead, they were eager to answer any and all of my questions. I had a very good experience when I was in the store thinking about purchasing furniture. I was looking to purchase a sectional and they were very nice and helpful during the purchasing process. But after the purchase it was totally different. It took 14 weeks for our sectional to come in which I understood ahead of time but when it did it was wrong. The arm was on the wrong side so the prices did not fit together. The wrong two pieces were ordered and No one even noticed this before it was delivered. Then they said it would be another 12-14 weeks. This part of the process was terrible. They were not very nice nor willing to work with us. I paid a lot for the furniture and was so disappointed in how they handled the situation. Finally we decided to just take the floor model which was not the same color but didn’t look too different. We couldn’t wait 12 more weeks for furniture. At first they wanted to do an even trade. Then they decided to only give us 300 off and that was after a lot of discussion. They didn’t want to do anything! After we had the couch for a while I called to have some spots cleaned. We paid for the 5 year warranty. The man showed up with 1 bottle of bottled water and a magic eraser. He didn’t even stay to see if the spots were still there. That is what my warranty paid for???? Terrible experience. Yes I acknowledge it is my fault for argeeing to take the floor model because I couldn’t wait another 12-14 weeks. I am just not happy with the service after I made my purchase.

There great if everything goes well but are completly uninterested in helping if there is a problem once they have your money. They wont be getting anymore of my business. I am very disappointed in their service after the sale. Im still waiting on the call back 2 months afterward. At no time did anyone from the store stated that the couch legs were not removable or that it would be a problem to place inside. This was an $1800 dollar purchase and we paid for delivery so we thought that the furniture would be delivered and set up. At no time before purchase was anything discussed about not being able to get the piece inside. We assumed 4 states would stand behind their merchandise but no, they didnt and wont even do you the courtesy of calling or communicating when they promise that they will. Forget it after they have your money, theyre done. If they had done as promised, they would have had a customer for life but instead now have a very angry ex-customer.

This was my second time to deal with Four States and, like the first time, it was a pleasurable experience. The salesperson was helpful but not intrusive and gave me her undivided attention. This wont be my last time to visit Four States.

I purchased a dining room set on Black Friday and I love it! The chairs were shipped UPS but the table was delivered by my local Ashley Store. The techs that delivered my table, also put together my chairs which was nice! I was nervous to order online without actually seeing the table, but was not disappointed! The set is very well made and looks terrific! I would definitely recommend this set and Ashley Furniture!

My husband and I had been looking for new furniture for months after moving to the Texarkana area. All the stores we went to were either overpriced, claimed it was on sale even though the price was marked up and then put on sale or didnt have anything we were interested in. Finally we went into Four States Furniture and was welcomed in by enthusiastic Tammy. She listened to what we were looking for and actually got us the 4 piece sectional and ottoman we originally fell in love with at another furniture store for a way lower price! I usually dread shopping for new furniture but must say...todays experience at Four States Furniture was great for me and my husband. We were shopping for a new recliner. Garrett provided helpful information and was knowledgeable about the products. He was very patient as I tried out just about every recliner in the store. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We went in for a recliner but left with, not only the purchase of a recliner, but also a sofa.

This company is great. Everyone was very nice and down home. Joe was great here at the Hope location. He took his time with us and provided several options. There were several options available to choose from to furnish our home.Great job four states furniture

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Four States. We had a couple of snafus, but they worked diligently to get them worked out. Sandra Verser was amazing. She worked with me inside my budget (which wasnt much when it comes to redecorating!) She helped me to incorporate some old pieces that I couldnt part with into the new style I was looking for. I LOVE every room! Their delivery people were always so helpful and the system they have set up to schedule deliveries is second to none! You dont have to sit around and wait all day as they give you a 2 hour window! Go see Sandra at Four States...you wont be Sorry!

2 very polite young men delivered my dining room set. The chairs had been assembled at the warehouse. They carried them in then quickly assembled the table using quilts to protect the finish. A couple of the chairs needed adjustments and they made them. They did a great job.

We bought a complete bedroom set from Ashley Furniture. We were promised the last week of February since we were getting married the first week of March. Said it would be here no problem. Then called and said it might be later. We asked for our money back because we needed it before the wedding. Then suddenly it would be there the next to last week of February, so we decided to stick with it. We were then promised by the sales lady and manager that we would have it on March 4th. We were told it was in on March 2nd and would be to our house on March 4th. Then on March 4th we were called and said there was a scheduling issue so it would be the 5th or 6th. We said we were told by manager that he personally guaranteed that it would be here on the 4th and we needed it since we had scheduled everything else around that day. They ended up bring it on the 4th and the delivery team was great! But as they put it in the room, my fiance said this is the floor model. So we called and asked if it was the floor model or the new furniture they said came in on the 2nd. Once they stopped ummming and ahhhing they finally admitted it was the floor model but they would give us $400 of store credit or $200 cash. No one could tell us why we were told on the 2nd our furniture was there. So we were consistently lied to and given a store credit for a bedroom suite that was over $5500 (including a bedroom table for tv) for a model that had been used in the store. Already having an issue with a drawer they say they can come fix in a couple of weeks. I never talk bad about a business, but we will not use Ashley furniture again after the constant dishonesty and having them trying to bring in the floor model as brand new, out of the box furniture. The only reason for 2 stars is because the delivery guys were great.

I enjoyed the staff at the Hope location. Very helpful. Good prices. The delivery crew were also great! Our couch did arrive nearly a week after we were told it would.

The gentlemen who delivered my furniture on 02/16/18 to Hope, AR were amazing to deal with. They were polite, quick, and went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with their service. My driveway was very muddy due to all the recent heavy rain, and they did not complain about having to work in it at all.

Friendly staff. Very helpful, and considerate. I recently was contacted with regards to the dresser itself. I explainned that one of the drawers is a little hard to open, and now they are sending a tech out to fix it! Much appreciated!

We worked with an outstanding sales associate, Gina. She gave us a great deal and we will definitely go back to her again. She absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. When a glitch developed with our order and delivery, she communicated with us and found a solution and made it right for us.

We bought a sectional 2 years ago. We bought the protection warranty. At about 6 months we had a warranty issue. 1-1/2 years later we still are waiting on cushions to show up. Within the last 2 months we have made phone calls, visited the store, and visited the warehouse on a weekly basis. Every person we talk to says its someone elses problem. Not sure what to do about it. We may just purchase another piece of furniture somewhere else thats not owned by Ashley.

The only problem I have is that I went to lower the frame and couldnt. One of the legs will not unscrew. Other than the bed being too high, I am completely happy with it.

The store associates were amazing and helped us pick out our perfect couch for a great deal with free delivery. The delivery guys were very friendly and accommodating with having to carry the couch through a maze through the house to avoid tracking in mud.

We called about a repair that needed to be taken care of on a couch. I received a call within a few hours to schedule the repair. The fella doing the repair was on time and did a great job taking care of the issue!!!!!

We purchased a dining room table that we thought was going to be all wood. When we opened the leaves both were broke on the ends and realized they contained some composite material. We were a little disappointed that it was not all wood, that we had requested. The staff was very nice and accommodating in getting our new top and leaves replaced quickly. Table is very nice, just not all wood like we were expecting.

Furniture was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Pricing was fair and company was great to work with.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and attentive. He did not pressure us at all, even when we said we would have to think about the purchase of a loveseat overnight. Most salespeople start to pressure you then, but he did not. If he had, we would not have gone back. We went back and bought the loveseat. They warned us it would probably be two weeks for delivery since Christmas is very high volume. That made total sense and was not a problem. The call for delivery came only four days later! We live pretty deep in the woods of Southeast Arkansas, but the delivery guys got here with no problem at and it is miraculous that they got a very large truck in and out of here. The delivery guys were very courteous and helpful, even showing us how to unzip the fringe on the pillows (something that would have driven us crazy on our own). They were fast and efficient. I could not have wished for a better overall experience. I will be shopping with Four States for all of furniture from here on. Thank you all!

My name is Donna Corzine my experience with this company has been the worse. I bought table with 6 chairs and a buffet the stain is peeling and scratching very badly. They will not give me the respect as a great customer even though they have gotten a lot of my hard working money. This company is very sorry in customer service I will never buy from them again. This store is located in Paris Tx. Dont buy from them take your money and sell you cheap furniture.
