Coffee and books that are readily available and abundant. Theres always a good deal on books, and if they dont have what you need, they will get it! So wonderful to visit if you are a book lover!

Good people good service if I were you I would go there I went to go get a sonic the hedgehog I DW comic first issue and they provided if you’re a sonic fan go here to get your sonic Satisfaction they had a knuckles plushy like I said good service and good cashier people I’ll give it a 10 / 10

Books-A- Million is my home away from home. The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I love the Cafe and the limited time offers they usually have throughout the year and I love the way they promote things throughout the year like the Coffee for the Troops program and their book and toy drives for local schools and the orphanage in Texarkana!

Im giving them a star so that way I can comment. But they deserve none. They charge me doble and the store have been doing everything not to accept their error. This was on the 17th and here I am. Even the bank is making an investigation now. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone. Horrible service.I just wanted for everyone to know, theyre not here to help you out and they dont take into consideration us costumers.

I like BAM. Everyone is always very friendly and its easy to find what youre looking for since the books are alphabetized within each section. (The coffee is always fantastic as well. Starbucks who?) Its a good place for small gifts or Christmas stocking stuffers as well.

Im a bit biased here. BAM is one of my all- time favorite places and Texarkanas store did not disappoint.

The staff are very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for. One book I needed, I had to order. They took care of everything. I paid at the store and the book is on its way to my house.

Went in looking for a gift for a baby shower. The selection of age appropriate books was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They have over a million books including bible large print, small print, student studies, even for kids Then every book that your looking for. If your in a truck you can park in the mall parking lot and walk a short distance to get the things you need great place

I love this place cause BOOKS, my favorite new titles plus new covers for classics like Salems Lot and the Silmarillion .The coffee shop serves an excellent brew, and you can just relax and get lost in another world ..Great place for avid readers, and lovers of games and nostalgia,the potter plushies are adorable!!

I love God and the Lord Jesus Christ and deeply enjoy the Holy Bible inclusion to the inventory. Also the same young Gentleman has helped me three times. He is so kind and happy. We have enjoyed him and his kind smile everytime weve shopped.

Sometimes its messy and some of the shelves are bare. But when its nice and clean, they have a lot of goodies to find, and I love their tables with clearance items. No matter what you read, youll find something!

Books A Million has always been a wonderful place to buy books or gifts from. A very minor complaint is that if youre searching for a specific book, the books are sometimes out of order alphabetically, but that cant be helped when customers pick stuff up and look at them

I absolutely adore the welcoming environment and wide selection but I waited 30+ minutes to get helped by multiple people and never received any assistance nor did i find the book I was hoping to buy

I am reviewing this store for my mom. no one in the store would help me. i tried looking for a book and the lady was talking to her friend and wouldn’t get up and help me find it. i am very disappointed with this. they wouldn’t even look it up in the computer to see if they had it. i left with no purchase!

I have had a very good experience at Books a Million. Not only do they have a very good selection of books, but they also have a very good selection of used DVDs. The DVDs are priced at about $4.00 each. Thats hard to beat in this area. Anyone that likes to watch DVDs should go check this out.People there are very helpful too.

I like books and coffee. Borders Books is gone and Barnes and Noble has downsized. All in all good value to be found for the dollars spent.

Their penny books are never ringing up what they are stickered to t, then when you get irritated *which is UNDERSTANDABLE since theyre advertising a wrong price* they get mad. The cashiers are rude about it. Nobody answers questions. I literally just want it to be like it used to, a good cozy book lovers paradise. Nope. Not anymore!

I love books a lot. So this place was amazing, it had serval things I enjoyed. From books to manga/comics. It even had other stuff it wasnt all books. It even had a coffee store. I loved it!

I always stop at this Books-a-Million when I am in Texarkana. The store has a good selection of discounted books as well as current selections and I almost always purchase at least a book or two when I am at the store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going here for a few years and it has been an amazing place to hangout and buy goodies and even snacks! It’s like a library but you don’t checkout books. You buy them. 10/10. Definitely a place for a bookworm to shop!

I visit this establishment quite often, I have noticed that alot of the packages are empty and when I come across them I turn them in immediately of course, but you think these isles get looked at and organized more by the employees? I love the coffee they serve here its amazing I prefer black coffee, even settled for a cold cup at closing aha, Ive even tried their sweet treats with so many exotic desserts its always hard to choose, iv only ever really encountered a single bad experience here and that was when I went to the restroom and as I was about to wash my hands I noticed the soap box that goes in the dispenser was just lying their out of its case, I easily figured out how to open the dispenser and put it back in and it wasnt really an trouble but again why are the employees not keeping up with this stuff, or better yet how did an employee not know how to put a soap box into a dispenser when it took myself all of 2 seconds to find the button to open it....its off but its a very quaint store with an amazing coffee shop inside!

Havent been there in 8 years, yet, every time I drive past it, Google asks me for a review.With the internet and Amazon, why would anyone go there and pay too much for a book? I dont get it. I dont understand how they stay in business, but they do. Good for them!

Every book you need!

I dont go here often, but when I need a book faster than I can get it online I am always able to find it here. I would give 5 stars, but last time I asked the girl at the counter for help locating a particular book she just pointed in a general direction across the store rather than taking me to the book or finding someone else to take me to the book. She wasnt busy at all as there were no other customers at the register. It wouldnt have been a problem except I was in a hurry. That extra step can go a long way in customer service.
