I drove 2 hours to pick up a 80000.00 vehicle I paid cash for and when I picked up the vehicle it was not detailed cleaned and since it was after hours I did not get my warranty paper work they were suppose to send it when they mailed my title. When I messaged them about the detail they told me to get it detailed and send the receipt for a reimbursement which I did and never received it. I also did not get my warranty paper work when my title came in. I have messaged multiple times with a promise of them sending it and now it has been months. I even gave a fax number they said they would send my warranty paper work to but still have not sent it and now it is due for an oil change and I have no proof of warranty. Communication and customer service Id rate terrible right now due to spending this much on a vehicle you would think it would be better. I am highly upset its like since I paid cash they dont care about their customer.

My son and I stopped in here on our way to a ball game. Very impressed! Staff was super friendly and patient! We ate the buffet, and everything was good. Fish, shrimp, hushpuppies, you name it. We even picked up some goodies in the little gift shop on our way out! We will definitely be back to eat here again!

I’ve been to 3 dealerships with the name Orr on it and my service gets worse each time. I went to this one for a simple oil change, wash and vacuum, and I left only receiving my oil change. Now, although I wanted the other two things, I didn’t care that much, but what is causing this review is the fact that I waited 2 hours for just an oil change. And if I didn’t go say something to the service desk I probably would have waited longer since my keys had been sitting there for at least 30 minutes. Then when the service desk says we will get it washed and vacuumed and I say I need it done in 15 minutes they say they need to reschedule me. Oh and by the way, I had an appointment for all of this and showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment. They also try to say that an oil change on my car takes an hour and a half for their certified technicians. Anyone with more than one brain cell wouldn’t believe that especially since I’ve had an oil change done on this car before and it took 30 minutes like any other oil change. It’s completely ridiculous. Will not go back to these dealerships anymore.

My appointment was on 9/16/2021 at 8:30 am. I was told when I called for the appointment that it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I got there at 8:15 am and was told it would be awhile because there was about 6 people ahead of me. My car wasnt even started on until 10 am. I waited patiently but was upset that even with an appointment i had to wait that long.I was there for a recall but had no idea what that was for. Just had to have faith that the mechanic knew what it was for and that the right thing was done.

So I’ll start by saying this the sales person there are some of the best people that I’ve ever met unfortunately the cars that they sell are trash. I traded in a 2019 GMC sierra he was top-of-the-line. Traded it in for a 2016 dodge ram which was an OK bye I thought for the price the first day that I drove off the lot the truck had no back lights I immediately call the sales guy. I was being told by the service people there that the truck wasn’t even fully checked. A week later I took it in for service the truck 4 x 4 does not work they try to fix it once he didn’t work now it’s back in the shop trying to fix it again I’ve already given two payments in both payments the truck has been in the shop. Needless to say I didn’t want the truck no more because I couldn’t drive it if it was in the shop I went to trade it in again they told me that I was going to be upside down for $21,000 the truck was 32,000. And I really do hope that one of the star owners sees us that way he knows what kind of managers he has there in that store

I have always received great customer service at Orr Chevrolet and would definitely recommend it to others! I just wish the prices on services and work performed were cheaper. It may be an industry standard and we all know the costs of things continue to rise at times, but it would be nice to not have to pay so much when needing my vehicle serviced.

Service department. Outside of the Service Consultant being a pleasant person, I would never recommend their service department to any enemy. I was 5 hours from home and needed some help. Simple misfire on a spark plug turned into an engine being replaced. I think the mechanic dropped the spring in the head, but I cannot prove it and was at their mercy. Job started with tech could not pull the spark plug, so they needed to replace the head. I had to find a machine shop to try and fix verse replacing the head. Why is the customer having to do this? once the machine shop fixed it, then they stated the valve spring dropped in head and either the head or the engine had to be replaced. Found an engine they told me they would replace at cost, making around $100 bucks. Lied again. Service center manager told me it would be completed on a certain day. I had a driver take me 5 hours to pickup only to find out it was not done. Had to get another driver to take me back home, 5 hours away. Then was told it would be done mid day on day of completion, but did not leave until 4 pm. Again 5 hour drive. Once I was invoiced, I could see the parts cost and labor. They did not make a couple hundred on me, they charged full labor. Should have ate the labor cost in my opinion. Please do not use this service location, you will be disappointed.

Waste of time,Not only did Dallas get mad that we didn’t want an extended warranty but decided we were not worthy on the car because we don’t want the extended warranty because we live 2 hours away and it won’t be used. A 13,000 dollar car somehow turned to 20,000 and when we asked to show the calculation we were told he won’t sell the car to us. WHAT! So unprofessional.

Was told to be there at 7:30 am and i was there, first in line, was told it would be about an hour. My vehicle was parked out back and left there until 8:40 when i asked how much longer it would be and was told that they had one working on it and mine would be the next in line. Finally finished my vehicle at 9:15 and then i was able to leave, Dont know what they did to the truck and was unable to see any signs of work being done. This was a recall issue and dont know if it was fixed or not

The service department is a JOKE!!! I took my car up here to get the oil pressure sensor replaced which cost us a lot of $$$!!! My car sat there for 5 days!!!! When I finally got my car back, it was leaking oil! I took it back up there, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong! I ended up having to take it to someone else, to get the oil changed because Orr lied and said they changed my oil when they replaced the oil pressure sensor!!! The guys at the other place discovered my oil pan had a small hole in it. I called Orr and they said they’re not responsible for it, and we would have to pay for it to be fixed even though they knew it was leaking before we took it to the other guy!! I will never do business with them again!!

I visited several lots the day I went here. I really believe the salesman missed a great opportunity. Orr is a big auto group. He didnt have much to show me in what I was looking for, but he could have possibly gotten me to come back if he had talked to me a little more and found out what I was looking for. I ended up looking on their website a week later and seeing what I was looking for. Had the salesman cared enough to follow up with me, I might have gone back. Instead I drove to Little Rock and got what I wanted.

We spoke on the phone a previous day about about vehicle. They wanted us to come look, put us in a temporary until new arrived. We make the 2 hours drive....the story changed on day of arrival. No deals, refused GM supplier discount (We called GM & they are supposed to take it), asked 5k above MSRP& smarted off they should be selling to us 6k above. Oh and the online price was false advertising thats only if youre military or in the medical field.....so if you want to be scammed then this is the place for you. They are also selling used vehicles for the price of brand new, ya k ow supply& demand. But then tell you they will not make any money if they dont ask at least 6k above MSRP. What a joke wont ever be back

I dont feel comfortable there. I dont know what it is but I have never felt comfortable. I find the employees to be rude and standoffish. Prices are steep $57.50 for half hour labor and $5 misc? I only go there when I have to.

I went there to get an inspection on my truck. Got there at 130pm. The only person to give inspection goes to lunch between 11am and 2pm...Really..came back at 230 and sat in waiting area with 3 other people till 440pm and didnt have time to make it to the tag office across town to get my tags. Not good. It literally takes 5 minutes to inspect a vehicle...service people were not at all concerned about this time factor...you are at their mercy...so better for your customers please people. Then Mike tells me there is a recall on the airbags on my truck. He ordered the parts, but i will have to probly call him in a couple weeks to see if they get the parts in because he will probly forget to call me when they come in. He has ordered about 200 of these so far.

Took my car in on March 18 for tire repair and front brakes and spent over $200. Got up for work on April 3 and my brakes are rubbing. Called the dealership several times, was told the first time they are backed up and they can put me down for Thursday and I told him I had a doctors appointment in Hot Springs on Monday morning. He told me I could bring it in and leave it but this is my only vehicle. Called back to speak to a manager, she claimed he wasn’t in and took my number. Called back and was transferred then hung up on. Called back and was put on hold only for them to say they are very busy. Finally got a call and the guy said agin they are very busy but if I could get it in, he would only be able to look at it and they do t have anyone to come pick my car up. I have been taking my car to them since I purchased it and never had a problem. Sounded like they really don’t care. I will no longer do business with them.

I bought a car for my son from Mr. Harris, who assured it was a great car, 2012 Camry with 200k miles. He said the miles didnt matter, it was a great car. Paid 7k. 3 months later, the alternator had to be replaced. After 6 months, the engine will cost 4700 dollars to replace. When I called and spoke with Mr. Harris, his words were we dont offer warranties for cars with high miles like that. That was not the energy given when initating the sale. Would not recommend this dealership for a used car. They just want the sale.Add transmission to that...

Ive bought 2 cars from this location and frankly its just because I like Chevy. Every time I go in, someone has a bad attitude from the get go. Im not a confrontational person by any means so I never say anything, little alone anything to provoke rude behavior. And who ever heard of someone charging you eighteen bucks for a tire rotation??? Especially when customers have given them their business so often. Im just not very impressed by this place, but I guess they can afford to act like that sense Orr has pretty much monopolized the area...

I was actually planning to buy a different vehicle from another dealer, but decided, at the last minute, to check out Orr Chevrolet before I made my final decision. I’m so glad I did! I was blessed to meet and work with Scott, who not only provided exemplary service, but also showed exceptional patience, considering that I was accompanied by my four year old assistant (my lovely granddaughter, Lydia). Scott and the Orr team got me into a beautiful new Equinox LT at a lower price than the dealer I almost went with on a different vehicle’s base model. I love my new “cool ride”, as Miss Lydia calls it, and I feel as if I’ve made a new friend as well. I had problems with my 2012 Volt in Jonesboro, Ar in December. Had to have it towed to the Chevy dealership there. I asked them to check the 12 volt battery that I had recently installed. They said there was nothing wrong with it, the problem was the main lithium battery and it would cost $10,000 to get it fixed. I immediately started working on getting it home to Orr Chevrolet in Texarkana. Shelly was great in keeping me updated on what was being done and Jimmy was working on trying to find out what the problem was. It was not the lithium battery and he got me going again. I knew I could count on them to give me an honest answer and fix it if it was possible. I love me electric car and I love the folks at Orr Chevrolet.

The sale was good. After that is horrible. I purchased my vehicle out right. They said that they will send the title. Never heard from the dealership so I called them and they said they sent it to my bank. I called my bank they never received it. So I call back and speak to the most rude sounding title clerk that said they are waiting on the assessment from me to give the title. Horrible communication and will never recommend them to anyone.

I bought a car in 2020 from Orr VW and Travis helped myself and my boyfriend Robert to buy a 2015 Spark. The experience was fantastic! However; in January I was in a horrible accident that totaled my car, so because of the wonderful service, I returned to Orr VW to get another great car. Being without a car, I tried talking to a salesman over the phone on February 26th, 2021, first person I talked with was a man named Chassen, and he never had time to return my calls, so by the end of the next day, I called and talked to his manager or he said he was the manager, who gave excuses for everyone’s behavior, and the excuse was there was a big sale and they were very busy. I was supposed to hear back from the manager on Sunday but again nothing. On Monday I called and I got the very worst salesman on the planet, Cody Trudeaux, he said I could come up there and he would help me, again I stated I have no car but I have financing in place, I just needed a list of cars in my price range. I was met again with you have to come up here, so I went on Wednesday, March 3rd and when he showed me only one car, he preceded to become more arrogant and disrespectful than anyone should ever be to a customer! I told him my daughter was in the banking industry and she said what he was telling me was all wrong. Cody said if I did things his way or the Orr’s way was the only way I could get the car he was showing me. I said I just spoke to my daughter and she stated that his line of reasoning was wrong and he preceded to call my daughter stupid, that he had been selling cars for 8 years and this was how it was done. My daughter has been in the banking industry for 17 years, I believe she understands how financing works a little better than an arrogant car salesman!! He’s the reason that car salesman have such bad reputations!Even though he was so rude to me, on Friday March 5, 2021, I called the Orr Chevrolet place and spoke with Scott, and he was courteous, kind, apologetic and worked extremely hard and fast on trying to get me into a car! I’ve never been so impressed by a car salesman as I was with Scott’s handling of trying to help me in anyway he could. I told him please speak with my daughter, Nicki Alexander, she was handling all the financial end of this for me because I was without a car and a senior citizen with a wide variety of health issues. Scott had no problem talking to both of us, taking his time in getting me into the right vehicle and making sure I stayed inside my budget, with the best car Orr had available. By Friday, March 5th, the same day I started talking to him at 10 in the morning, we had paperwork done up and a scheduled pick up time for my car the very next day!! I have been enjoying my car, a 2018 Nissan Versa since Saturday, all thanks to Scott!! Scott did what 3 salesman at Orr VW couldn’t do in a week and a half in less than one full day!! Thank you, Scott, without your quick action on helping me, I would have never returned to Orr and I have bought several vehicles from Orr over the years but was rapidly becoming dissatisfied with their sales people!! You’re the best, Scott!! I will send everyone I know to you from now on and only buy from you again!!

Kenyan at Orr is absolutely hands down the BEST. He made we 2 ladies feel like queens. After being frustrated with the process of selling the Truck and buying a smaller Car, we stopped and PRAYED and asked YAHUAH where to go and where the car would be found. We then proceeded to and stopped to look at the used cars at the Summerhill location and Kenyan came out to offer his assistance and our PRAYER was ANSWERED. The process was painless. We were offered more for our trade in than 3 other dealers and the smaller replacement vehicle purchased was perfectly suited to our current needs. The icing on the cake was an additional BLESSING: the on- line pricing was $1001.00 more than we purchased the car for and Orr honored the reduced price We know that YAHUAH answered our prayers above our expectations and we give all the praise to Him and thank Him for Kenyan and Orr used cars. We bought a cargo van for our glass repair business. It was just what we wanted and needed. Scott, our salesman, made the whole experience pleasant and stress free. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was pleased, and I would do it all again!

Tried to call and talk to someone who could help my sister with the many issues she has had with her car and if I could get a message to Joel Orr and maybe he could help. The lady who answered gave us the run around and hung up with out giving us any way to contact Mr Orr. Seems to be getting no where.

Absolute worse buying experience of my life (and I buy a lot of cars). First, credit where credit is due....Lee was great and prompt with all communication (as this car was bought unseen and pretty much all over the phone and text. And when I had an issue with the car being picked up, Lee outside of his business hours, answered my call and stayed with me on the phone until the carrier had the vehicle in possession. I will also add that he was in the middle of a family emergency and still insisted on taking care of this with me. Please let Lee know how appreciative and great he was here for me during this experience. Fast fwd to the ongoing, still not resolved nightmare. I had not received any registration, plates, paperwork, nothing from the dmv. I phoned the dealership, they forwarded me to jamey, the office manager. She said she would handle and I would receive something from the dmv shortly. In time I received a phone call from the dmv saying they received everything from the dealership but it was months late and because of this I was incurring 5 late fees for the total of $756. I was informed the dealership had so much time to report the sale but they were months late. I took this information back to jamey, in which she profusely apologized and accepted responsibility. She asked that I pay the the fees, send her the receipts and she would have immediately reimbursed. So I went to the dmv (never a fun experience and not what I should be having to do) paid all the fees, received my registration, plates and tags. I contacted jamey again, sent her my receipts, she said she would get me a check out immediately. Fast fwd a wk or so, no check. Contacted jamey again, owner needs to sign the check, will send out in am. Wks later, no check. Covid busy excuse, holidays, people are out excuses, will have done this wk. Another wk goes by, owner had to take dad to drs 3 hrs away, check will be in the mail in the am. Still to this day no check. Jamey since then (Dec 4th) had just stopped responding to my calls and texts all together. Ive also left messages for Kelley, another office manager (no response) Left messages for Joel (owner-no response) have spoken a few times to Duane (sales manager) kudos to him for listening to me and patiently understanding my frustrations. Although he said twice he would follow up and get back to me and would also have the office management or owner get back to me, zero responses from anyone. Today I have sent a message to Lee, jamey and the finance manager, with again, zero responses. So now I will take things into some other hands and contact the bbb and corporate. This whole situation is obviously super frustrating and not to mention, absolutely unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I didnt even touch on how rude and unprofessional the clerks are at the dealership, I cant tell you how many times they would cut my call, transfer my call to the wrong extension or that I would call back and tell them I needed to leave a personal message, that the voice-mails I was being transferred to were full, they would put me on hold and transfer me again back to the same voice-mail that was an issue. This easily happened over ten times. I felt like I was a practical joke. Horrible experience.

Best car buying experience EVER! I found the van of my dreams on Car Guru. Listed by Orr Chevrolet. Reasonably priced van. Clean and beautiful! I drove the van home to Albuquerque by noon. Out the door quick. Sales people knowledgeable and thoughtful.Cody Trudeau went above and beyond. Five Star service all around!
