Nice store, but we were asked to wear a mask and out the door we went. They have every right to ask and we can also take our business elsewhere. Which we did. It is for 99% of people a mild flu, as it was for us. So over these things!
I can tell they were somewhat busy and I noticed at least one customer walked away because they didnt get attended BUT the service worker Vince was amazing with my brother and me. He worked with us on what we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted while having a great experience purchasing them. Highly recommend coming here!
Unable to conduct business. My new phone has been malfunctioning for a couple of weeks. Went to exchange it, their system was down. I was told they would call me when system was back up. Today is the 2nd day, no such call yet. I will go back and try again tomorrow. I have to drive 25 miles to get there.
I walked in the other day prepared to buy an iPhone 12. The lady told me I had to wait outside in the cold since I don’t wear masks. Nope, I went straight to AT&T and was greeted warmly and now I have a new iPhone 12 with great coverage. If you value your freedom like I do, go to AT&T by Target.
If you like extremely spicy food it would be okay! My wife and I developed stomach aches. My wife liked the taste of the food. I could not taste it ! I was more concerned about sweating and runny nose 😬 🔥🔥🔥

The lady that started helping me was super nice and they were doing everything in their power to keep me safe! I had to get a new phone bc mine stopped working. Blake even got me a great bundle deal while I was looking for a case.

It took three visits on-line and a second visit to the store to get the issue resolved, but in the end Verizon came through. All of the personnel were great but some could use extra training.
No help exchanged Sims card didnt fix anything
The machine they have available for people to pay their bills swallows your money, you do not get change back. This is by no means the employees fault, but just a warning to anybody who might use big bills to pay their balance. You wont get change back.

The ladies with customer service was very rude towards customers. Unprofessional in their language, and not helpful at all. Abuse toward customer without a mask, but other employee was not wearing one. I will avoid this business anyway that I can!
Well first of all I approached the store and a women unlocked the door and told me to back up. I said ok my father would like to purchase a new phone. She said Verizon wasnt open for shopping. I said ok and left. Went to the Verizon store by Walmart on the Arkansas side. Was approached by a nice employee. Talked my dad into a Samsung A51 and we went about our day.
As with ALL Verizon stores..... Your usually there about a problem so its NEVER a fun pleasant trip. The guy helping me was great and of course this particular day the internet was slower than dial in and it took 2days to get my phone straight so TWO trips. For this reason I give it a average.

I’ve ALWAYS had great service here. Until today. They couldn’t be bothered to try to help me get my phone unlocked because it was an Apple issue, not Verizon. I went across town to Russell Cellular and they actually got on the phone with Apple themselves and finally got my phone working again.

Very good experience today. Young lady at the Verizon Store named London was very helpful. I have been with Verizon for a long time & never have I been told that my being a Veteran I was entitled to a 15 percent discount on my phone plan, to bad I cant get a pro-rate going back to the beginning of my joining Verizon, at least Im now going to benefit from the 15 percent, thanks to London.
The staff just didnt seem to want to actually work. My husband went in with a simple request to move his phone things over and they gave him directions to an app. I ended up doing it for him. Maybe its the new thing, but it really just seemed they didnt want to help.
The guy that helped us had a great attitude!!! We came in to get my sons phone fixed or get a new one he finally ended up getting him a new phone he could afford and fixed a problem with my wifes phone at the same time. I cant remember his name but we will go to him when we upgrade in November. Only thing I dont like about the whole Cell phone experience is it always takes forever to get it done. Im very inpatient!!!
That Store was a good one for me to come in. I got more done than the other one.. And thay give you details a little better.
I purchased a Samsung A50 on the Verizon network at Walmar, then bought a Verizon card, also from Walmart to pay the bill. It was the wrong card a prepaid, VERIZON card. Through a month long journey I was denied exchange refund or any type of credit from Walmart Verizon company and all physical locations in Texarkana. Even though the Verizon card was bought and the company has the money they will not credit my account and It is wasted and expired. Unacceptable and will not be with them longer than I can help it.
Extremely poor customer service. Spent 10min telling what they cant do before I walked out. The manager Josh was no help at all. I ended up calling the customer service line and they had me fixed up in 20 min. Poor customer service from top down

They werent very helpful. I asked for a case for a phonethey went back and looked comeback said no and didnt even bother checking anywhere else any other store are online . Told me to check with eBay

I was serving in the army when I recieved a monthly bill for over 900$ I hadnt made any call out of the normal and had unlimited everything. I expected 100-300 a month. I was paying for the best service in odd places. I suggest Sprint.

Lindsey is the reason Ill be going to AT&T after 10 + years with loyalty to Verizon you sir pissed me off after asking me my name and walking away to answer the phone like I wasnt important enough to help.

Went inside to try and buy the MiFi broadband Internet box and purchase the service. There were tons of customers waiting with only two reps behind counter helping others. Was confronted by employee as if I signed in or not on the wait list with no welcome or how can I help you. I did not even realize there was a wait list which was three hours long because of the note 7 exchanges from the recalls recently. My point is this, if you were going to be that busy, they needed to get more workers and plan out the day and be more welcoming to customers walking in. I just wanted to purchase the MiFi and upgrade my data plan which would not have taken very long to do but could not because of a three hour wait. Do not recommend this store to anyone.
They open the door for you as you approach and it gets better from there.

When I got my service 2 years ago they were nice, eager to help, and would do anything to get my line going. I visited 3 days ago and I was not welcomed at all. The employee acted like he didnt want to help. And the other employees were at front desk watching Football game on a phone.I went back 2 days ago, because my phone broke, and was treated horrible again. When i first walked in the greated me and was very nice. Since I couldnt pay cash for a phone and my dad didnt want to add a monthly cost for the phone to our bill they didnt want to help after that. The employee that started helping me walked off and when I approached her so i could get a phone, she said, Oh girl no one has helped you yet?

The only reason I am giving them a two instead of a one is because of an employee they have named Taneisha. She is a natural salesperson and always makes sure I get the best phones and accessories. Ask for Taneisha for sure.
Had to have screen protector replaced twice after Verizon staff was unable to place it on. They were very helpful.
