The flowers & strawberries were fine, Im disappointed in the delivery. I live in Longview while my Girlfriend lives in Texarkana, and wanted to surprise her for our 1 year anniversary.I picked Edible & one of their same day delivery options thinking it would be a sweet surprise for her. I placed the order at roughly 9am, and received a confirmation # email by 9:15am. However by 3pm when I hadnt heard from my GF I called Edible, and it was explained to me that my order should be delivered by 5pm. I finally had to ruin the surprise by telling my GF that she should be getting a delivery this afternoon, and that she may have to stay a few minutes late to get it.She finally did receive it right at 5pm as she was shutting down her office for the day.It really aggravated me that her being 1.5 miles from Edible, and they couldnt get it to her until the last minute.I was really hoping it would have arrived around noonish, so that in typical fashion she could have felt special while her coworkers & customers complimented her on them. You know the routine someone must love you those are pretty, but nope she didnt get that opportunity.In summary their products are fine in quality, but their delivery time frame leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe you Texarkana folks already know this, but it was a lesson learned for me today.

The personnel at this location are super friendly and work quickly to get your order prepared. My orders are always superbly prepared and delicious. The prices are good and its just fun getting orders from this store. A great place to order from and send unique gift items. Also, a great place to get a unique snack thats healthy also.

Did not know that Edible Arrangements now serves fruit cups and smoothies. I should go more often. The fruit is beautiful and freshly prepared. Cant beat that

The Happy Birthday fruit arrangement that I received was not only pretty but was delicious. The fruit was fresh and lasted for days afterward. The chocolate covered strawberries were awesome. I will order from them also.

Beautiful arrangement. Even though delivery took a while and wish was a little less expensive. But the quality of the fruit was excellent. My legal assistant was very happy.

Horrible coordinating. Ordered arrangements for baby shower. Never made it and no scheduling calls recieved.

I was glad I was able to use Edible Arrangements to deliver a birthday gift to my family member since I wasnt able to be their to celebrate with him.

Placed an order a week before Valentines day so that my wife could receive it during the day at home while I was at work. Well the order never came. I tried to call and call but got no answer. My wife went up there and it turns out they had a computer malfunction and must have heard that phone ring 30 times while she was there. The guy was really APOLOGETIC, gave us a Full Refund and is still going to deliver our original order. The stores response was OUTSTANDING. I will continue to come here and recommend people to this location specifically because of how they handled the issue. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
