It was very pleasant, They were very helpful. Injoyed visited that wal mart.

Find great deals, cheaper than most other stores. And can get a hair cut, do banking either at the in store bank or the money center.In the store they have a lot to offer their customers.

I would give five stars because this Walmart has a way bigger variety to choose from with everything but I left a bag and didnt realize it until I got back home. When I called to let them know no one would answer the phone.

I shop here early in the morning to beat the crowd, so I can get in and out. The young employees need to stay off their cell phones and work. The cell phones should only be used on breaks and lunches. Especially those out in the parking lot rounding up the buggies, which they need to spray down before bringing them inside. The employees need to be more friendly and helpful when someone ask them something and if you dont know where something is at least attempt to assist the customer. They need to have enough cashiers to cover the registers when the line is long. My items shouldnt be melting before I get them to the car. Lets be more professional in being mindful of your language while at work. (NO CURSING)

Picked up a grocery order yesterday and it was a smooth process with no contact. The only thing I hated was that the sweet lady that brought out my order (which was HUGE...we were out of everything!) had to do all the work by herself. She said she was the only one back there. They should be ashamed of themselves for working her so hard without any help!! She was absolutely the sweetest person and didnt complain at all!!

To begin this, I go to Walmart as my main store for shopping. Normally, I can get through the store and to self checkout within a reasonable time. However, this location does not have enough staff that can adequately do their jobs. They have ONE person at the self checkout to take care of everything. which normally they would have maybe 2. Today, I went to self checkout and the credit card machine just restartrd in the middle of my transaction. Due to there only being ONE PERSON running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to do 5 things at once, I was sitting there for about 30 minutes waiting for the problem to be fixed because thats what she told me to do while she tried to take care of everyone else. . After all that waiting, I was sent to a regular checkout in which another older lady was checking me out. I love that they have equal opportunities for the elderly to work BUT!!! Walmart needs to make sure that they are able to do the job they are signed up for.... The thing is, when people that are actually able to do their job and well apply for this location, nobody ever gets hired.... HIRE MORE TO GET MORE DONE FASTER.

Dont. Do. Curbside.Slowest curbside in existence. They walk slow, they move slow, youre guaranteed to wait at least 30 minutes. And dont ask for big items like dog food. Always out of stock but walk inside, and low and behold theres 15 bags of the 45 pound bags. (I understand its heavy. I get it. But do your job).

I guess Walmarts grocery area four stars.Walmarts pharmacy I give them five stars or more. They are kind courteous fast and dependable! Everything they should be theyre awesome I would refer them to anyone and everyone.

New Boston rd walmart. A female employee was rude when asked where a location of a product was that i had already confirmed was at this store. She in so many words called me a liar. Then as we were ringing our stuff out at a 20 items or less register we saw cockroaches crawling around on the belt and cracks around register and belt. We spent a good amount of money there and there shouldnt be a concern of what if i pack a roach home. Disgusting.

I have always loved Walmart but ever since the Covid the store has been running out of some food, and drinks. Wow.

Well went to get yogurt only to find out from one of the employees that the case was down for three days then it was back up and running they said the other stuff was fine but I started checking dates and there was stuff there from last month. Told an employee she said not my department told another girl she needs to call a manager and she said quote I am not your slave. So I went to another employee she called and then got rude about. Theses are some very ungrateful employees glad I am not the manager they would have been fired.

I really like this location. The customer service is great, the prices are good, the selection of items in the different departments is always nice. They have a few things you cannot get at other Walmarts in the surrounding towns. I took pictures of a few. This location is the first one I have seen with what looked like a lounge area. Comfy chairs! The store is clean. The parking lot is usually clean and well lit. The management we had a chance to speak to were all smiles, nice sense of humor, and very helpful.

Very nice store this is the texarkana location. my wife and I shopped there on our way from Pearland tx to murfreesboro Arkansas today and we hade a good shopping experience. The thirty pack of bud light beer is around twenty bucks and the produce was real fresh even the day after Thanksgiving. It was really nice seeing a subway as the in house food restaurant.

Got what I needed.Lines were reasonable.Got in and out in good time.

Picked up a Walmart App order and Ashley was wonderful.

Very inexperienced person at the electronics section. This person was asking another associate for the questions I was asking her. Why didnt he help me instead of her. Getting ready to checkout while talking and asking questions she pulled out her phone and was checking personal messages. I thought was very rude. I felt so not valued as a customer.

Saturdays are very busy no carts in entrance area however a vert nice young man found and waa bringing carts to waiting people. Aisles are easy to navigate. Checkouts were fast. Bathrooms needed attention

She help me with my online order which was supposed to be for delivery but due to that snow storm no delivery was mad on 2/15/21 now today 2/19/21 I came to pick up my order in unfortunately a few items was gone but I wanted to help out not because I didn’t trust Walmart but I wanted to show the appreciation that this Manager help me with my online order!!she was so humble and very respectful she located items that was one left she even found the actual croissants the order was placed for. I was in a hurry and found myself weaving in & out of walking traffic. When I found something I wanted to buy yet was unable to pick it up & put it in my buggy, a young man that worked there but not in this department asked me if I needed his help.i replied yes, please. He then walked over to me and asked which one? He then picked up the one I pointed to and put it in my buggy. Praise the Lord.!!!

I usually buy on the Arkansas side for small orders because its closer. I buy on the Texas side when I need milk or have a larger grocery list; Texas has no sales tax on groceries but Arkansas does.

If u cant find it ur out of luck. Can never find help. Store is too big. Its now next to impossible to get someone to check ur groceries. I remember when stores checked, bagged,and even took ur groceries to the car for u!

Stephanie from walmart stated the name on ID was not correct and was very rude with us and moneygram associate. When asked why by the associate Stephanie raised her voice and began screaming.This is not neccessary for a service that should be simple and easy. They need to work on their customer service

The employees try to stay out of your way. If you know what i mean. Mainly because they are always short handed and stocking. But if you ask them anything they are pretty informative.

One star is being too nice. Every time I go to this store its always something. Either its broke, they are out or personal shoppers are rude. Today the money centers computer is down. Think I will go somewhere else from now on.

Dont get me wrong, but the Walmart we have in De Queen Arkansas isnt a real super Walmart. They try to say it is but anyone who has ever been in a real Super Walmart knows the difference.

Its over all ok for shopping and finding anything that u may want or need and then some, but the fact that there is no cashiers and everything is self checkout is ridiculous. There are alot of elders that have a hard time with this. Not to mention the theft has bound to have risen since there is no longer someone ringing u up and bagging ur items.

I gave been carrying tattered receipts around,finally lost them,so this visit probably wasnt what I am about to say about Walmart. I bought some curtains on clearance.Realized that only 2 panels werent enough for 2 windows.TRIED to return them exactly as I bought them with my receipt.The associate said I couldnt return them. The machine wouldnt take it. I request a manager.Wish I had the receipt with her name on it.She said no,she couldnt make it happen.If the machine wont take it theres nothing I can do..WTH Walmart? So no more clearance returns??!!! What about all of the clothes I buy on clearance with no fitting room? Too bad?? I bought something at the neighborhood market Walmart on Richmond Rd. To be sure,I asked before purchase if I could return it.They said of course! I dont understand.

Wal-Mart keeps getting better at helping us meet our needs with ease. I was very impressed with the fast and accurate delivery, having to stay at home most days, Wal-Marts convenient service has made those days even better. Thank you Wal-Mart!

That lazy heifer at the customer service desk didnt want to take my money so I can pay my rent. Just kept repeating the money center opens at 8. Ok and you can do it too. The last 3 times I have paid at the customer service desk. I work night shift and dont have my own vehicle. I dont have time to wait around on the money center. I wish I would have got her name because she just didnt want to do her job. Standing around the go back buggies pretending to be busy but really just talking.
