Clean restrooms, good coffee friendly staff

Billboard advertises clean restrooms. They don’t seem especially clean. Be sure to check the stall for toilet paper as the first one I went in was out.Man in our group reported even more problems with the men’s room. He said it was one of the worst bathrooms he has ever been in.Had to try two pumps before auto card reader would work.Staff seems friendly.

Never ever enough cashiers! And the ones that are there move slow or don’t even offer to check you out. Used to be my favorite convenience store....

Half the selections at the do it yourself don’t work. I moved to the next stall and same thing. That was a waste of $4. Had to drive over to the automatic wash and pay another $8. No return for me. The automatic one did a good job except for the front center. Left some mud.

Extremely rude customer service!! Go down to the 76 gas station, much cleaner and nice customer service!

Phone is always busy. When I do get an answer an excuse is made as to why i cant order burgers. Good food but cant ever get any ordered. Not worth it.

They have delicious burgers and spicy fries, however they seem to always forget part of our order. Its happened twice recently. Forgot our potato logs last time, this time they forgot our other burger.

I had questions about breakfast and was omw to the RR in Texarkana, Ar., but they did not answer the phone. So I called over there at the one on Kings Hwy and spoke to a lady name Sarah this morning about the biscuits and gravy- she had exceptional customer service and answered all off my questions with no problem. Thank you for that amazing customer service this morning.

Totally addicted to their cheeseburgers and Cajun fries! Sometimes the wait time is 30 minutes or more (because they are always incredibly busy), but its worth the wait! Best burger and fries in all of Texarkana area!

Delicious food! It’s a small truck stop that has a small grill. It’s a local favorite and I see why. Fresh HOT food. Fried fish, boudian, hamburgers, burritos..etc!

We order road runner a lot on the night shift. They are always so good to us. You just cant beat their burgers and spicy fries!!! Always sopoo good!

Stopped by yesterday evening to pick up a lottery ticket 20 mins before shift change and clerk said that he couldnt sell one because he had already counted them and didnt want to recount. Pretty ridiculous that you cant buy a ticket here for that whole time.

Great location for a convenience store.Service is fast, and employees are friendly. This location has all the usual convenience items, but it also has a food counter where you can get traditional breakfast items, junk foods, fried catfish, hamburgers, french fries, burritos, and more. Fountain drinks are also available.I rated the store a 4, but he car wash behind the store gets a NO STARS rating. By all means, it is not my idea of a great car wash.There are multiple wash bays and an automatic car wash bay, as well as multiple vacuums available. The usual selections from prewash to soap to wash to spot free rinse, and waxes, are offered.However, water used at this car wash has an odor best described as intolerable. In fact, it reeks of decomposing flesh. Its got to be the nastiest smell I have ever smelled. I guess the wash water from car washes is recycled somehow, but it needs to be chlorinated heavily before it goes back into the reservoir for reuse. Its absolutely revolting and disgusting. Honestly, its a wonder buzzards arent circling overhead.I wont wash my car here ever again, as the stinch of the wash water left lingering on the car could make buzzards leave a gut wagon.

Worst place in the world for customer service. How is it that 9 out of 10 times when I call... they are cleaning the grill or its going to be an hour cause of this/that/BS. I mean, in the past.. being told the grill is getting cleaned itll be an hour... at 8p/9p on a Friday night... DA FUQ ROADRUNNER. Yo employees lazy and are liars

I stop in the new store on 7th st. Every morning to get gas and breakfast . Every day the womens bathroom never has tolet paper. And they seem to be more concerned in cleaning the parking lot than the bathroom. No one is friendly at all!! 😠😠

Everytime I call they make every excuse not to make me a hamburger and try to moan and groan so I wont order anything, rude comments in the background and says I cant use the drive through, cannot stand people this lazy- THE OWNER NEEDS TO TAKE CONTROL OF HIS RESTURANT BEFORE THESE PEOPLE RUN EVERYONE OFF!

This elder gray haired lady refuses to sell tobacco products to me, and I have my ID and I am over the age to buy products, I will be calling corporate office, she does the same thing to all of my friends and family as well, and they have there IDs and are over 21!!!!
