I am 100% coming back here. Leslie Hamilton was extremely patient with me as she showed me a big selection of rings. She helped me pick the perfect ring and was happy to help. I will def be coming back to her for my next purchase.
My daughter and her fiancé purchased wedding bands today. It should have been a wonderful experience! But instead, it took 2 hours to purchase the rings! They were charged twice and told the money would be reimbursed in a week! Really!!! That’s terrible for anyone, especially a young couple!Hopefully management will work on staffing competent sales associates.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OR TAKE ANYTHING FOR REPAIR TO THIS DREADFUL PLACE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE PURCHASE OF MY RING, BECAUSE I ASSURE YOU THAT I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE RUDE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A STORE. EVERY TIME YOU GO IN THERE, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES OR MORE TO BE HELPED. YOU SEND ITEMS OFF FOR REPAIRS AND NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK. WHEN DEALING WITH STAFF OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RARELY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. ITS ALSO INSANE THAT IN 2021, THEY EXPECT YOU TO CARRY AROUND A PIECE OF PAPER FOR YOUR INSPECTIONS. USE A COMPUTER FOR THAT! YOU CANNOT TELL ME ONE OF THE NATIONS LARGEST JEWELRY CHAINS CANT AFFORD AN ELECTRONIC SYSTEM TO KEEP UP WITH THEIR SERVICES. Rant over, but seriously do not waste your time and money here.

I have purchased several items from this store and have been very pleased with the customer service. I have exchanged several times, trying to get the exact look that I like. Leslie spent a lot of time helping me decide what to buy and worked hard on some exchanges. Thank you Leslie for being so patient with me while I couldn’t make up my mind. You kept a smile on your face through it all. I am very happy with my purchases. The store manager was fantastic too. Highly recommend this store.

The associates and district manager at this location do not even know their own company policies. I was trying to do a return for store credit without a receipt which Zales corporate website return and exchange policy allows. Yet this location insisted I must have an original receipt. Wasted 2 hours of my time to drive here and back home without being able to do my return all because of your uneducated staff. Highly disappointed in your store service. As a long time Zales customer, I can guarantee I will never use this location again.

UNBELIEVABLE, THEY CALL ME TO TELL ME ABOUT A WATCH THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN REPAIRED BY NOW, TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE THE ESTIMATE OF THE REPAIR!!!! I TRY TO CALL THEM BACK AND THE PHONE DOES NOTHING BUT RING...NO VOICEMAIL OR ANSWER MACHINE...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The employees at this location have always been above par, exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable on all jewelry I have ever purchased.. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for the perfect gift....

I will never buy anything here again purchased a engagement ring on july 27 been waiting 3 weeks for sizing cant call the store says its a non working number called coroporate they cant even figure it out reached out to district mgr and still nothing.
My bad experience was not just with this Zales store, but with Zales in general. The ring my fiancé bought me lost one of its bigger stones two months after he proposed and gave it to me. He and I went to this particular store in Texarkana and were told they would not fix it, even though it lost a stone soon after purchase and was expressly caused from the poor workmanship of Zales. We were told we would have to pay an arm and a leg to have my ring fixed or buy another ring. I do not want another ring. My fiancé asked me to be his wife and promised me forever with my ring. How can I just replace it for another? However, Zales refuses to make things right. My family and friends have always been regular customers, but needless to say neither I nor my family or friends will be shopping at Zales anymore. Beware of Zales. They just might turn your dream into a nightmare.
This store sucks. everyone there has an attitude problem and are rude as hell. Dont expect to be helped with anything as far as inspections of jewelry youve already purchased if you go here...wont be going back.
