Ordered a set of clubs a few weeks ago in anticipation of an upcoming golf weekend. I was not kept up to date regarding the status of the order and had to visit the shop twice to ask for an update. The team at Golf USA was aware of the time pressure, however did not follow up or expedite with Callaway. Needless to say the clubs have not been delivered. The only way I can describe the experience at Golf USA is complete disinterest.

Called Golf USA on a trip from Gainesville, Texas to Bryant, Arkansas to visit an ole military buddy and to play golf over the Labor Day weekend. Jack received the call and was able to assist with my request. Jack is a very polite gentleman and took care of the request upon arrival within the hour. While waiting we had great conversations and a plus I was honored with the pleasure of meeting a man from the area who was great with conversation as well and knew much about golf in North Texas.Bottom line great business, great customer service and received excellent work.

As a very new golfer Im disappointed with the customer service level of this place. In an empty store I received no help from the staff regarding a new set of clubs. Off to Amazon I suppose.

Love the store, selection, and ability to be custom fitted with the latest technology. Repair/ regrip work is also top notch. Do yourself a favor and let one of the guys custom fit to your swing new clubs and hit some better shots!
