I ordered a dual headstone for my deceased wife and myself on October 1, 2020. As of August 1, 2021 it has not been delivered.It is now November 3, 2021 and it still isnt here. I have gone in every few weeks since sometime in June, and every time I have been told by Jimmy Allen that I would get the headstone in two or three weeks. It looks like I am going to have to take legal action against them.
This company is wonderful. My aunt needed to buy several monuments one for her late husband and herself and her grandson needed one for his stillborn daughter. They were not there to make every dime possible. They were very kind and compassionate to my family during this terrible time and worked with them.When the guys came out to deliver the stones, my aunt had an accident and they had to be postponed. When they came back down to deliver, they asked about the accident and were very kind to my aunt. They did not show annoyance at being rescheduled.They took such care removing the old and placing the new monuments. They were compassionate and caring. They didn’t act like they were throwing a piece of stone on the ground. They treated our deceased family with respectful courtesy and didn’t stomp all over them.We can’t tell you how grateful we are for the way they handled everything. They offered us blessings as we left. They were such polite young men; we hope that everyone gets these gentlemen when they are mourning.Thank you!
