Dr. Pack is patient, very easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. She has tested my hearing, and she has fitted my mother, and mother in law both with hearing aids. She serviced and reprogrammed my mother in laws hearing aids for 3 years, even though they were purchased somewhere else. We had no idea that they could be reprogrammed to match her changing hearing needs. My own mother is deaf in one ear. She now has a hearing aid that picks up all sound coming into the deaf ear, and sends it over to the right ear. This changed her life. She used to miss conversations at dinner tables, & when driving in cars because she was left out of any conversation on her deaf side. I have had a lot of people tell me they were deaf in 1 ear and were told theres nothing you can do about it. Well, no, the hearing cannot be fixed but all the sound coming at your deaf ear CAN be sent to your good ear. I have recommended Kelly to so many people with 1 deaf ear. It is always best to see an AUDIOLOGIST like Dr. Pack.

Dr Pack is a wonderful audiologist with up to date technology and equipment. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone with a hearing impediment. I wasn’t sure I needed hearing aids until I was trial fitted with a pair and a whole new world opened up to me. Now I can hear everything and my family is happy that the TVs not too loud and I no longer need closed caption. Her staff is friendly too.

Such a great experience today! My husband was so hesitant to “get his hearing checked!” Dr Pack made him feel comfortable and made him laugh. I highly recommend Professional Hearing services!!They are ALWAYS friendly and prompt! Our son Riley used to rip his aids out of his ears so roughly when hed take them out that he would break the hook at the top. We would take the aids to Professional Hearing and they would fix us up in no time! We have always went to Arkansas Childrens Hospital but living in Texarkana and both working all the time its hard to get to Little Rock everytime we need. Its nice that we dont have to worry. Now that Rileys 8 his hearing aids are easier to maintain but we still need repairs and check ups now and then. We will proudly continue to see our friends at Professional Hearing 🙂❤ again Highly recommended!!!!! Kelly Pack is a great audiologist and really cares about her patients and what she is doing!!!! I went to see Dr. Park for a second opinion on the need for hearing aids. After the most thorough hearing test Ive experienced, she informed me that I had a small hearing loss that was not uncommon at my age and work experience. She would not recommend hearing aids. This type of honesty is too rare today. I was already set to buy. When and if the time comes, I will be back. In the meantime, if you have any concerns about your hearing, you owe it to yourself to visit and get tested by Dr. Park. In my opinion, she is the real deal.

I can not recommend Dr. Pack enough!! On a scale of 1-10, she and her staff rate a 15+, seriously!! She is absolutely the BEST EVER.
