I would have been better off purchasing a lawnmower from Walmart than from Rogers Marine. The Gravely mower we purchased was not ready when promised and they didn’t install the mulching blades as requested. We’ve had the mower for less than three months and have had nothing but problems and Rogers Marine was no help at all. They only care about the sale and then you’re trash to them if you have any problems.
Great place to buy a riding mower, boat or ATV and if you are into Motorcycle they have those.
I bought a mower here almost a year ago. Great service and very friendly staff! I will use them again in the future!
Good experience here these guys even stayed after close to show me the controls on my new bike and helped me load it on the trailer and were very helpful in showing me the proper safety gear, I definitely recommend them if you need a new outdoor toy of any kind!

Super rude. I’d take business elsewhere. I have a Kawasaki that is suppose to be able to be serviced under warranty at any authorized Kawasaki dealership. He said take it back where you got it. I called the original place I made the purchase and he said it’s a good thing you didn’t take it to that location anyway they have heard bad things about the technicians there. The owner of Plano Kawasaki set me up to go into another dealer and they took care of me no problem.
Took my boat to have insurance quote done on it.It sat for 4 weeks waiting on them to give me qoute to fix it.Finally called and ask them what they had done Allan Rogers the owner told me they had not done anything. So I found someone that could get to it and called and informed them I would be there to pick up.Allan Roger then told me it be 108.00 I ask what for he said for work we done I said you just told me that you had not done anything to it.I said that fine I won’t be back Allan then ask me if I had friends I said yes he said well tell them mother f$cker to not come up here either

The parts department is exceptional! they really helped me out on getting all the parts i needed, they were so patient and helpful. the owner is also very good at what he does, the customers needs go before his, i will definitely be a returning customer and will be referring their business to everyone i know with boats & mules !
Required me to order $700 part from Kawasaki because they didnt stock it. They installed the part but when i went to pick up, they said my part was no good and they had to rob a matching part off of one of their new atvs. They charged me $700 for their part and threw my $700 online part away! Then they couldnt find it in the trash. Cost me $1,400 to find out how dishonest they are.
Only bring your boat here if you do not need it for several weeks. Otherwise, take it somewhere else. Absolutely horrible service. Not sure how they stay in business. Not only will it take them forever to get to your boat, but they will lie about when it will be ready. I brought my boat in for a minor fix on a Tuesday (manual tilt bracket broke on a 30 HP motor). They told me it would be the end of the following week. I did not hear from them, so I called them on the following Friday, and they told me it was second in line and would be ready Saturday or Monday. I still did not hear from them the next week, so I called them the following Friday and they told me it would be the next week. I finally picked it up after they had it 3 weeks and am taking it to someone who can do it a lot quicker than they can. Should have done that to start with.
That old man is a theif. There is a definite lack of communication in that company. If you needed help with your light bill old man you couldve asked. They blackmail me my boat for a 116.00 bill. He oughta be arrested.
Went in to find a part for an old boat that I have. The owner found the part and charged almost double what it cost online. When I asked how to assemble it, he sounded perturbed and rude. Its obvious to me that he has quite a temper problem. I would go somewhere else. I dont see this place staying in business much longer. Customer service is lacking greatly.
I bought two four wheelers from Rogers Marine. I have had absolutely no problems with them. The staff was very fun and helpful.
The staff was very nice and patient with me. They sold me a TERxY 4. Super helpful. I would buy there again.

Dropped my lawn mower off for repair thru sears warranty department. Upon dropping off they were extremely rude & told me that they are a marine place & they work on boats so they do that first & will get to the mower when they get to it. After several weeks of no word I call & they said that I am next in line & it would get started on next week. One week & 4 days later I call to check the status & she tells me they are running a month behind. I said Ive already been waiting 2 months! She got the service manager on the line & he said you cant believe what the front desk people tell you, I work in the back & im telling you it isnt ready & I dont know when it will be ready. I went up there that afternoon & picked it up to have it repaired somewhere else. Absolute worst business & customer service I have ever came across. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely the most pathetic place to buy from . Service before the sale but nothing after except rudeness, hatefulness and very unprofessionalism from the owner never will I buy from this horrible place again
Bought a new boat last year trailer tires wore out after 2000 miles. The people at the axle place told me it was due to the axle being too light. Called dealership they wanted me to bring it in which was not practical since I live 75 miles away next he gave me the email address for the trailer manufacturer. I called and emailed photos of the trailer but received no response. Chalk it up to education, it cost me $314.00 to have the axle changed let the buyer beware.
