Nice clean place and had done bait. Paid ten bucks for two people to fish there and didnt catch anything.

My family and I always enjoy launching our boat there. We absolutely love the owner and the service he provides to us. We always have nothing but a pleasant experience there and we love to contribute to keeping him open. He is great, the place is great, and the service is great. Fishing is always good as well. We never come back empty handed with fish, and we are always satisfied. Best place ever!!!!

Very clean place... There is a bait camp and boat ramp right inside the gated storage facility.. Love the atmosphere!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to beat the crowd

The owner is a man of his word! He looked out for us even though he didnt have. To turned customers way just to save us some shrimp. It took us a lottle bit by boat to get there, but he kept his word! Would definitely recommend this beautiful bait shop. We will be back!

We are very pleased with all the perks such as larger covered storage on concrete, boat launch, boat detail bays, fish cleaning sinks, its gated and the owners are great people that take real pride in this property and are easy to get in touch with.

Used bait shop & ramp: Bait shop was very clean, including restroom. Felt comfortable that my vehicle would be secure while I was on the water. Water was a little low, larger boats would have struggled. I will be back but will check water level before launching.

Last year I was in frantic need of a space to temporarily use for a unique project. The project was to complete a double decker school bus as a art vehicle/ Mardi Gras Float. After calling multiple Boat and RV storage facilities, local realtors, and any other option I could think of with at least a 14 clearance, I got a hold of the wonderful owner of this facility. There was a spot available and he graciously let us reserve it. Loyd saved Mardi Gras for the Krewe de Isle of Misfits! Not a typical use for this space, but one that was greatly appreciated! Spacious, secure, clean, and a beautiful view right on the Lake!

Great place to keep your boat or rv. Easy launch access and easy access to Dickinson Bay and Galveston Bay. Very affordable and owners are great people to do business with. Highly recommended!!!
