They had a buy 3 get 2 free sale. In the store the sign said body care and nowhere did it say excluding aroma therapy. Even when I saw the 1st sign it was on aroma therapy. I went up to the cash register to check out and she checked out my items. She did not tell me that they were the wrong items.

I cant get lower than one star. The one employee harassed us from the minute we walked in. I had my buy 3 get one free in my arms. She was so aggressive. I tried my best to put the items back in their spot. She didnt like that I was ignoring her. She was harassing. I put the sprays down and left. So stupid. They lost probably a 75 dollar sell. This was at Tanger outlet in LaMarque.

I love the smell in bath and body works everything is great here employees very helpful. The only bad things is that i cant take one of each item home with me.

The staff did an AMAZING job today!! The store was so crowded they had to ask customers to wait outside. There were no baskets and the line was wrapped around the store. They continued to be so friendly and helpful. I love this store and the employees.

This is a great location its laid out like a typical Bath & Body Works. I will come to this location if I am looking for an item that I can’t find at a different location. I also like that they have more decorations such as candle holders compared to other stores. The only negative is that prices are of the regular stores though it’s at an outlet mall.

I love going into this store the staff are so friendly and greets you the minute you walk through the door, and send on you way with a smile, it makes you want to spend.

I Love This Store

I almost always have a good experience at Bath & Body Works. This one is a little small and has limited inventory but they almost always have the popular stuff. The staff is really friendly and its always a good experience.

Nicely laid out store. Plenty to choose from, just like all other BBW. Its located at a Outlet store, but its not an outlet. (Regular pricing) I wonder where they take all the last season product? Im hoping for an actual BBW outlet to find some of my old favorites!

I went in the store for the $4.95 sale. I was sent a code coupon with numbers and letters ($10/30) from BBW customer service to use. I showed the manager Alyssa the code she acted dumbfounded like she didnt know what to do. She tried to get a little snippy and I did the same in return. I told the girl BBW sent an exact same code to me for candle sale, I went to Baybrook and had no problem with them typing it. So guess what, I went right back to baybrook returned my purchases and repurchased using the code without any problems. My business will never take place at Tanger Outlet BBW again, and I spend so much money with BBW to endure any problems.

When you go to check out they have directions on the floor to show you how to make it to the register. There are no signs or ropes guiding you, just lines on the floor. These lines pass through places to shop as well. I waited in one of the middle lines at first to figure out the people in that line were just shopping not waiting to pay. I moved to a outside line and started waiting again. By this time the people in the middle moved on and that line was empty and a lady walked up and started to wait. The lady at the register looked at that lady and said next but looked at me and said that lane is closed. I guess it was best, I had a basket full of goods that I left setting right there.

I personally love bath and body works so much that I applied for the position as a sales associate there at the new location in tanger outlet, texas city, tx. I went in to ask about my application and was told the manager would be on vacation that week and the following week and will be checking the applications as soon as she gets back. A couple of days after her supposedly being back, I call and ask about the application status. They said shes not in please call back later. I wait another day and call back. I am then put on hold to wait for the manager so I could personally speak with her to make my mark and hopefully get the job. (something you do when you are excited about working there) Well the associate comes back on and asks, Did you already apply online? I said, Yes I just wanted to speak with the hiring manager about my application. She said, well the manager hasnt looked through them all yet and will call you as soon as she does. With that I said okay, and hung up the phone. I personally will still shop there but will never apply again. I didnt feel that was fair that the manager couldnt take my name down and call me at a better time instead had her associate do her dirty work and tell me that I will have to wait for a phone call.BEST OF LUCK TO YOUR BUSINESS: you lost a faithful and hardworking applicant. :)
