Absolutely the worst hibbet owned store Ive ever been into, trash, boxes & clothes laying in piles all over the store. Not to mention their men shoe selection is horrible. If you need 13 + shoe size stay away from here cause they dont have it and will not even offer to order it for you. They lost a huge sell from me. Im local and Ill never be back. I had to practically yell at the guy to get him to even check if they had my size in a Nike vapormax. Im so disappointed in this store I will be forwarding my review to hibbet corporate.

I want to personally thank Hugo and the Hibbett family at this location for handling my order so professionally. I spoke with Hugo over the phone and he was very welcoming and kind. He took the time to listen to my issue, got my information and followed up within the hour. Great customer service is hard to find, especially over the phone but Hugo has it. I appreciate you all. Very poor customer service, workers walked around in the store like I invaded their home uninvited. No greeting no service to check and see if I needed any help, asked them if they had something it was like if dont see it then we dont have it. Also felt like you get what you see this all we offering not only that their attitude was like they just put us here to keep a watch over their merchandise. So nothing will get stolen from the owner. This is the atmosphere I picked up from them. Oh dont let me get started on the phone call when the worker answered the phone I was under the impression that I had called someone personal line. No intro of the company name when answered by the worker sounded like she just rolled out of bed and pick up the phone. No hello this is city gear how may I help you. I had to asked if this is the place I was calling cause the tone in her voice was like I dailed the wrong number and I was disburting her . Just like to say this place prices is to expensive to have workers like this in their work place.

If I could zero stars I would, the workers here are horrible. They don’t greet you, they come ask you how they can help you and you have to literally waive them down to get serviced.the manager looked like she was drugged out (the Hispanic manager).

Horrible experience all the employees have horrible attitudes.none of them where wearing mask didn’t even greet us when we walked in, when I asked for a shoe size they all looked confused and look at us stupid. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
