Very upset with the behavior of the current female manager on duty with her employee etiquette. She spoke down to her employee male height (6’2-6’4) in a demeanor that myself and several customers felt very uncomfortable it was degrading and undeserving. The other employees on duty were and are very helpful and great customer service even with assuring me that they are aware of the situation and will get it to the proper chain of command I don’t have the managers name because they would not give it.

We drove 40 minutes to return some merchandise. It was just past 8 pm and we stood in line. After a couple minutes the manager Fabiola told us she would not return the clothes because it was past 8. We explained the door was open and we were already in line. She started yelling about “not ignoring us” and as they helped other customers, she asked us to leave.Honestly, she could have just returned our merchandise but she kept yelling at us instead. So much for customer service. We will be calling Christine her boss tomorrow. If you don’t have good customer service, you shouldn’t be a manager.

Good, free parking. Limited occupancy enforced. Helpful sales staff. Markings on floor at registers to encourage social distancing. Masks are required. Store is clean and organized.Its no secret that quality active wear is pricey. However, Tanger issues mall coupons. Use them in conjunction with UA special sales and military discount. My last purchases were at 50% off. If you see undies buy them ASAP. They sell out. For ladies the no line hipsters come 3 to a pack and are really comfy with no line. Hubs appreciates the boxer jock styles. In our heat and humidity... gym wear needs to breathe. Like wise, the selection of sports bras is good. Every pant, bra, and top that Ive purchased are wearing well (Im a fitness instructor). Gym bag stuffing and frequent washing is tough on lesser quality wear.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got the second generation compression shirt and was showed online how to order the current generation compression shirt. I will definitely be back. Also the store was cool temperature wise which in South Texas is a plus. 👍

Always a great experience here. The staff is extremely helpful, there is always a sale and they honor our first responders, veterans and active military with extra discounts. Whats not to love about under armour!?!?!? A must visit store when down I-45 south.

Always clean and always full of nice things to buy. If you are lucky enough to get to this store when they are having a big sale it is great shopping, be ready to wait for a changing room and Ive found this location stays a little on the warm side. (I dont like being hot when trying on clothes but thats my personal preference). Ive made many stops to this location and I will continue to shop here for the great quilty of clothes and the style is always what I like. If its busy be ready to wait in lines at check out, they do move as best they can but just be breath, stay calm and soon you will be on your way with your new Under Armour goodies.

Giving two stars only because I love the under Armour gear and it’s quality. But, this particular outlet of the brand is just sheer disgrace to the brand name. I have been here countless times now and I do not freaking remember the last time I experienced good customer service. The employees are so damn rude. Jeez! I can’t stand their sad ass faces. The other day I asked one of the girls there for assistance with size of a T-shirt. She gave me a look as if I asked for one of her kidneys. The employees out here need to be educated in regards to treating a customer right or need to be kicked out. Mind you, your gear is expensive and I do not want to be mistreated EVER!Spend some resources to correct the employees’ attitude!

Customer service in retail stores is typically average at best but today an employee named Cheryl went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pants! She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A warm smile and spirit of service is too often uncommon these days but Cheryl stood out with her great attitude:) Thank you for hiring such a great person. She is an asset to your company!

When your teenager will only wear under armour shoes this is the best place. Always find great deals.

Really more of a 2 and 1/2 star location. But Im trying to be nice.Good choice of merchandise and great discounts.But the staff members that I viewed in the store were awkwardly unfriendly, not outgoing, unsuccessful at promoting the brand and never said anything to myself or my family and that was only at checkout and felt strained.I will be back but it will definitely not be for the excellent service... completely nonexistent.First time Ive ever seen that in any under armour store or outlet location.BTW- I travel all over the continental US for work so Ive been to roughly 30 different locations.I will not soon forget this one. But not for any good reasons.

My sister and I went and brought some things for our new work out journey ... the girl that checked us out was so rude.I know this is a factory store so were not spending full retail price but isnt that the draw of the outlet? To find a good sale?!We spent well over 200.00 on merchandise. Maybe its because were fat and unworthy to have Under Armour adorn our round obese bodies.As the first encounter didnt sit well with us, my sister collected the unworn, still tagged items and returned them. She called me and stated how another staff member conducting her return was rude as well seeming bothered they couldnt get right to their Starbucks...Guess Ill have to buy my workout gear at Target or Lane Bryant.Under Armour, Fat girls have money too and we like to spend it on more than food.Please train your staff so you dont turn other people away that may want to wear your brand to meet thier health goals ...

I love UA but when there are great deals going on, you gotta love them even more. I typically wear their Threadborn line of cloths and I was able to buy like 5 of these shirts at almost $10 each after discounts. Fantastic!

Was not impressed with the store. Got absolutely 0 help. No one even asked us. Not sure how I feel about the product did not buy anything, lost interest and left the store.

Cashier was meh. Cheryl on the floor was fantastic. Got me a shopping bag, helped me look for sizes and getting me a fitting room. She made me feel welcome.

Found a pair of shoes for my wife however her first choice of shoe was not in stock in her size (it was clearance so its not like we could order the right size for home delivery anything). The staff seemed friendly enough.

Customer service was great on the day I went in and clothes were in perfect condition and marked down from usual prices found in regular retail stores. Will be back!
