Cake donuts, kolaches, and coffee! What more could you ask for!The pavement around the building is pretty terrible. Parking lot is tiny. Recommend drive-thru.

My favorite place, they put the cream and sugar in your coffee for you. We dont have a Shipleys near us so when I do get some, it brings fond memories of my family and childhood.

Gods I missed this place living up North, it smells just as good as I remember. The staff was lovely and the food is still legendary.

Donuts where not fresh, not like they use to be. Cinnamon twist was too hard.This store has gone down hill. The donuts are not good like they use to be. I am going to quit going to shipleys for right now.

Whats not to love? That fresh warm donuts! They now have bacon, egg and biscuits! Their service is capable of being quick, and when it is not, blame the customers. For quick turn around, know what you want and you will get in and out fast. (Friendly tip)

Not very welcoming or friendly. Just because your product is good doesnt mean you can forgo the experience aspect. Id drive further not to have to feel like Im bothering someone to give you my money.

I normally love the food and service from this Shipleys but this morning was horrible my husband got 4 bags of donut holes and most of them were not fully cooked like 3 of the 4 bags i had to throw away..I dont know if they have new people or what but they need to retrain them or something

Oldest Shipleys around and owner doesnt invest to make it better but owner has the BEST EMPLOYEES around! They are fast and kind and are always busy and work hard to get customers in and out.

Always fresh. The staff there is always really efficient, it looks crowded sometimes when you pull up but the lines and the service is always moving quickly. Coffee always goos

Was there at 6am expecting fresh donuts only to get ice cold, hard donuts that were obviously from the day before, employees were dismissive and place was dirty. worst Shipleys in the entire houston/Galveston area.
