Love the Mint Chocolate Chip. Facility is ok, not sparkling clean. Staff ok. Ice cream great ! Plenty of parking.

My husband took my daughter to get some ice cream for a daddy/ daughter date. My 6 year old was so EXCITED for some ice cream, and shes so independent she wanted to order herself; the lady working the drive thru tonight was so rude to her...I cant hear you.... speak up.... so even after the lady upset my daughter, my sweet hearted kiddo wanted to tip her, my husband agreed... the lady walked up to the window for 2 minutes, holding their ice cream while talking to a co worker... my kid was so happy to tip her she insisted on giving her the tip herself... the lady got mad because she couldnt reach the money. To top it off... kiddo wanted cotton candy ice cream and the lady said they dont put chocolate on that kind if ice cream. Is there a reason for that???

The only good thing about our experience (6/8/17) was the service from the lady that was helping us. She was genuinely very nice. The quality on the other hand was completely something else. We got a Strawberry-Banana smoothie and the brownie sundae.The smoothie had too much strawberry in it! They did offer to make it into a milk shake but they were completely out of vanilla ice cream. The brownie sundae - I have been sick since eating it. Signs of food poisoning...They were out of almost all of their ice cream, I could understand if we went on a Sunday or holiday weekend but not on a Thursday night I mean come on this is an ice cream shop you should have fishing quantity of the product that you specialize in selling.I seriously doubt that I will be returning to the store and will probably just make the longer drive to the nearest Cold Stone or Dairy Queen.

If youre wondering about the not clean store reviews, perhaps its because the employees get out before the store is actually supposed to close. We came at 9:30pm. Shake machine is not working which is code for we cleaned it or at least shut it down early to leave early. At 9:52pm they shut off the open sign and closed the drive through. At 9:58pm they were all in their cars driving off. If youre closing time is 10, you shouldnt shut down until 10. If you close and then leave 6 minutes later, I dont trust that you properly cleaned before leaving, especially after having several customers come through. We will not be coming back to this location.

I went there resently and ordered a quart of lemon custard ice cream when I got it home it was only 3/4s full and lightly packed, I turned them in to Baskins and Robbins however its now been over a month and have heard nothing, I will not go back

Great selection of flavors for ice cream. I wish they had a few frozen yogurt options. They only had vanilla frozen yogurt. They are a bit overpriced in my opinion. The Creole Cheesecake ice cream was so good. I had the Oreo Cake and it was a bit too sweet but still yummy.

A great treat for our family. Baskin-Robbins has a good business plan is a nice place to visit in general. Baskin and Robbins has a good efficient staff. The store has been here for many years. Is well maintained. They had a promotional for a media release event coming up next month. The store is keeping track of the current interests of youth. It keeps you young.

Good ice cream! Bad service and the lady bathroom was nasty. Need a sweep and mop! The employees was having conversation instead of helping me. Took them 5 minutes to realize I was standing there.

Pitiful. I heard 104.1 krbe Roula and Ryan discussing going to Baskin Robbins today for $1.50 scoops because today is the 31st. I never think about this opportunity on the 31st and miss the promotion. So I made a special trip to the Texas city Baskin Robbins since today is the 31st and my kids last day of school. There was a handwritten note on the screen saying, Houston is exempt from the $1.50 promotion on the 31st. How crappy! I bought their ice cream anyway because my kids already thought we were getting some. 4 single scoop ice creams cost me over 10 bucks and IT WASNT EVEN GOOD.

They run a clean store. It gets busy but they are polite.

Icecream wasnt even that good it was expensive practically 6 dollars a tiny double dip cone you would expect them to at least be decent
