Was very pleased with my visit to this outlet. The ladies were absolutely great. Helped me find the perfect gift for my daughters 18th birthday. Didnt feel pressured or overwhelmed with choices. Took my time and they were very friendly and patient with me. Even when I couldnt make up my mind on which jewelry to get. The store was clean and the employees seemed happy to be there and help. I will definitely be back and will also recommend this Tanger Outlet to friends and family. THANK YOU LADIES!!!

Still waiting on Kay jewelers to open up so I can pick up my engagement ring. I paid it off in March, and sent it to get sized and then they closed because of the pandemic. Now my ring is stuck in jewelry jail... was planning on getting engaged in May, but couldnt because they closed. I am very stressed out about the whole situation because no one can give me an answer on when they will open. Really regret doing business with them. All the stores and restaurants are opened back up, but they are still closed. Will not be trusting them anymore or doing business with them again.

Giovanni has a professional yet warm demeanor. He worked quickly and thoroughly to replace my Shark Freestyle surf watch battery. The cost is more than fair. Based on others raving reviews, and that they are in my neighborhood, I will be happy to return to them.
