No stars from this Grandma, I call ahead to ask about a particular Fire Truck and she said NO they didnt have any! Her quick response told me to go & look since I was close by! We had to speak first, told her why we were there, she said they didnt have any. The gentleman answered yes we do without stopping his games on his cell phone! We went right too them & got the one we needed! As we got up to the register I noticed the box being really messed up and some items on it not being norm., I ask her if this is a return & again, she said No! We opened the box and parts fell out and the ladder would not raise up and it was broke from the side it was screwed into! Im returning this gift and not shopping there anymore!

A tiny little store that was CLOSED during business hours. What a waste. I planned to pick up some beach toys for my niece and nephew, and the hours were posted as opening at 10 a.m. . I got there at 10:37 a.m. and they were nowhere near open. Not even the lights were on. Avoid!

As others have noted this is a Toys R Us Express. This is a small store with a limited stock, and what they do have they overcharge for.
