Wish they had less China made products and more American made choices. There are certain items I will not buy here because of safety concerns. Example is the angle grinder cut off wheels. They are made in China and bust apart very easily and can be dangerous.

Descent tools for a good price. Not the highest in quality but still a good selection of tools and a good variety.

Terrible customer service. Sitting in Dickinson I called the Texas city store to inquire if they had an item in stock. I was put on hold, 20 minutes into my hold time I decided to drive while on hold to the store. Im still on hold when I arrive to the store, parking lot pretty empty. I walk in and see a gentleman at the register and ask if item is in stock. He glances down at the computer and asks me to go get the paper tag from the item because he could search scaffolding on the 3 computers with in 2 foot of his reach. I walked and picked up the paper tag he requested and he looked up the item and said pearlamd had it in stock. Just warning the next people to shop these stores.

Tools are cheaply made and no coupons prices are getting too expensive for quality of product dont recommend

Sales personnel was friendly and helpful would of gave 5 stars if they had a small section for motorcycles examples tire repair kits with CO2 cartridges, universal battery line hookups to attach a phone charger or gps. More accessories. Amazon will deliver these most likely.
