Overpriced, poor selection, horrible embroidery. letters crooked and off centered.

Great selection of hats, caps, & sports gear. They do great embroidery at this location. Not all Lids do the same styles and designs. This location is great! Way worth the trip to Baybrook Mall.

Not the widest selection but the people were kind and helpful.

They open at 9am. I got here at 10:40am and stood outside the locked door for 10 minutes with the employee inside just looking at me! I knocked and he just stared. No wave no gesture no sign, nothing! but they do have a sign on the glass in large print saying OPEN.This was always the place I went to get my hats. And my only reason for going to Tanger outlet. I wont be back.

Nice and clean store. Friendly Service. Every thing is organized. Also easy to find and locate what you are searching for.Athletic gear at its finest. My teenage grandson REALLY enjoyed the selection and also the tennis shoes. We will be customers to LIDS.

Every time I visit this store they are having their Buy One Get One 50%Off Sale! Perfect for the 11 year old dude who has a birthday gift card but cant choose between one hat and another.

This location is in the outlets and is the largest lids i have been in. They have a great selection of hats for just about everyone and usually have what i am looking for when i am looking for a new hat.

Always have new designs and can embroider what ever you want on a hat!

One star is being generous. They need to be more selective in their hiring process. These employees dont give a damn if they leave you sitting outside while theyre taking a 30 min bathroom break during business hours or forget you on hold, like they have just done me. Btw, the first example happened about 6 months ago at the outlet on 45. From now on we will order online and from a different company. Lids has lost another customer and i will be telling everyone and anyone that will take heed about this establishment.

For a guy whom wears hats till they dissipate I like the store they have a large selection and are very helpful

With this store I got to say customer service was great they help me get a design that I needed for a show that I was having musically everything that you want in the hat that you can think about in the Hat whatever color Im from New York and Im in Houston Texas and they actually had a lot of things for me being a Yankees fan so for this Lids I got to give them 5 stars

Lids in general is TRASH. My wife bought a gift card for me for xmas for $100. the day after xmas we go to the location in baybrook mall and all of their systems are down and cant accept cards of any kind. We go back to the store at the Tanger Outlets in Texas City to get our $ back and they told us that they werent authorized to give us a refund although it says nothing of the sort on the GC that they cant refund our $. All they did was to give us a friggin customer service number to call. They took our $ immediately, but now when we want our $ back, they refused?DO NOT show this or ANY LIDS store any patronage- Go to New Era- the caps AND the customer service is waaaay better.Im filing a BBB complaint AS WE SPEAK
