Jo Anne is phenomenal, and very knowledgeable. If you are starting out, need to lose weight, or get jacked, they have it all and she knows what to get you. Love coming here

The customer service at this store averages among the worst of all GNC locations. Prices on the shelf are marked up and they wont honor the price match guarantee, they try not to honor reward points for coupons, and the employees do not select items based on the customers best interest.

Doors locked and no one will come to it. It’s 6pm and the hours posted say open till 8. Not to mention the freaking open sign is on. Really??? Hey management, there are sooooo many people who will work there and will actually be nice to your customers! The last 2 times I was in there, the lady was so rude and stayed on a personal call both times. Crazy!!

WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at any retail store! The girl who was working was named Monique and she was rude! Rolled her eyes, smacked her lips, was not helpful. Once I cameOn my lunch break to grab something realQuick and she was not here I waited 5 minutes she pulled up with food and slowly got out of her car and acted as if I was inconveniencing her for being there. Did not apologize for being closed mid day or for taking her sweet time to let me in! I was late to work because of this! Awful awful awful

It’s 4pm, sign says open but door is locked. Beat on the door for 5 mins. No one ever emerged from the back...

Horrible sales person, lack knowledge of product selections, constantly on personal calls while customers are trying to make enquirers. I am compelled to write this review after witnessing her unprofessionalism several times. As close as this place is to my home, I will not go back there until there’s a new sales person.

I didn’t even want to put Hey star at all this place has the worst customer service ever very rude and cocky. Will never go back.
