Just show up and the skinny lady in it since its 5:58pm dont want to sell anything cause its time for her to clock out looks like they dont want to work over time or Sherwin Williams wont want to pay them over time.Definitely lack of customer service on this store

The manager at this store is very knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to help me. The assistant manager Alex is the best !Very good service and always welcomes you with a smile .Keep up the great work guys.You make my jobs easier!

This place EASILY gets five stars. Every time I call, Luis is very helpful. He knows the products, and delivers with great customer service, well! He actually listens to your needs and adequately caters to them. Its so beneficial when staff are knowledgeable of the products. Theres another lady there that is also very helpful. She takes her time with the customers and seems to be a WHIP! I will only shop this location for my painting needs.

The sales staff at the Texas City Sherwin Williams location were super helpful. In picking out my paint color for a bedroom makeover, I had to make several trips for paint samples over the course of three days to determine the perfect color for my project. Each sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for Dylan, Charles or Louis, and you will be in good hands.

Wait until Sherwin Williams is having a good sale as the paint is very expensive. The quality of both the Duration and Emerald paint is excellent.No matter what anyone ever says to you about covering in 1 coat, it is always going to take 2 coats to make whatever you are painting look good.
