Very reasonable prices for the service

I had a bad experience where I purchased my new lawnmower, I was having a difficult time just getting the basics, like assembling the handle, so I called the home office of the lawnmower company. They told me that the issues I was having was not covered in the warranty. So I hung up and waited awhile then called back and asked for their Highest recommended authorized repair shop that they have experience with in my area... They gave me GILES SMALL ENGINE in Texas City, TX, and I am glad they did,,, Kathy on the phone and later in person was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable that the bad experience I had at the Big Box store, just went away.. Ordered a part through an online service and they kept sending me the wrong part. I went to Giles and they knew what I needed right away and had it in stock. My experience with Giles Small Engine was a very good one. I had picked up Husqvarna mower off of Facebook Garage Sale for $90. Immediately I began to have trouble with it and thought I had thrown away my money. Took it to Giles. The work cost $70, but the mower runs like a champ now. SO all in, I have $160 tied up in my mower, which is less than I would have paid for one in a store. Very pleased with Giles.

The do great work on my mower when needed. Always have parts I need. Fair prices. Good people.

Took my generator in to get fixed expecting it to take over two weeks and to be fairly costly. I was wrong. It took less than a week and the cost was much lower that expected. The generator runs like its brand new.

Called for part,spoke to someone at the store, a male. Said to bring the part and he could match it up. Go to the store, no one there said they talk to me, need model, part no good for match. After traveling over 35 minutes to get there. Will never use them again.

How to use them to get parts for my Gravely and they had them in stock. The people really know their way around Motors and are very helpful and friendly. I just dropped my zero-turn off for service and well see how they do with that but from all indications so far they are very good at what they do and know what theyre doing.

Was visiting my daughter in Galveston. Her mower had been sitting up and not used for a long period if time. Took the mower in on a Tues. and they called on Wed. morning with it fixed. Quick service and fair pricing. I would use again and recommend.

Way to pricey charged me $100 to clean carb on 15yr old chain saw that was hard to start, the same chainsaw brand new cost $120.

This place is a joke poor customer service and they treat people of color with no respect the woman that works there has attitude and will never get my business again!
